Sari pacifica review Worst experience ever Price: too expensive for this kind of service. I’ve experience better service and facility with a cheaper price. You would think that with a pricey packaged, the service would be good right? NO Facility: no water for guest, but can switch on fountain and swimming pool. And got water for staff quarters. Food: some are tasteless and bland, some are too salty. No in between one. We rather go out to buy lunch dinner rather eat their food. Staff: Worst front desk staff that they can hire. Im surprised their management hire this kind of people. No hospitality, no manner, no common sense. You should do a re-organisation. No critical thinking, dont know how to handle crisis. Overal experience: Check in and room situation: We arrived at the resort at around 11am. And during the check in, the staff there mention that our room is yet to be ready (and informed that the check in time is actually 3pm) , and they said that they *will inform us by calling my number when the room is ready*. After that, we keep asking them the room status every hour. At our 2nd time asking, they mentioned that there is some maintenance issue that they need to attend to our room, and its not yet ready. So we waited. We waited until 2.30pm, and decided to ask them the room status. And when we asked them for an update at 2.30pm, only they informed us that our room is actually leaking and the maintenance not able to fix it. So they offer us a 2 separate double room (we booked a quad sharing instead of double sharing), they didnt really give us and option, we need to take it because we have been staying outside for almost 4 hours. But even though they offered 2 room, only 1 room is ready, and another room will only be ready at 4 (be mind that the check in time is at 3pm). They didnt even have the courtesy to do as what they say (which is to call me when there is a room or an update about our room), they didnt call me to say oh we have a room ready. So if i didnt go and ask, they will just let us sleep under the sun, in our travel clothing until the sun is set?? 2nd day lunch situation: They refused us our lunch on the second day because quote “oh we will not provide the lunch of the people that go for snorkelling because we have prepared it at Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah. We have prepared the lunch at Sari Pacifica Redang for the exact number of pax that didnt go for snorkelling trip”. Please note ah, the lunch was in a buffet (self service), so how can a 4 person eat until finished everything? At 9.20am the same morning, i already informed the snorkelling centre guy that our group will not join for lunch. And also at 12pm, just before lunch, we took our new room key Winnie, the front desk manager also aware that we didnt go for snorkelling trip. And when we make a complaint through our agent, they defended that we need to inform them (front desk) if we dont want to go for snorkelling. But their management also said that, the snorkellin

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? Just came back from LanG Tengah for 3D2N. We were group of 3 staying at D'coconut Lagoon (west wing). The Island - there are only 4 hotels at the island and not all at the same beach. When you reached the island you will be seeing crystal clear water. D'coconut is situated at the other side of the island and you can walk (through the jungle - 5 mins walking) to visit the other resorts / beach. If you want to see baby sharks at night, head to Sari Pacifica's jetty ;) The hospitality - Mr Anuar greeted us upon arriving at the hotel lobby and the staff will helped you with your bags and luggage. The check in process was okay and Mr Anuar will give a short briefing on rules of the hotel and itinerary. The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. The room - we stayed in Cabana rooms. You can see the beach directly from your balcony. We purposely choose this room just for the view. Unfortunately, D'coconut should really pay attention to cleanliness of their resort. Our room was not entirely 'okay' with the price we paid. The bed was so sandy even under the duvet :/ The toilet did not cleaned properly. I think they do not have dedicated housekeepers to take care of the rooms. So we only used the room to sleep at night. The rest of the time, we spent our time outside. The food - they served buffet for all meal with limited choice. However, the food were incredibly delicious! Kudos to the chef and team. Your dining area will be facing the beach, something that you will be misisng once you are back. The beach - since the west wing of the resort only has limited number of rooms, you will hardly see people at the beach. As if you are at the private island. And the beach was so breezy and you will not be sweating because of the breeziness unlike like the other side of the island. You can also kayak if you want. The experience- on our first night, we were lucky we get to see the turtle laying 136 eggs. Tell Mr Anuar to inform you if there is a turtle coming to the island! At lang tengah it is a perfect place for stargazing and seeing blue tears along the beach. Ask the staff to show you around :) You wil get complimentary of 2 snorkeling trips together with the package you signed up. They will also bring you to see the baby sharks near the beach at the summer bay resort. Overall, we had the best time in Lang Tengah. Although it is a small island but you will get a handful of experience throughout your stay. If you are looking for a peaceful and serenity, you should definitely come here. From Redang, Pulau Perhentian this is by far the best island I have experienced.

We have selected this hotel to explore Kuala Terrenganu without being among the traffic of the city side, and it was a good choice. Set on a wide area with gardens, the chalets look nice, with a lot a space around, and a buggy service if you do not wish to walk. For sure the place used to be in better conditions, and hopefully they will be able to fully renovate it if more tourists will visit this area. The room was ok, and clean, breakfast was good, and you could either sit indoor or outdoor with a nice view on the river. Duyong is a nice island where you can walk around freely, or you can just book a Grab to go to town at any time. The staff were very friendly and polite. Would we return? Yes!

Everything was good. Hotel was very clean & have big space, suitable for family. The swimming pool also awesome & beautiful😍 Staff also have good manner & friendly. Surely will repeat for next trip!

Very satisfied with the service from the staff. The child loves taking a bath very much. The day we went the day before the puasa so no one took a bath. One pool for us. The room is also very large and worth the price offered. Front door facing the pool, back door facing the beach, parking is a buzz, overall very satisfied.

First time I and my family stayed at this resort on December 2020. The room that we have stayed is flooded due to monsoon season. The window silicone is old already that cause the rain came inside. The water pipe also has been broken. We have to change our room from room no 107 to no 106 then lastly to room no 112. The room is spacious for family. The service quite good. Staffs response immediately that day. Thanks to them. The pool is nice and spacious. My sons love the pool very much. It makes our holidays happy. Thank you.
