Excellent location with MRT within 5mins walk.The staff is friendly and the room is clean. As we got the city family room , the toilet and bathroom layout is not convenient for mixed gender sharing the room.

The location is super close to the MRT station, and the hygiene and room are also good. The only thing is that they don't allow check-in until after 2:30 PM, but you can leave your luggage there.

The AC is terrible, even you turned up the temperature but not working. As told by front desk, the central supply of AC dominates all rooms adjustment. Thus we got cold on second day.  And the shower head also broken, the big rain head was loose and easy to fall down.

The location is very convenient — about 3 minutes from Houyi Station. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is quite standard, mostly traditional-style dishes. The hotpot restaurant at the hotel is pretty good.
