"The hotel service is very good, it is really a very pleasant hotel. There was a problem during the reservation. I was very anxious, and Ctrip took the initiative to solve it. Quite satisfied" "The price is beautiful! But the food at this restaurant is really good! Changed the concept of the old Japanese hotel" "The hotel is great and the environment is very good!"

"You get what you paid for. For $785 a night, I booked a suite with private soup in the suite, which is very large and has first-class facilities. The quality of breakfast and dinner is very high. Two days of great relaxation and enjoyment. Thank you Cui Shan Ting! Next time I go to Hokkaido to soak in hot springs, I will stay here." "I stayed one night in this onsen hotel, my friends and I had a great time in this hotel. There are different onsen facilities, some of onsen can be reserved to avoid crowds. The catering is also good but the speed of handling order is very slow. " "I am happy with the welcome sweets service.
The open-air bath is even better if you have measures such as insects."

There are also Starbucks, ramen restaurants, and supermarkets around, which are very convenient." "The hotel is very convenient. You can go to shopping malls and eat without going out. The JR line is downstairs. The hotel staff is very nice. room view is very good" "Except for the small room, everything else is very good
Breakfast is also very good, children also like to eat"
"Breakfast was excellent! There were mellow ice cream in the morning, ha ha ha ha. The indoor children's paddling pool water is relatively cold, and some areas are not open. If the children are playing in the winter, do not go." "Suitable for bringing children together, this is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. I said before that I have to wait for a child, I have to come again." "Can take the children to play, there is cake every day"
"It was safe even if it rained because there was a building ”Japan life Sapporo building” with the entrance and exit of the underground passage at a distance of less than 1 minute walk from Sapporo Station. The hotel room is clean and spacious 々, the hotel has a dripping coffee with the tea of the serving building in the room for the first time. I had a morning ... I regret that the seafood bowl was delicious and delicious and I should have eaten the seafood bowl before eating other dishes and then go to take other dishes. It was so delicious that I felt like I didn't have to go to Nijo market to eat seafood bowls. The public bath was also very beautiful, and the staff was in and out at a considerable frequency, so it was easy to speak when I was in trouble. The shampoo and conditioner in the public bath thought it was the taste of the trip, and it was hit this time! When I checked at the morning bath, I am considering the ”probancia” of the pelican soap now! I left my luggage when I checked out for a walk in Sapporo, but it was convenient for the self locker type that the cloak chose and stored the password number by itself in another room. I was satisfied with everything. I think I can go to Sapporo again or go to Solaria in another travel destination. I will add a nice smile of the word. I will go to stay again." "Great nice smile(ナイススマイル) were given from hotel crews and felt so welcome. Thank you for your hospitality. Nice room, great view. I like your coffee in the room. Shampoo and conditioner smell so lovely. My most favorite was French toast with coconuts sauce! That was awesome! I would definitely come back and introduce to other friends in and outside of Hokkaido or Japan! Thank you!" "As it was said, everything was clean and comfortable because it was new. The room felt clean, such as beds and toilets. The public bath was also beautiful and good. It was perfect if there was a sauna! Breakfast was good enough and the staff also responded with a smile. I will stay here next time."
you were so good
System error due to rush reservation? So, I checked in late, but they gave me a late check out.
There were staff who were fluent in English, and everyone was friendly.
The umbrella they rented was great too, and every night we have a DJ party, so make sure to go out and play.
I was thankful that DJ unnie put K-pop in the middle because Koreans came to play, and she seemed to be paying attention.
There is no picture of the property, but the bathroom shower and bathtub were separated and the room condition was good.
If I go to Phu Quoc again, I would like to use it again.
The little things matter…this resort is by far the best resort I’ve stayed at in all of Vietnam. The amenities, the scenery the restaurants and the beach was world class. But the one thing that really made my stay here so pleasant and welcoming was the little Things they do, like place a welcome conk full of chocolates and candies And welcome thank you card on the desk in my suite. On our first night when we returned from trekking on phu quoc the resort left some tea for a restful nights sleep on the bed and a custom facial green tea mud mask to help with sleep as well. They great you with an ice cold towel and the best fresh blended juices I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, they take meticulous care with your custom egg/omelette order. My poached egg order was amazing with careful attention to the plate arrangement and decoration. Simply superb here there’s no other way to describe salinda resort. I will be returning for sure, there’s plenty of other resorts here in phu quoc but like I said, the little things matter and they made me feel like a royalty instead of just a “guest”. I wish I could rate salinda 10 stars. The level of service and satisfaction you’ll receive is top notch. You won’t be disappointed.
This was the most awesome stay in Novotel Phu Quoc.
The property itself is massive and very well maintained right from the checkin to checkout. 4d3n from 26-29/11 weren’t enough though. The breakfast buffet was a definite plus. The hotel staff were awesome. Good service and polite. Novotel provides Free shuttle to and from airport too. Not many hotels in PQ provided this service. Love the pools and beach. We will be back.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and it provides a comfortable, spacious and beautiful room to return to after a long day out. The staff at Radison Blu have been trained well as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Views from the balcony where lighting of Corona ****** was superb. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious for such a 5 stars hotel.
Been here for 9 nights so far and haven’t had a plan to leave as we knew we would miss this place a lot. Really enjoyed our stay at Radison Blu! Highly recommended!
The hotel is located closed to the airport. There is an amazing spa in the hotel.
The staff are very nice, friendly and willing to help, but the hotel needs to train more the staff. We got several issues during out stay (more than 1hour wait to have our food after ordering it, staff cleaned up our table during the breakfast when we went to take food despite that we have still our belonging in the table, called us at 6am but called the wrong room...). For 2 days stays, it s too much, and COVID cannot be used as an excuse anymore.
It feels like a large-scale Jeju Shinhwa World in Phu Quoc, but also has a safari. You can take care of everything inside, the room service is good, and the exchange fee is quite low. You can also use the shuttle for free. You must go to the clock tower to see the Grand World performance. It is satisfactory.
First of all, the staff are very friendly. The two staff at the information desk, kim phoung and jenny, speak English well and solve everything quickly. I even called a taxi to go to a place where the cost of the corona test hospital is cheap. Cost 100,000 VND (5000 KRW) Received the result in 10 minutes.
It's near the Duong Dong night market. It's a 10-minute walk. It was hot, so we rented a motorcycle. There is also a park nearby, so it's worth visiting in the evening. The motorcycle is at the level of stunts, but it remains a fun memory for all of us who are beginners. The cost is also low.
The resort is built in the form of bungalows, layer by layer in the mountains, so it's quiet and idyllic. There is only one swimming pool, but the depth of the water is adequate and it was good to play in the water. The restaurant is right next door, so if you order food, it comes out right away. The downside is that you have to walk into the alley and there is the sea across the street, so I couldn't go there.
There are many Koreans.
The dormitory I stayed at before was superior in size and facilities, but my husband and family said that they liked Lahana's Vietnamese facilities more.
In particular, the staff are very friendly. The male staff who drove the luggage to the pool when we went to breakfast was also very friendly.
The breakfast had bad reviews, so I was worried, but the breakfast rice noodles were the most delicious I've had on my trip. It was clean and prepared only food, so my family really enjoyed it..
Our family couldn't even speak Vietnamese, but we were able to enjoy our first trip to Vietnam comfortably. I recommend Lahana I want to go back to
The facilities were good for the price, and the landscaping in the resort was not bad. Breakfast was included, especially the noodles were delicious, and the pool was small, but it was okay to play. Plenty of drinking water is provided, so it was very comfortable to eat ramen, coffee, etc. And the room is big, so I like it.
Spacious and comfortable room, good service, and sunset view restaurant. It was so good and it was perfect for a vacation. The number of people is less compared to Vinpearl, so I rather liked this one. Even if you are a Vinpearl for your family, this is recommended for friends and lovers. The pool was very pretty and I got a massage, but it was luxurious and good in a private room. Rooftop ink360 has a price range, but the view was pretty
The hotel is really top notch. We booked the King suite room and it came with a beautiful view of the sea. Wonderful place with great kids amenities. One area of consideration would be the allocation of halal food.
very pretty! Perfect for taking pictures!
Please note that the menus do not include tax.
It's a pity that I couldn't go to the pool, but the staff are all very friendly and the facilities are very good.
It feels like a little palace!
Super comfy beds! Me and my partner initially booked for two nights but we loved our room (Garden Villa) and we decided to stay three more nights. It’s super wide and has a really nice bathtub. Plus, it was nice to just chill/hangout in the veranda :) The staff have been very accommodating and welcoming to us.
It’s a little bit far off from the busy South area but we didn’t really mind that because we rented out motorbikes so it was easy to get to places. The restaurant food is pricey, so you might take that in consideration, but we were able to do deliveries from restaurants in town so it wasn’t really a problem.
We spent 12days in the Thien Thanh hotel in February 2020. This was our first trip to Phu Quoc and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The entrance is as grand as the brochure shows and it is a very impressive looking building which stands out from the rest in the area. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff on the resort. So polite and courteous. The Hotel is ideally located with bars and restaurants right next door and all along the main road. We walked to the Night Market which took about 1/2hr and also took a taxi which cost about 50K Viet Dong (about £2) well worth a look. Our room was on the 9th floor of the main building, overlooking the street, and had a small balcony which was big enough for the two of us. The street noise could be heard when on the balcony and kept us entertained with the various sounds. Once inside the room with the door closed you couldn't hear anything. The room was spacious with two very large double beds, large bathroom with shower, a mini bar, fridge and small safe for valuables and of course the very necessary Air Con.. Plenty of wardrobes and draws although we did have to ask for more coat hangers which were delivered immediately, probably our fault for taking too many clothes. The gounds and pool are beautifully kept and lead down to the beach. Towels are provided at the pool and there was always plenty of sunbeds around the pool or on the beach. The beach is very clean although the sea is a bit murky, not a clear as found on the East side of the island, that's probably due to the tide as there was no rubbish anywhere. The breakfast is a Buffet and not what we expected, strange combinations from Beef stew to spaghetti bolognese, not something we expected to see for breakfast. There was always something we found to eat so you'll never starve, and the eggs are scrambled or fried etc while you wait. You've just got to remember you're in Vietnam so just go with the flow. Drinks and food can be ordered at the pool and we would recommend the Pizza. Drinks cost a little more than at the adjacent bars and Cafes, but thats a small price to pay for the beautiful surroundings. I cannot fault this Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Phu Quoc. Great location, great staff and great grounds.
The location of the hotel is close to the seaside and the commercial area. After breakfast, you can go directly to the beach. I can come out and cross the road to visit the surrounding supermarkets and eat!
