Good service, clean rooms, but unfortunately not all equipment worked in the room. For Belgrade, it's a pretty good hotel.

To be honest, the facade and lobby are better, the room is very general, there is a pile of no nutritious things on the room table, the price is not cheap, more than 200 euros, the room water is not, there are two small bottles of water at the bedside before bed, almost a few mouths are gone. It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

The location is very good and the surroundings are very convenient, whether it is to the business district or the attractions, you can walk. The service is also very good and the service staff is very polite. Breakfast can be ordered. The small suite is more spacious. Overall very satisfied.

It is a boutique hotel, but the internal hardware is a bit old. Because it is an old house, the elevator was renovated later and the startup noise is very loud. And there are often motorcycles passing by when sleeping at night on the first floor, so it is not possible to achieve complete sound insulation.

Convenient for travel, very satisfied with the breakfast. The key is that the front desk service is super good, helping with luggage when checking in and leaving. If we are not satisfied with the room, we can choose from the same room type. Good review!

There is no doubt that Bristol is the best choice for high-end hotels in Belgrade at the moment. Square Nine is inflated. St. Regis is rarely local. The first store of this brand created by Dubai's management also plans to form an international chain in the future. The old Waterfront building, which is a mirrored building of the same owner, can be seen at any time in the many window frames of this century-old building (beginning in 1912). Similar to the full executive treatment hotel, the lobby lounge is equipped with homemade fermented drinks, free Serbian wine, spirits and a little snacks - local beer is hidden in the guest room minibar. The small library is light French style and decorated with Oriental porcelain; In the wellness center, you can enjoy the sauna facilities with a modern sense of technology. There is no distinction between men and women outside the dressing room. The beige tone from the lobby directly to the guest room and the velvet red create a restrained temperament. The ceiling of the guest room is also simplely carved, which is more luxurious. Lip balm and a full set of Aesop washes are all available, with a particularly strong shower water pressure enough to wash away the fatigue of travel. There are few Chinese guests in the business for a long time, so you can try it here.
- Zhezhizhumanyouyiside
Overall, the service was excellent, especially the staff who helped us park. Facilities: Although the place has been operating for decades, everything looks brand new after renovations. Cleanliness: Excellent, with thoughtfully provided toiletries. Environment: Beautiful, with a rich library in the lobby.

The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.
- Guest User
The hotel has convenient transportation. The airport bus A1 terminal is within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There are many bus stops around, but the frequency of bus arrivals does not seem to be frequent. People are not impatient and have a good attitude. The lobby is comfortable, and the staff are young, beautiful, enthusiastic and proactive, answering all questions and very friendly. The elevator is fast. The breakfast is at the back of the lobby. It is rich, with hot and cold food, cutlery, forks and towels available, which is comfortable. The room is not big, quiet, and suitable for living alone. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Free bottled water is still in glass bottles. If you need an electric kettle, the service staff will send it over immediately. The TV has CCTV 4 Chinese International Europe. The bathroom is clean and toilet paper is placed easily. The carpet next to the bed was a bit stumbling, and when the lights were turned off at night, it was impossible to leave a small lamp on and it was completely dark. In short, the service and breakfast are five stars. My room is opposite the elevator. The room is small and dark overall. Not very cost effective.

I stayed in a standard twin room, which was not big but clean. The breakfast was normal, and opposite was the Serbian Museum. The front desk service was pretty good, and introduced me to the opening hours of the castle cruise and the address of the Belgrade Red Star team. I had a good impression of the ladies at the front desk and sent them a thank-you letter. The hotel is in a very good location, next to the museum and the National Theater, and opposite is Mihajlo Street for eating and shopping. Overall, it is still recommended to stay.

It's a splendid, new hotel with relatively new equipment. Just be careful and it will hurt if you accidentally hit the corner of the bed. The sauna downstairs has wet and dry rooms and a swimming pool. You can also order champagne to be delivered. There is an extra charge for booking a massage. There is a charge for dinner and the presentation is good. There was no buffet when I went for breakfast. British breakfast and Serbian breakfast are available a la carte. There is also a la carte, and there is no charge for fruit juice and coffee. Remember to leave a message. I went there for my wedding anniversary and got the cake in the second picture as a gift ❤️ It’s very thoughtful. There are also welcome snacks in the room, macarons, which are also delicious 😋

Everything about the hotel is good, but I just want to ask, it's a 5-star hotel, but they don't provide drinking water??? They said the hotel only provides 2 bottles, and I stayed for 4 days, which means if I check out and check in every day, can it be provided all the time??? Quite speechless!!! The restaurant and rooms are beautiful, and the front desk is also very good!!! Very patient!!!

The hotel is very beautiful, with a big forest behind and a playground in front. Parking is quite convenient. But my car was scratched for no reason. The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed. Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good. The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night. The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

The first hotel I stayed in after landing was indeed the right choice. It was very tiring to take a long flight. When I arrived at Hilton, I felt very relieved and at ease in terms of service, environment, hygiene and facilities. It was a good choice. The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs. There is a restaurant within a few steps. There are must-see attractions within one to two kilometers, including the Church of St. Sava, the National Museum, Knez Mihajlova Street, and the Danube River.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the People's Bank of China, Huawei, and the Chinese Cultural Center. The location is very good, free parking, and the breakfast is very colorful. Every time I stay, I taste a different breakfast, which is much better than the Pujiang Hotel I stayed in before. It is very cost-effective and worth recommending.
- Qingdaosonghongbo
The front desk was friendly and the room was clean. But the swimming pool was broken and could not be used for swimming. It would take a few days for the repair to be open. The sauna was nice and the breakfast was good, but there were too many sausages and a lack of fresh meat. The fruit was good!

Excellent location, in the center of the old city. 10 minutes from the main street, 25 minutes from the fortress, and relatively close to the church. I specifically chose a larger premium room. The 2 premium rooms were on the 1st and 7th floors. The room types are different. I looked at them and felt that the premium rooms all faced the street. On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.

The location of the hotel is good, walking distance from many attractions. Breakfast is similar to the five-star, very good. The coffee for breakfast is not very satisfactory, I hope to drink better in the future. The room feels a bit dusty, maybe the air conditioner is not cleaned. housekeeping The big sisters are very enthusiastic. The Bay City Hotel has free water for the first night, and there is no water in the future. I went to the nearby shop&go and dm to buy it myself. I think the size of the room is OK. If the carpet is cleaner in this hotel, the dust smell in the room is perfect.

The hotel is located on the 4th floor of the mall and is on Mikhail Street. Shopping, walking to the fortress, Danube cruises and other attractions are not very far, walking is easy and stress-free. There are also supermarkets and drug makeup DM in the mall. The design style of the hotel, especially the public area, I like the restaurant very much, full of vitality. The only thing I feel dissatisfied with is two points: the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, the carpet looks dirty and I found a cigarette butt on the carpet after I arrived at the room on the day of check-in; In addition, the toiletries are very simple, and the shower shampoo is a small piece of soap. Buffet breakfast is OK, continental breakfast category, juice is to be squeezed by yourself with a juicer, you need to peel the fruit yourself, squeeze the cup of orange juice is a bit hard haha 😂; coffee needs to go to the bar. It is self-service, and the restaurant staff is basically responsible for collecting used tableware. Maybe I really want to create that kind of free, casual, and undisturbed dining experience. There is a saying that breakfast outdoors is really chill 👍

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
