All parts and rooms of the hotel are full of history, exquisite decoration, exquisite supplies, and the hygiene and environment are very good. The service is proactive, thoughtful and meticulous, the highest level in Basel.

The location is great, the only thing is quite loud because you can hear everything thats happening n the street, apart from that the location is great and loved the hotel and the restaurant is outstanding!!

There is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.

I made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made. However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

The room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard... There were many varieties of breakfast, the service was in place, and the charging head was not suitable for the front desk to provide a copy directly. The episode was check out and found that there was a dinner on my head, but I took out the list and it was not my room number. The front desk apologized. Overall very good

酒店靠河，房間窗户靠市區街道，晚上有點吵。但酒店整體環境很精緻舒適，服務很周到，提前寄存的行李下午check in的時候已經幫忙放進房間了。早飯很好吃，每層樓都有免費茶水咖啡供應。歐洲老派精品小酒店的風格。

First stay at the Pullman Basel and would definitely stay there again should we visit Basel again. We travelled for the Basel Tattoo and the hotel is excellently positioned for this venue as well as nearby restaurants and shops.  Only a 20 minute walk to the old town as well.

**Wonderful Stay at Gaia Hotel Basel!** We had an excellent stay at Gaia Hotel Basel. The hotel's commitment to sustainability was impressive and evident in every detail. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful eco-friendly touches. We loved the delicious breakfast with organic and locally sourced options, and the convenient location near the train station made exploring Basel easy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Gaia Hotel Basel perfectly combines comfort, sustainability, and great service. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again on our next visit to Basel!

The room is compact, close to the road, a bit noisy, and there are basically no disposable items, so you have to ask the front desk for them. The breakfast is business-like, just simple bread and some food and drinks, with few vegetables.

This hotel left a very deep impression on me, the room was spacious and clean, the front desk restaurant gym service was very good, it was an ideal place to stay for business trips and tourism. Comfort five stars, recommend friends who come to Basel for vacation/business. The hotel's hardware facilities include guest rooms, restaurants, gyms, gardens and more.
