Excelent resort. The resort is offering breathtaking views, pristine private beaches, and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options. Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

The second time I stayed at Exploration. It is a worry-free choice to stay at Exploration in Boracay. It is located in S1, which is relatively quiet, the beach quality is also good, and there is free airport pick-up and drop-off. In addition, the attitude of every service staff I met is super nice~ Although the swimming pool is not big, there is a hot spring pool next to it, and it is still very comfortable to soak in it; there are not many types of breakfast, and the more popular dishes are not available if you go too late; the room is quite large, but if you are sensitive to light, remember to bring an eye mask, because the room uses roller blinds, which do not block light and leak light seriously, so you don’t sleep well, and you are very tired when you go to bed late and wake up early. The shower water pressure is sufficient, which is great~ After all, it is important to take a comfortable hot bath. If the room can be replaced with blackout curtains, I think I will choose Exploration again when I go to Boracay next time.

I recently stayed at **The Lind Boracay**, and while the hotel **looks great from the outside**, my experience with the **service and facilities** was disappointing. Despite the hotel's stylish and modern design, the **service felt unprofessional**, lacking warmth and attentiveness. The overall experience felt **bland and empty**, with little effort to make guests feel truly welcome or valued. The **biggest issue was the room's maintenance**. Inside the shower, there was a **leak from the ceiling, dripping through the lightbulb**, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the **bathtub lid wouldn’t close and remained open at all times**, which was frustrating. The only truly positive aspects of the stay were the **breakfast, which was enjoyable**, and the **aesthetic appeal of the building itself**. Unfortunately, beyond that, the hotel failed to meet expectations, and I believe there’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of service quality and room maintenance.

We had a warm welcome with 🍹 drinks.The staff were very accomodating regardless the ethnicity.One of the nice and important thing about the staff walking around that caught our attention was they greet every visitor on their way, it makes us feel good first thing in the morning.The facilities are great very clean.They will lend you towel when you want to go to the beach,very convinient.Awesome buffet breakfast with ocean view.They even bother to call our transfer tour which I booked on different agency and make sure we will have no worries.If you some guests expect too much I think they should pay more because infairness in this resort,they’ve done a very good job!Go and experience this fantastic Two Seasons Resort!!!

Our beach vacation this time was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the ocean. Just opening the balcony door reveals an endless sea view, and waking up to the sound of waves in the morning was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's overall environment was spotless, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped, creating a relaxing resort atmosphere throughout. The pool area is very thoughtfully designed, featuring both an infinity pool and a children's pool, catering to all guests. Enjoying the sunset by the pool in the evening was particularly romantic. Our room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a very quiet and peaceful stay. I especially loved the bathroom design, which is both modern and functional, allowing you to soak in the tub while enjoying the sea view. For dining, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering fresh fruit, freshly prepared hot dishes, and local specialties, catering to all tastes. The hotel's seafood restaurant is highly recommended; the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the dishes were delicious. The staff were friendly and incredibly responsive to our needs, making us feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out. Overall, this is a perfect seaside hotel for a relaxing getaway, ideal for both couples and families looking to create beautiful memories. We would definitely return again!

The hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed. Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service. Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs. Hotel staff needs more training.

Our recent stay at Astoria Boracay was a fantastic experience for our family trip! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is unbeatable—right on Station 1's beautiful beachfront, which is perfect for families looking to avoid the more crowded areas of Boracay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and we loved the beach-inspired decor that felt cozy and tropical. The pool area was another highlight for the kids, and there were plenty of lounge chairs for us to relax while they enjoyed the water. Breakfast was a treat every morning with a great selection of local and international dishes that catered to all our tastes. The on-site restaurant also had a fantastic menu for lunch and dinner, with dishes that gave us a taste of the local flavors as well as family-friendly options. Another plus is the easy access to nearby shops and dining options along the beach path, so we could explore the island without any hassle. Astoria Boracay is truly an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure. We highly recommend it and can’t wait for our next trip back! :)

The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine.

The most satisfactory hotel in Boracay. I also stayed in Movenpick and Mandarin afterwards, but this one is too cost-effective. 1. Ctrip is really good. When I found that other platforms were more expensive than it, they directly refunded me the difference. 2. For two nights, I got a massage and salt bath for two people. Its spa is the best in Boracay☝️. It also provides round trip to the airport. It is round trip. Even if I stay in other hotels later🏨. 3. The appearance of the room is very suitable for taking pictures, which is much better than the stereotyped🏨. 4. The hotel is not big, and there are not many rooms. The service is particularly good.
