The hotel is the best in Sopot with a private beach area. The hotel is old, but it is well maintained. The restaurant is great and the front desk is very friendly. The parking fee is expensive. You need to go to the front desk in advance to greet. The hotel's open-air parking lot is very hot. For the same price, you can go to the Sheraton commercial parking lot next door for more convenience.

I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance....
I made a reservation right away..
I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view.
The hotel parking lot is in the parking tower, but isn't it a bit expensive?
If you cross the road to the main gate, there is an alley, so if you park there, it's not too expensive.
There is a parking app used in the Soto area, so you can download the app and use it.
There is street parking in front of the hotel, but..

Fantastic location, central - huge bedroom.and bed, very comfy, pillows were terrible too thin !
Spa was new with great whirkpool, towels robes and essentials for getting ready. Free toiletries to use is a nice touch.
Compulsory 10% charge even when buying a coffee which seems excessive, think gratuity should be at your discretion as some staff very attentive.
Sunbeds great and free for hotel guests which is great, toilets are for everyone so it's easier and closer to go back to the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and located in a great location, the rooms are also of a great standard, the breakfast is delicious, with a huge selection, the service is very nice.
The only downside is the introduction of a time limit in the pool and sauna area (1 hour a day) and a large number of people from outside coming to the pool. I understand that the hotel wants to earn money this way, but the situation in which hotel guests have to wait in a queue because there are no free places in the pool, and a group of 8 people from outside enters before us is not very comfortable. In addition, due to this huge number of people, there was not a single free sunbed or even a place to put your things (books or bathrobes) while using the pool.
I think that when paying almost PLN 1,000 per night for 2 people with a child, guests should have priority entry to the spa area or the time limit should be higher than 1 hour. We came to the hotel regularly and one of the reasons for choosing it was the great pool and sauna area, where you could really relax - that is why we are very disgusted with how it looks now.

Comfortable hotel, great location, nice swimming pool on the roof, comfortable bed, food really very tasty - delicious toast with eggs Benedict, I recommend it for breakfast :-)
The hotel itself and the rooms are clean, quiet, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city... the price list of dishes and alcohol is rather for Western tourists :-) but... but whoever decides to stay in good Polish hotels should not comment on the prices: -))) we see what we choose.

Great hotel, located at the sea, professional staff. Room was rather small but comfortable. The best point are hot thubs and pools, both indoor and outdoor are available, all great. Good sauna area but some was closed due to maintenance. There is also relax room with sea view, adults only. I would visit again for sure.

The hotel is located in an ideal place - close to the pier, in the vicinity of numerous shops, restaurants and attractions, and most importantly for travelers - it is next to the PKP train station, the distance from the hotel is only a few hundred meters!

Around a 10 to 15 minute walk to Knez Mihailova and the main tourist areas and a short walk from tram stops and the buses to the airport.

Excellent location, in the center of the old city. 10 minutes from the main street, 25 minutes from the fortress, and relatively close to the church. I specifically chose a larger premium room. The 2 premium rooms were on the 1st and 7th floors. The room types are different. I looked at them and felt that the premium rooms all faced the street. On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.From$93
