The location is convenient. The staff at the door will carefully remind you of the steps. They are very friendly and smiling. Every experience is good. Breakfast is a set menu with a buffet bar. I think the part of the breakfast that is not hungry needs to be strengthened. The lettuce is a bit hard. Of course, the breakfast decoration has a good atmosphere, and the service staff is also attentive and good at introducing the meals.

I had a great time at this hotel and I was exceptionally pleased with the young gentleman named Benson at the club lounge. The service he showed at breakfast was incredible and I can see from his service that he is very passionate and professional in his work. And my husband loved the cocktails as well. Please thank him for us. Thank you and I hope to visit again in the future

We’ve stayed in Marriotts around the world and this was our favorite! The hotel is beautiful with top-notch service. Incredible breakfast and the most amazing spa/pool I’ve ever seen. Wish we had stayed longer! Definitely coming back.

The hotel has the same style as Taipei Yuanshan. The environment is elegant and atmospheric. It is very suitable for taking wedding photos. The service attitude is very good. In addition, the weather in Kaohsiung is probably very hot all the time, so the air conditioner in the room is only cold and there is no heating. It is just in front of the hotel. The temperature has dropped a little bit these days, but fortunately the quilt is thick enough. Overall, it is very good. The antique furnishings in the room have a nostalgic feel. Although it is a hotel of a certain age, it is very clean and tidy. It is very good. experience

The service attitude is first-class, the decoration is also very good, and the supplies and different details are very considerate. It's a pity that I booked the largest room and said there was a window. Unfortunately, I only said that there was a window when I arrived at the scene, but I couldn't see the outside. It was like a ”dark room”. I couldn't see the outside at all. The room was dark all day long. This is very disappointing, after all, it is not cheap. 😵💫

Can sense the attention paid in designing the room - comfortable bed - bedside charging (usb ports included) - media panel (hdmi port, audio etc… also located bedside) - 49 inch tv is big enough given distance from bed to tv - complimentary mini bar items (though it is just two small bottles of soft drinks and 2 packets of snacks that is not refilled enough though I stayed two nights) - pillow menu - stand-alone bathtub comes with a view! - speakers in room and toilet negatives - tv no Chromecast - duvet could be thicker - bath towels could be thicker - bedside clock cum usb speaker audio quality quite poor - non carpeted floor may not be to everyone’s liking (cold)

Because of the yellow duck, I stayed at the Hanshen Hotel in Kaohsiung. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the scent of flowers and the fragrance was everywhere. For this family trip, the two adults and one child were arranged in a side room on the high floor. The night city view was beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable to sleep on! The housekeeping staff you meet in the corridor will also smile and say hello, which makes you feel friendly. The welcome fruit in the room is great!
