We vacationed with my daughter's family. The service at reception was excellent—they immediately gave us adjoining rooms! Thank you!!!
Rooms. The buildings are three-story. Half of the buildings have access to the lawn by the pool (these are single-bed rooms). Twin rooms (for families with children) face the opposite side of the pool, but the pool is still very close. The pools are long, starting at the buildings closest to reception and ending at the sea. They clear any fallen leaves every morning.
Entertainment. For both children and adults! There was dancing on the beach, aqua aerobics, and much more! The team did a great job!
The sea. This place has the best location—a reef 100 meters away protects us from the waves. During our stay, it rained, and the shores of neighboring hotels had waves, but ours were very small!!! However, on days when the wind blew from the sea, there was a lot of seaweed in the water near the shore.
Food. Delicious! A la carte restaurants are available without reservations. We only went once because the food was so varied that we didn't want to go anywhere else!
Water park. For both children and adults. At lunchtime, there's a barbecue and snacks right on the water park grounds.

It was a very nice experience, the hotel in general is beautiful, the room, the pool, the water park, everything is super good and clean, the entertainment is good, the theme restaurants are very good, the food is good at the buffet but does not have much variety, the collaborators in the pool and water park area (security) are excellent, very helpful and very willing, the guy from the seafood buffet area is excellent, however, he has things to improve, for example, the waitress Katherine from the buffet, a short and chubby girl, rates the customers, it was very uncomfortable to see how she treated foreigners, very different from our table, where she didn't even put water on the table, it was in very bad taste because it happened several times. Likewise, the guy who makes the hamburgers in the pool area next to the bar lacks training to deal with customers, has no empathy whatsoever and does not care about leaving the customer 20 minutes waiting for a hamburger without having anyone else in front of him, as he did with me under the sun, I did not want to order again, in total the hotel is good and for one or two people you can't ruin such a nice experience.
