The St. Regis has yet to disappoint, especially when it comes to breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! 👍 My wife and I were here for a business trip (it's perfect for a getaway without kids). At this caliber, the facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service are all top-notch. (One small suggestion: perhaps a heads-up about the room's fragrance. Not all guests appreciate it, but it could be moved to a cupboard.) The service from all departments was excellent, especially the concierge. We were going for dinner a short distance away and couldn't find a taxi, so they arranged a hotel car for us. When we returned, they warmly greeted us and asked about our dining experience, which was very thoughtful. ❤️

Had a fantastic stay! It was so peaceful, without any noisy crowds. I absolutely loved the elegant and understated decor. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants at the hotel are definitely worth trying. Breakfast was à la carte, with exquisite dishes and just the right portion sizes. Plus, there wasn't a constant stream of people walking around. Even though the restaurant isn't huge, everything was very well organized. All the hotel staff I encountered this time were incredibly nice, especially the housekeeping staff who were so warm and thoughtful. The gym staff and restaurant servers were also excellent. I'll definitely be staying here again!

My stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that truly reflect a five-star hotel. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the concierge on the ground floor (sorry I didn’t catch his name) — he was incredibly warm and helpful, proactively assisted me with my luggage, and kindly guided me around with a friendly smile. His genuine and heartfelt service really left a deep impression on me! The room was, as always, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view. The overall service standard was exceptional, making me feel completely at home. I’ll definitely choose Rosewood again on my next visit to Hong Kong! ❤️

This was my third stay at the Rosewood Hong Kong, and it was the first time I've encountered a room that smelled musty. Thankfully, after speaking with them, they were able to switch me to a room with a normal scent. Breakfast was excellent as always; they even gave me a box of chocolates as an apology for the slow waffle service. The lunch at The Legacy House was absolutely delicious, it definitely deserves more than one Michelin star.

I booked a room costing nearly HK$10,000 to celebrate my husband's birthday, yet I was made to wait from 3pm until 5:50pm before being allowed to check in, with no compensation whatsoever. What a dreadful experience – I shall never return here again. Next time, I'll be going back to the Rosewood Hotel.

I've stayed at the Mandarin Oriental many times, and the service is consistently good, though there aren't many staff who speak Chinese here. The food in the executive lounge is truly disappointing; the variety is limited and never changes. The body lotion is nice, very suitable for the dry winter. Although the facilities are a bit old, the experience is still good.

Room type - Grand harbour one plus Good location, very convenient for shopping and dinning to arrive just a minute using hotel lift. Great variety choices of restaurants from food court to fine dining at K11 Musea. Hotel guests can even taking a relaxing walk and running along Victoria harbour view. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, staff Ken Chui & Jimmy made me feel welcomed and valued, especially Ken sent me handwritten welcome notes, warm gift & thanks for his giving detailed information on my modification request of upgrading room. Every interaction, whether with the front desk, housekeeping & dinning staff, Hotel team's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience truly made my visit memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond. I look forward to my next stay!

For those doing a Hong Kong and Macau trip, I recommend going to Macau first, then Hong Kong's K11, because it has a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine, a drum washing machine! (Yes, it's that important, I said it three times). You can wash all your dirty clothes from Macau in K11's washing machine, and drying is no problem either – it's a great amenity. I'm introverted and don't like interacting much with staff, but they were very discreet and kind. Oh, and the night view is beautiful too.

Seriously, you guys, who gets it?! 🤩 This hotel is an absolute paradise! The environment is top-notch, the decor is incredibly stylish, and the cleanliness? Impeccable! It's so clean you could practically see your reflection 🧼. And the service attitude is absolutely amazing 👍, every staff member is so enthusiastic, greeting you with a smile the moment you walk in, and patiently answering any questions you have. My stay here was truly exceptional!

Facilities: Excellent, very user-friendly design. Cleanliness: Spotless. My first stay at the Regent Hotel exceeded expectations 👍👍👍. Environment: Absolutely fantastic! The stunning Victoria Harbour, with its dazzling lights, is completely unobstructed. The city view is also great, offering sights of Harbour City, The Peninsula, and The Sheraton. Service: Attentive and thoughtful, making you feel right at home 👍👍👍.

For many years, when I traveled to Hong Kong for business, The Upper House was my go-to choice. Coming back after a 5-year hiatus, I feel even more warmly welcomed. The service goes far beyond 5 stars, from check-in to various housekeeping and dining services, it's all textbook-level excellent! Every area of the hotel is also very clean; I didn't see any stains anywhere. Highly, highly recommended!

Wow, I had a fantastic stay at the four seasons in HK. The arrival greeting, checking and personnel who greeted us were all fantastic. This was our final stay after 7 weeks away and I couldn’t ask for a better and more glorious end to our trip.. The room was perfect, a perfect harbour view, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and that’s coming from a chronic insomniac, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The blackout blinds, the quietness in the room, the level of cleanliness, no detail was overlooked. I can’t praise you highly enough. I actually missed our first night booked due to a time change error and that was a shame as I would’ve valued another night sleeping in those comfortable beds. Will I be staying at four seasons again, absolutely, can’t wait. Btw where can I get that bed for my home? More organisations could learn from your level of custom care and service.  Nancy

It was okay, I guess... but they wouldn't even give us breakfast. That's a real shame, especially since I had a child with me. I wanted to cancel but couldn't. Basically, it just goes to show that Hongkongers still look down on mainlanders. What makes Hongkongers so special anyway? You don't have more money than me, and your social status isn't higher than mine. Why act like you're so superior?...
- Xiao kun。
I emailed the hotel in advance to ask about early check-in. When I got to the front desk around 10:30, they already had a room ready for me, and it was even on the top floor. The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct Airport Express connection to the airport. My check-in experience was perfect.

Facilities: Despite having opened some time ago, the hotel's facilities are still in excellent condition and feel very modern. Ambiance: The lobby is incredibly spacious, and there's a lovely fountain right at the entrance. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with absolutely no unpleasant smells. Service: From the moment we stepped in, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage. The front desk staff who checked us in were extremely polite and even asked if we'd like to be escorted to our room. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely be staying at The Peninsula Hotel again next year.

This time, my wife and I snuck away for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. The Peninsula, as always, provided excellent service and was spotlessly clean! On the first day, our flight was delayed due to the weather, and we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. As soon as we entered the room, we found that many decorative items had already been set up for us, creating a wonderful atmosphere! On the second day, they even thoughtfully prepared a small cake for us! Their attention to detail was truly impressive!

The location is fantastic; it's right by the hotel once you exit Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, K11, and Harbour City, and the popular Ichiran Ramen is just a three-minute walk away. The room view is also nice, though it faces directly across from The Regent, so you get a full view of The Regent from the window, which slightly obstructs the sea view. The hotel's rooftop pool is stunning, and swimming while enjoying the Victoria Harbour view is incredibly relaxing. The room is very new but completely free of any renovation smell. The buttons in the room are exquisitely designed but a bit complicated; it took me a while to figure them out on the first day. Overall, it's a very good hotel and highly recommended.

Privacy nightmare! The biggest issue was with our initial room. From two different corners of the adjacent building, other guests had a direct view into our entire room, specifically the bed and the bathtub. We felt constantly exposed. The staff did relocate us, which we appreciated, but we were shocked to see they immediately put another couple in that same room, knowing the privacy issue was unresolved. The shower in both rooms did not seal, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. We notified the staff, but the issue was not fixed. The toilet area provided no actual privacy if you travel with family. The adaptor provided did not fit into the wall plug.

## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

This was my first time staying at the Royal Garden. The hotel is clean, has a beautiful pool, nice views, and a wide selection of restaurants. Every staff member presents themselves in a professional manner, they have sincere smiles and are extremely helpful, the concierge, bellboy and housekeeping staff are very polite as well. I am especially thankful to Manager Bonny for leading her team excellently. Her team members, Polly, Ken, and Anson, all have great team spirit and were very helpful with our facility requests, as well as with the special arrangements for our tour. I am truly grateful and appreciate having them during my stay. I would definitely come back again and will surely miss their kind smiles and the feeling of being at home. The hotel is conveniently located near Moko Mall, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The only downside is its direct connection only to the East Rail Line, which is a bit far from the Tsuen Wan Line (the main subway line connecting to Mong Kok and Jordan), requiring a ten-minute walk. The hotel facilities are excellent; it completely subverts the usual 'pigeon cage' impression of Hong Kong hotels with its surprisingly spacious rooms. It even has two double beds, and the lobby is also very expansive. If you're traveling as a group of four, this hotel offers great value for money.

Old and in desperate need of modernising. The bathroom was flooded after a shower as the shower cubicle door didn't have the correct seals in. However, staff were very attentive to our needs and even had a shuttle bus ( only for certain rooms) that took us to the airport, which we didn't know. At night ( in our room , anyway) was noisy, sounded like a motor elevator. Overall, not our best stay. The only thing that saves it is its location.

Simple hotel with comfort bed. It is convenient to go every where at Kowloon. Great price and the room is quiet and we had good night sleep for early morning to get high speed train. Found out outside can get 26 mini bus to there. Only no shelf for suitcase or anything to put on the table. Lucky we only have a small bag. Shower area is very small. Sink is in the bedroom very unusual design. The lift and lobby in golden colour. I liked the chairs in lobby. I feel very comfortable to sit on. But no plastic bag for rubbish bin. The room was fantastic! I originally booked this hotel because of its proximity to my destination, and when I was choosing a room, I saw options for both new and old rooms. I decisively went for a newly renovated one, even though it was a bit pricier. Thankfully, I booked in advance, so the discounted price was still good. Before checking in, I read some reviews saying the rooms were old and the facilities mediocre, which made me quite worried. But when I got to the room, I was completely blown away! The hotel tried its best to accommodate my requests, and the service was excellent. The room was so clean and bright, and there was absolutely no strange odor from the renovation, making me feel incredibly comfortable the moment I stepped inside. The space in the room was cleverly utilized, with a bench, chairs, and a long table. The two 1-meter single beds were larger than I expected and very comfortable! As for chargers, the hotel provides travel adapters, and there's a Chinese-style socket in the bathroom. Plus, there's magnetic charging on the bedside table – super thoughtful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel is surrounded by eateries, convenience stores, Lung Heung Lau (Lotus Seed Paste Buns), Japanese ramen shops, Lung Fung Pharmacy, souvenir shops, bookstores, Cafe de Coral, BBQ meat shops, etc. There's also The ONE shopping mall nearby, which covers all your needs. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station Exit B2, just a few minutes' walk – very convenient. From Austin Station (West Kowloon), it's just one stop to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station, then you can walk within the station for 13 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui Exit B, which is quick and easy! I absolutely loved and was satisfied with this booking and stay experience... I'll definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks to the hotel staff for the wonderful service during our trip to Hong Kong.

For Hong Kong, this hotel offers great value for money. It's much more comfortable after the renovation, and the location is excellent, just a few steps from the bar street. However, one of the staff members at the front desk was a bit perfunctory. When I asked her where the airport bus stop was, she just said, 'go straight down this road, and the first bus stop is it.' She didn't specify that for the airport, you need to cross the road to the bus stop on the other side. There are airport bus stops in both directions, and naturally, I assumed 'the first bus stop' meant the closest one. Luckily, a kind passerby told me I needed to cross the road for the airport, otherwise, getting on the wrong bus and wasting time would have been a huge hassle. Why work in customer service if you're going to be so unhelpful? A quick tip for everyone visiting Hong Kong: always bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. We really enjoyed our Hongkong trip because of this hotel's convenient location. We were able to shop, eat at good restaurants, and go on different adventures bec of the nearby train station. The K11 Art Mall is right across its entrance on Mody Road. The rooms were just right for 2 persons. The toiletries were complete and free except the toothbrush and shower cap which was part of the environment policy. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were even classified as soft or firm. There's also a water purifier which saved us from buying water at the convenience stores. We will stay here again if we return to Hongkong. Thank you Holiday Inn.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. On our first day, I bought a SIM card from 7-Eleven and struggled to set it up because it was in Chinese. One of the staff members, Jimmy Lee, kindly took the initiative to help me set it up — thank you so much, Jimmy! My parents loved the atmosphere, and they especially enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast menu changed daily, offering a nice variety of choices. All the staff — from reception and kitchen to housekeeping — were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper always ensured the room was clean and tidy. On our last day, we had a late flight after checking out. The hotel team kept our luggage safe, and Wai Tse was extremely helpful with the check-out process. He also arranged a taxi for us and assisted us until we left. I will definitely stay here again in the future, and I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends.

It’s not quiet room, always heard the sound once the other guests walking by, dragging their bags, chatting, or even while the housekeeper is cleaning because there is a gap between the door and the floor, the air purifier smells of cigarette smoke although there is a message no smoking there is the and there is no free water. The hotel is super close to West Kowloon Station. Just take escalator from Austin Exit F, then turn right and walk straight for about 100 meters from Exit 2, and you're there. It's really convenient for getting around; you can even walk to Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei. Disneyland is about a 50-minute subway ride away. I was originally worried the hotel would be too old and run-down, but upon checking in, it was much better than I expected. Even though it's old, the room is spacious! That's a rare find in space-constrained Hong Kong. The hotel doesn't provide drinking water, so you'll need to boil your own or buy it from the 7-Eleven downstairs. Only disposable slippers are provided, so bring your own toiletries. There are also plenty of great food options near the hotel downstairs; the wonton noodles were amazing!
