The location is very good, you can walk to the surrounding attractions, shopping, eating is very convenient. The rooms are clean, tidy and the facilities are relatively new. There is no kettle, if you have the habit of drinking hot water, you need to go to the coffee machine on the first floor to drink, hot water is free.

Very heart of Valencia! Walking distance to most attractions and tons of restaurants. The breakfast was good quality containing English and Mediterranean foods. I would recommend for short stay. Plus added bonus, our room had a small balcony.

Perfect accommodation for 2 people and 2 companions (the loft is 40m)

Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, hob, washing machine, kitchen utensils, television, wifi and bathroom with shower.
The guest has towels and bed linen.
It is located in the area called "Ciutat Vella" of Valencia. The towers of Quart are only 1 minute walk away, Central Market, town hall square, virgin square 5 minutes away. Guests can find a wide variety of places to eat, dine and have a drink.
Bicycles can be stored inside the house or parked at the door since being a low-dwelling, in a pedestrian street, there is no problem.
From January to May 2017 we have had more than 20 guests, having a very good opinion of the loft, what stands out is the tranquility of the street and how central it is.
A 10 minute walk you have a low cost garage of € 3 / day.

This is my second stay in this hotel and it is just as I remembered. The staff are very friendly and go that little extra to make sure you are comfortable and to help as needed. At check in they give you a card with restaurant recommendations from places nearby. The girl at the front desk told me which were her favorites and recommended a few extra.
The rooms are spacious and clean. They have giant windows for natural light and plenty of space to move around. Bigger than your average euro-hotel room, for sure. The facilities are solid. The gym has a personal trainer if you wish to book a session - otherwise it's free to use, well laid out and well equipped.
The hotel is well located - right near the main square and a short walk from the railway station. There are penty of cafes, restaurants, shopping streets etc nearby. And plenty of bus route readily available if you wish to venture further - down to the beach for example.FromPLN 867

The location of the hotel is very good, but the sanitary conditions do not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. I found a mosquito when I entered the door, and there were spider webs near the exhaust vent. The most frightening thing is that there is black dust on the lining of the quilt... The temperature of the hot water in the rain is also very unstable. There is not enough water at low temperatures.
