Desirable second floor condo overlooks pool and has vaulted ceilings with two skylights for an open and sunny feel. The property is fully furnished and includes an electric range/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils / pots / pans / plates / cups.

The condo has multiple pillows and blankets. Please bring two sets of queen sized sheets (master bed and sofa bed), as well as bath and beach towels. Sheets and towels can be rented if required, just ask prior to arrival.

One parking passes included for parking in the private lot.

No pets allowed per condo rules.

For monthly rentals all utilities are included, except for electricity, as it's usage based. Relax in this spacious 1 bedroom condo. During the summer you can relax in the indoor and outdoor pools (closed off season). From this condo you can walk to a number of local restaurants and sights so you can enjoy your vacation rather than sitting in traffic. It is also across from the Ogunquit Playhouse.
The space
We hope that you enjoy your stay at our condo at the Seafarer. You are located across the street from the Ogunquit Playhouse, a nice 0.8mi walk to Perkins Cove, and 0.6mi to the center of town.

Unit 225 is on the ground floor.

Living room: There is a spacious living room that is open to the kitchen and 4 seat dining table. The couch is a pullout couch with a queen sized mattress. There is a Roku tv above a beautiful electric stove. There is a bathroom off of the kitchen with a tub and shower combination.

Bedroom: The only bedroom has a King sized bed with a Nectar memory foam mattress. There is another Roku smart tv to relax after a great day at the beach. There is also a desk with monitor, keyboard and mouse if you are working while getting away. The second bathroom is off of the bedroom with a beautiful new shower with glass enclosure.

Pool: There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool at the property. The indoor pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day until a point in September determined by the weather.

Parking: There are two parking spots for this unit. Sleeps 2. This is a one room unit. Unit has full kitchen, full bath, with sectional couch for relaxing and sleeping, dining area and TV. The sectional couch is a pullout bed for 2 persons to sleep on a full size memory foam pull-out sleeper sofa. A high quality brooks stone 24” tall twin air mattress is available if needed.

You have a 5 minute walk to town; 15 minute walk to beach, or take the shuttle from the stop across the street to either beach or town.

Walk to the prestigious Ogunquit Playhouse, Ogunquit Museum of American Art, Marginal Way nature walk, Perkins Cove fishing village or the Ogunquit Memorial Library.

Within 15 miles of town you can enjoy a day in the historic towns of York or Kennebunkport, Maine or historic Portsmouth, NH. A hike on Mount Agamenticus or a trip to York Wild Kingdom Zoo and Amusement Park are within 5 miles of town.
