Pegasos Royal Hotel - All Inclusive Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

I have been a guest at this hotel for quite some time and my experience so far has been excellent. The people working at Hotel Litore were always responsive, friendly, hospitable. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious. I never had a single complaint until last week (November 4th). I had the most horrible experience a woman can have. I felt insecure, scared, threatened. At 11 pm there was a knock in my hotel room. I was in the shower and my friend (female) opened the door and saw the front office manager Sait at our door. I could hear them talking at the door. This went on for about 10 minutes while I was still in the shower. When I entered our room, they were talking on the balcony. Imagine my complete shock while I was still undressed when I saw someone from the hotel, a manager, in our room. Up until that point I had just exchanged a few words with him in the hotel lobby and had never given him any indication that I had or could have any interest in him. I or my friend never invited him to visit us in our room. It never occurred to me that something like this could happen. I was literally shocked. I won't lie, I was scared that something might happen to me and my friend. I felt insecure and scared. I got dressed in a hurry, put on whatever I could find, just so he wouldn't see me naked. He started asking me if I have a boyfriend, am I single while looking at me suspiciously. Luckily my friend was calm and told him we should leave the room now. Fortunately, he left too. Anyway, I have never felt more scared and insecure in my entire life. In a place where I should be relaxing and having fun, I was made to feel scared for my own safety as a woman. In such a friendly county, in a hotel where I have always been treated with respect, to feel so humiliated by a man in a leadership position... This is unacceptable. It also speaks badly for the hotel. I strongly believe that this person should not be an employee at Hotel Litore because his actions reflect on the hotel as well. We also informed the general manager of the hotel about the situation but he took no action and covered up the whole situation as it never happened. It's been a few days and I'm home now, but I'm still having nightmares about it. As a woman, I feel helpless. This man's actions were appalling, but what shocked me even more was the lack of any action by his superior. No one even apologized to me. I didn't get one: sorry. This is truly unacceptable. I honestly don't think women can feel safe there. We were lucky that nothing more happened, but I don't know if some other women will be as lucky as we were, or if something worse could happen to them.

Hi all. I will write a review not only about this hotel, but also about the trip as a whole. There are a lot of negative reviews about the hotel, I will express my point of view. I bought a tour a few days before departure for 132 thousand for two for 9 nights. Then, a day and a half before departure, the price was 105 thousand. It turns out that I overpaid considerably, it’s a shame, it’s annoying, but okay. Also, the flight from Krasnoyarsk was at 10-00 in the morning, and not at night. As a result, we got to the hotel in the evening, in the dark. And they lost a paid day of rest. There was a residue from this. The greed of our tour operators knows no bounds. The price for daily accommodation in any hotel is easy to look up on the Internet, and air tickets are certainly not as expensive as they are presented to us. I feel bad for the people who paid even more than me, since many are tied to specific dates and there are life circumstances. Okay, let it be on the conscience of the tour sellers. I bought a tour through Travelata, took it through them for the first time, before that I worked with the Bank of Last Minute Tours. Everything went without any complaints, the documents were sent to the post office very quickly. And the tour itself was from Annex. We flew there and back with Azur. I've heard a lot of negative things about them. I will say this, the flight attendants did an excellent job, the food on the plane was delicious. Usually the smell alone makes you sick, but here it’s okay, I even liked it. The only negative is the delay of the return flight by an hour and a half. But there was a lot of time before the train, so it didn’t matter where we sat. At Antalya airport or at the railway station in Krasnoyarsk. We arrived at the hotel around 19-00, the journey from the airport took more than 2 hours. They immediately refused to check in and sent everyone away for dinner. Having read reviews that they extract money from everyone for a good room, I immediately decided that I would not pay extra, and it would be my luck. To my surprise, no one suggested anything like that. We were given room 758. It is located quite high, but there were buildings even higher. I’ll tell you right away if you have severe shortness of breath, are overweight and you have a hard time climbing to the third and higher floors, you have nothing to do here, look for another option. There are many steep stairs and strong slopes of the roads. There is a bus going to the beach from the upper rooms and back, but we never went, but we saw it often. I also saw how people were brought from the top on it when checking out from the hotel, and sometimes pensioners were driven to the restaurant in a small car. I don’t know if it’s for free or for some kind of tip, I can’t say. If it’s free, it’s a plus for the hotel! As I understand it, we were lucky with the room; we ended up in those rooms that were renovated. Attaching photo. There were two beds (double and single), high ceilings and the room itself was very spacious. A large toilet room with a large sink, very convenient for washing, and a shower compartment of a very decent size. I liked it. Large balcony with a gorgeous view. Attaching photo. There was a flat-screen TV, but I couldn’t find anything useful from the channels. Sometimes the BBC watched in English. The room had a very noisy air conditioner, which also did not cool well. My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 boys aged 8, 5 and 1) stayed here for 10 nights at the end of October and had a fantastic first holiday abroad as a family. Hotel building/Room/general area - The building is beautiful! Inside reminded us of the atrium on a cruise ship. We stayed in a duplexe room which was perfect for us with 2 bathrooms and lots of space over the 2 floors and a large balcony. We had a few issues with the room (lost power and the plug got stuck in the sink) but these were resolved quickly when reported to reception. The room was made up daily, mini bars stocked up and was never dirty but the bathrooms would benefit from being updated. Outside of the hotel there is a bazaar within 5 minutes walk with some shops and bars but not much else. My husband and eldest visited Ruzgar to watch the football as it is not played in the hotel. Pools/Beach - The hotel was quiet at the time we stayed so we had our pick of sun loungers around the main pool. The kids pool was busier and the loungers more closely packed so we avoided sitting there and only moved some of our belongings there briefly when all of our children wanted to play in that area. The main pool was very cold but once you were in it was lovely as it was still in the high 20s-low 30s when we stayed. Our older kids loved the bouncy pillow and would watch all morning for it coming on. We all enjoyed the slides and would visit them later in the afternoon so never an issue getting a seat or having a long wait for a ring but I can see this being a problem when the hotel is busier. Only points for the hotel to consider is the general maintenance/cleanliness around the pool: some of the parasol bases are broken, some of the parasols themselves are tired looking, we didn’t like the cigarette holders on the parasols (but appreciate that a lot of guests do still smoke and, as Brits, we just aren’t used to it as much now), hedged areas around the pool and along the edge of the restaurant have cigarette ends and some rubbish strewn through them (not lots but enough to notice) but I do feel that the design of these borders and laziness of some smoking guests and those who don’t pick up things they drop makes it difficult for the cleaners who are constantly sweeping up. The border area between the pool and restaurant would benefit from some routine attention to tidy it up too. These small matters did in no way impact our stay, they were just things we picked up on that we felt downgraded this hotel from a 5*. Our youngest child preferred the beach and so we spent most afternoons there. The sea was lovely and warm and doesn’t get deep too quickly. Lots of sun loungers and shade available. Restaurants/Bars - the food choice is vast and the main restaurant is enormous! We always sat outside the main restaurant for breakfast and our evening meal and were extremely well looked after by Esat, Selami, Talha, Mehmet and Huseyin who quickly learned where we liked to sit, our drinks and would get us

Our big family chose this hotel for a reason. In this wonderful place, very responsive staff and incomparable service! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who reads this review. I would especially like to note the work of the girls at the reception, who always met and helped in any matter. I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking girl Aiturgan, who was very nice and happy to help us. Thanks!
