It has double queen beds and a welcoming living room with a queen sofa bed that has a comfy gel mattress. Guests can enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, a fitness room, two pools, one of which is heated and a lazy river. The recently built hot tub accommodates 10 people. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap for added convenience. Ocean Reef is one of the top resorts in the area in one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach off 71st ave N. Ocean Reef has an indoor/outdoor water park thats partially enclosed in winter and open in summer , lazy river, 5 hot tubs, many pools, and a seasonal kids waterpark. Ocean Reef has an awesome outdoor bar and a breakfast buffet restaurant along with a large arcade

Rental Rules and Regulations

1) Must be at least 21 years of age to book.

4). Approx 8 towel sets.. Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also), As we all know , private rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2 sets per bed.Starter kit is also provided with 2 rolls of tp, paper towels, soap and dish detergent

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.

We highly suggest having or renting a car. While Uber and Lyft as well as Taxi services are available in the Myrtle Beach area, there are not as many along the Grand Strand as in a major city, as well as it is more economical.

This resort is loaded with fun and excitement, Indoor/Outdoor Bar with Indoor Seating, Poolside Bar, FULL Arcade, Guest Laundry facilities, Fitness Room, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Outdoor Lazy River, Indoor & Outdoor Whirlpool & a Full-Sized Racquetball Court!! Beach Colony Resort has two oceanfront pools that are both heated, great for those cooler months, there is also an indoor pool. The resort also has a Lazy River that you can float around on. Make sure to soak in one of the Hot tubs that are both indoor and outside for your relaxation.

There are 2 parking spaces allowed for this condo, and passes will be in your room on arrival. If you happen to be bringing an oversize vehicle, you can request a special parking pass at the front desk. Oversize vehicles are to be parked on the 1st level when you enter the garage. From there, you can take the elevator directly around the corner on the 2nd level.

There is no trailer parking allowed.

- This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties.

- Parking Passes will be in the unit waiting for you. You will receive two (2) standard passes. These need to be returned to the unit on departure.

- Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties.
