From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by wonderfully friendly staff at the reception desk, and our positive impression continued when we saw our room. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean and a perfect space to relax in. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm dipped when we looked out the window. We had eagerly anticipated the sea view we booked, but found ourselves on the first floor looking directly onto the main path to the restaurant. The lack of both a view and privacy was a real disappointment. The challenges were compounded by a local festival taking place during our stay. This rendered the beach unusable due to the sheer volume of people. Worse, the road closures made leaving the hotel a logistical headache, leaving us feeling a bit trapped. A final frustration was discovering there were no shops nearby and no convenience store in the hotel itself, so be sure to pack everything you might need. In summary, while we can't fault the hotel on its cleanliness or the friendliness of its staff, the experience was significantly hampered by the room mix-up and the festival chaos. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it was far from the relaxing getaway we had planned.

A beautiful villa, lived in a room with a bathtub(as they position with a personal pool(total bath+shower), but it didn't use it, we were given it allegedly an appreciation from a luxurious house with a shower. High floor, you get used to climbing, through a couple of lifts, but there is an elevator. There is a pleasant pool and even a mini hall. Not walking, a beautiful spacious room, excellent view. We had a problem in the room a broken door in the bath (curve canvas and door not to close at all is a huge minus. The staff is very welcoming, ready to help always. For breakfast plus give freshly squeezed mango and pineapple, eggs (omlet, eyelid, cream), chicken carrie, pancakes or waffles, fruit every day was papaya, bananas, arbuz and another changed. Dry breakfasts. There is no coffee of the car, but the cooking and tea bags. In general, something for breakfast is quite possible. From the downside that to the beach you have to go to a tuck-tuck or a taxi(and the main beach and the jungle-but it is very dirty), Go minutes 18-20 But along the main route is not pleasant.

A wonderful hotel with magnificent views of Galle Fort and the bay – the sunset views are absolutely stunning! The continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff's service was excellent. The panoramic pool is beautiful. We traveled by car, so the hotel's location on the hill wasn't an issue for us. Thank you for your hospitality!

The main asset of this place is the staff. Everything. What was not noted when booking was the lack of glass in the windows. They are closed with decorative wooden shutters, as the hotel is decorated in a traditional style. But opening these shutters means listening to all the sounds that you can already hear quite well, and in the evening mosquitoes will fly in. Some people won’t notice, but I was in a small room with no windows, and without daylight it wasn’t very good. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfasts are good. The hotel team is pulling out all the stops, but renovation of the rooms is already required))

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was conveniently located about a 10-15 minute walk from Unawatuna Beach and there was a supermarket right in front. The room was a little disappointing in that not all corners were clean. I chose the Sri Lankan style breakfast for both nights, but the chicken curry on the first night was much tastier. The English style breakfast was also quite filling and satisfying. The staff were all friendly and smiling.

Не далеко от отеля есть кафе Лемонграсс в котором мы почти всегда ужинали. Порции огромные, цены не высокие. Когда в отеле был заявлен вечером буфет , мы ужинали в отеле. Тоже очень все вкусно . Познакомились с местным жителем ****, который возил нас на тук-туке на достопримечательности. Хорошо говорит на русском, английском и итальянском языках. Не просто возит , а рассказывает о достопримечательностях на которые едем. Отвечает в WhatsApp по номеру ************

The room I was originally given was close to the street and was very noisy. Later, I was given a room close to the sea, and the beach was right outside the door🏖. Of course, I only stayed for two nights and left early. The room was large and nice, with sufficient air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The only problem was that the hot water was not hot enough for this generation of hotels. It was probably warm water. I hoped I wouldn't catch a cold after taking a shower. I was quite happy staying there.

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.

A great number. Plus: 1. Location. On the street with restaurants and cafes. Near the road and beach. 2. Your area with a pond in which one large fish swims but the area is not completely quadrupled. Wonderful place with a lush garden in Unawatuna area in the main tourist road. They let us for an early checkin so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby area. Room was spacious with modern furniture and included a minibar. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious. Hot water worked perfectly. Modern fixtures too. Green villa was close to all the main attractions. Highly recommended for a calm, quiet, comfortable stay in Unawatuna area.
