酒店的交通位置特別好，靠近步行街中間，目前來回的大巴都停它門口的那條街上，到的比較晚，給升級了套房，陽台就能看到中心景點。服務態度也都還不錯。

It is a relatively large hotel in the local area, next door is a large school, forget what name. It seems quite close to driving from the city center. There is a cafeteria on the first floor. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

My room was on the first floor, and at 2 AM, the noise from drunk people in the lobby woke me up. The disturbance lasted for hours. It's close to restaurants that open early in the morning, but be aware that many people around the cafes near the hotel late at night are out of their minds.

The environment is elegant and comfortable! Good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy and bright! The window is Spanish style and can be opened! The room details are in place, even a small bottle of perfume! Breakfast is rich, even white wine! The five-star hotels here cannot be compared with China. There are 12 rooms on each floor with a total of 7 floors, which is a mini five-star hotel.

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but: We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation. We asked to move to a front room and were told that everything was taken and there was no room available at the front. An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!! The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken. The maintenance man ”taught us” to first open a weak stream and then pull the exposed switch screw with our fingers so that water would flow slowly through the faucet and only then increase the stream. In short, discomfort in use and also irritation/roughness of the fingers when pulling an exposed screw - I got the impression that the problem is not new and the hotel simply ignores it instead of fixing it. Breakfast is varied and rich, but note that there is only black tea and only in a central kettle from which each length is poured into a glass. There are no teas of various types. There is only sugar and no artificial sweeteners, (by the way, in all hotels and restaurants in Albania there are no artificial sweeteners).

衝著距離Luna機場線近而預訂的。 標榜是古董酒店。 房間外面的公共區域不錯。 房間裏，地板很臟，我自己帶的便攜式拖鞋的底一個晚上就無眼抬啊。因為地板臟，所以浴室的地板也臟，然後淋雨的這個凹陷地方，水會埋過腳面，臟臟的，所以我衹能腳踩在外圍一邊，導致洗澡身體可以沖水的的衹有局部。請注意沒有手持花灑，衹有一個大的淋浴頭，洗頭洗澡一體還好但是如果你不要洗頭的這天就不舒服。 早餐不錯，有咖啡，有酸奶，有burek,有有有有。 沒有電梯，全台階。check in如果男服務員不在你需要等，前台女生是不會幫你零的，台階高,台階也多。check out 我就自己一步步另下去，很可能男生不在，因為上午。 房間裏電視沒有信號。 房間裏電話播44找前台，鈴響後被按掉忙音嘻嘻的。 有空調不錯。 房間裡佈局怪怪的。

The hotel is very good, the sheets and towels are very clean, there is shampoo and soap, no slippers and toothbrushes. The staff cleans the room every day to change the sheets. The mattress is very comfortable and rubber mattress. Downstairs is the cafe, which provides breakfast and coffee, and you can buy breakfast according to your needs. The front desk has coffee shop staff very friendly and welcoming!

The location was good and it was a very comfortable stay. All the reception are kind. On the way back from the outing, when I told him that I didn't have shampoo and shower gel, he delivered it to my room immediately. When I checked out, I was sitting on a slightly cramped sofa full of luggage in front of the reception, and I was able to sit comfortably with my luggage removed. It is a recommended hotel.
