My favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!

Old-fashioned hotel, the service is very good, the front desk is friendly and experienced, and the room is equipped with an additional air conditioning system. The furniture in the room is very clean. Poor place: poor wifi, poor sound insulation (corridor, next door, street tram).

This hotel boasts a rather convenient location, allowing for a pleasant walk into the city center (if you're up for it!). The stroll itself is quite enjoyable, with numerous points of interest along the way. What's more, the immediate vicinity of the hotel is brimming with dining, drinking, and shopping options.
The rooms are generously sized, thoughtfully divided into distinct areas for the bathroom, dressing, sleeping, and even a kitchen, which is a definite plus.
However, one significant drawback is the hotel's parking facility. It is incredibly narrow, and unfortunately, my car suffered several scrapes as a result. Additionally, there's a daily parking fee of approximately €20.
Overall, while the hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms in a well-situated location with plenty of nearby amenities, the extremely tight parking situation is a considerable downside to be aware of.

That's a good hotel. A little outside of the center but close to the train station and public transports. It was clean and had no problem at all while I stay there.

The staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.
However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. Although it is not a very big problem, I still expected the whole environment could have been even better.

The hotel is in a great location just few minutes from Brussels Zuid but the area feels a bit unsafe, as it’s near train station and there are quite a few homeless people around. It’s not recommended for solo traveller to go out too late at night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel itself was okay inside—comfortable rooms and a nice sauna that I really enjoyed after a long day. However, the surrounding area was quite disappointing due to ongoing construction nearby. The neighborhood didn’t feel very safe or inviting for evening walks, which was a bit of a downside. If you're looking for a place to relax indoors, the hotel’s amenities are decent, but the external environment leaves much to be desired. This hotel is pretty near to the Midi station, just a street away, and the tram and bus bay are behind the hotel which is very conveniently located. The hotel room is not too big, even the bathroom is small. The heater may not be as warm as expected but it could make do with it during winter. It was really close to Metro and train Station, convenience for travel to other city. On the first day, the water in the bathroom was too hot. The tap is not working and when I tell the staff they say it’s because I don’t know how to use it and I try but finally the staff found out the tap is really not working. First, the good points: The room is great. It's clean, spacious, and practical, and the bathroom, in particular, was sparkling clean, like a brand new property. The air conditioning isn't central heating; it's individually controlled in each room, and both cooling and heating work very well. I was also able to use the coin laundry. There's a communal dining-like space with a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware available. There's a supermarket just a short walk away, so you can save on food costs by buying ready-made meals. The tram station is also just a short walk from the hotel. The front desk staff were very kind. However, there were also many disappointing aspects. The ventilation fan in the shower room didn't work at all, and not being able to vent the humidity was quite inconvenient. If I left the shower room door open, the room's AC could compensate, but then the room got cold and dry, which was annoying. There was also a vending machine in the hotel, but it inexplic'ably charged 10 Euros initially. Furthermore, there was a significant discrepancy between the accommodation fee and what was stated on Trip.com. At check-in, I was charged 39 Euros for an unknown reason, and when I asked about it the next day, they said it was a city tax. I was very unhappy about not being informed of this beforehand. The street behind the hotel felt unsafe. Despite the downsides, considering the benefits, it's a relatively good hotel, and I would consider it again for my next stay.FromPLN 271
