We expected a lot more for this hotel. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and so was the bellboy. The room was sober but clean and i have no comment on that. But, we had no warm water, even after it ran for over 15 minutes. The bartender was unfriendly and i made a comment to him directly that he had to learn to smile, that it does not cost anything. But the same went for the serving staff in the bufet restaurant. Although the hotel was only occupied for about 30% , they were very slow and unfriendly. The selection of food was very limited. Breakfast didn't include bacon, and had only one type of ham and cheese. Lunch and dinner, the same. Small selection of vegetables and speciality dish, 1 type of fish and one type of meat. No cheese, ice cream or even pudding for dessert. I realize it is low season in Samana at this moment, but i had expected more from a Wyndham hotel. Further more, driving there, you can get lost, as there ar no signs or directions to follow. Its in the middle of nowhere.

Excellent hotel to enjoy in family and among friends. Beautiful beach, a variety of swimming pools, all clean and hygienic, good service and food was not bad even though they can improve the variety and I understand that with all open restaurants this can change to better. We'll return and hope you can finish with all the refurbishments 🤩

The house is part of Las Pascualas Beach Resort is a gated community with it's own private beach, private pool as well as a shared pool, a small ice cream place and 24 hours security. Our house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds and one super comfortable sofa bed. The bedroom on the second floor has two bunk beds and a queen bed, the other two bedrooms have each a queen bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, three air conditioners and hot water. The house has an amazing wrap around porch with hammocks and great seating, there is also an umbrella with six additional chairs. We also has an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, wood cooking and an outdoor sink.
