This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. Both the environment and the service are top-notch. It turned out that we made the wrong booking when we made the reservation. One of them became a double room. The hotel staff communicated with us and directly changed the double bed to a double bed. The hotel is more beautiful than the attractions, and more beautiful.

A ROYAL experience !!! We stayed at Leela Palace, Udaipur for 2 nights as part of our trip here for our 25th wedding anniversary and what an amazing stay we had. Right from the welcome with rose petal showers as we walked in, the boat ride with accompanying live flute music, to the fantabulous arrangement in the room; Special mention about Mr Madhav Rathi, who was responsible for arranging everything in the room (cakes and cards to welcome us) and outside for us, was one of the most friendliest and accommodating staff we encountered. Even my last minute request for complimentary incense of the exclusive Leela fragrance, he sorted within few minutes. He is an A* staff for Leela Palace. T The room, deco, ambience, the environment, the early morning soothing music, world class cuisine by Mr Roopak, exemplary service from Mr Gaurav / Mr Ronak to name a few, the cleanliness and attention to detail, evening cultural events — a royal experience indeed. Definitely a place to visit again for a longer stay in future

Impeccable, world class landscape. The hotel itself was transformed from an 18th-century palace with impeccable service and facilities. The hotel also has various activities such as yoga classes.

In this hot weather we came for a fresh mint drink and end up having Rajasthani dish. Amazing dal bhati choorma with warm hospitality. The view is amazing from this restaurant. Had a lovely time. A must go place when you visit Udaipur. Thanks Kalu Singh, Surinder and Gaurav.

I stayed at Chunda Palace and had the pleasure of being attended to by Deepanjali, our exceptional waitress at breakfast and dinner. It’s a rare find to encounter someone as kind-hearted, giving, and skilled at their job as she is. Not only did she ensure that every request was promptly fulfilled with amazing service, but what made the experience truly special was the genuine connection we formed through our conversations with her. Getting to know Deepanjali added an extra layer of warmth and authenticity to our stay, making it truly remarkable.
