The service is amazing. Everyone in the hotel is helpful and patient. The food is fine but the price is reasonable. I like the buffet dinner Kebab very much! The room is clean and the view is amazing. I got a free upgrade to sea view room. I was a bit scared when I arrived Egypt for the first day but this hotel truly made my day.
