The location is very good! I like. You can visit all the attractions on foot. Highly recommended! The restaurant cafe de paris downstairs is delicious and there are people performing in the square which is very lively. The famous shopping street downstairs is super convenient. Next door is pp LV Hermes and the like~ All in all, it's very convenient, otherwise I wouldn't know where to stay and wouldn't have much choice.

Dessert was good the standard we expected The staff could do with some extra training on attentiveness, wine not poured, I had to ask for the table to cleaned before dessert arrived, we sat for ages before our finished plates were cleared. No table cloths or attractive settings, just as they were for breakfast We had gone to a local restaurant, Cyrano, which was head and shoulders above MU

The hotel service is very good, the waiters are very warm and patient. The only complaint is that there is nothing to eat for free breakfast. The breakfast on the menu needs to be paid separately. We had to request a room change before it got a bit better. The hotel is quite far from the city center, so you have to rely on public transportation. It's at the bus terminal, which limits travel times. **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean and spacious, with no noise at night. **Service**: The staff were friendly, and communication in English was not an issue. **Amenities**: The facilities are relatively new, but some rooms are undergoing renovation.

Hotel is good situated near city center and parks. Hotel is big but has only restaurant for breakfast and bar and some gold shops as amenities. Breakfast is kinda modest compared to other 4 stars. The building is kinda old and the room had some smell from pipes which required opening windows even it’s cold, room service tried to solve it but it really depends on building. The personnel is friendly, kind and eager to help.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte. Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist. Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein. Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist

Getting here from the airport is easy by bus, and from the city center, you can take a tram or bus. We arrived at night and surprisingly, I couldn't find the lobby right away – it's actually combined with the most prominent restaurant. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, with air conditioning. Several Novotel hotels I've stayed at in Europe seem to use Rituals bath products. Although there's no free bottled water, there's a water dispenser on each floor by the elevators, which even offers sparkling water. The sparkling water was incredibly bubbly and ice-cold, which was really refreshing. Breakfast is on the first floor, offering a standard European spread. The dairy products were decent, but the bread was just okay, and the air conditioning was set too cold.

This is a good hotel right by the central train station and not too far away from the main sights of Luxembourg City. Getting around the city is easy with frequent teams, busses and trains from the nearby station and all public transport is free within the country! The room was good and the beds/pillow were comfy. The room is a bit small but we had enough space to put our things including some space under the bed for our bags. They had a small table in the room with a chair, some shelving and a pretty big TV for the room size. The bathroom was good too with some decent shower products and while most of the room and bathroom appeared clean they seemed to be having some issues with the shower ceiling and that could use some attention. We picked this hotel for the location and the affordable breakfast option because we only had a day to explore Luxembourg and felt the hotel breakfast would be a good start to our day. The breakfast had a nice selection of breads including a seasonal pastry, a pancake machine, cereals, yoghurt and some nice deli meats and cheeses. The juice and coffee machine were also pretty good and they had some to go cups for the tea/coffee. The location of the hotel is maybe not the best for families because it is surrounded by gentleman's clubs and possibly the red light area of Luxembourg. We didn't see anything too bad but would exercise a degree of caution in this area. There are a few restaurants, bars and quite a few shops nearby. We booked this hotel mainly because it was affordable and would consider staying here again to save some money while travelling through Europe. Being here during the Christmas Market season was fantastic and there are lots of nice things to do around the city.

Everything about this hotel was satisfying, from its location and cleanliness to the service and amenities. All the staff who greeted us at check-in were incredibly kind and lovely, which made for a wonderful start to our trip in Luxembourg. The room was a bit small, but it felt like a palace compared to the UK hotels we stayed in afterward. I also really enjoyed being able to use Rituals products. When I mentioned that my sister's birthday fell during our stay, they gave her a lovely birthday surprise, which made it a truly memorable experience. 🥰
