I like the resort hotel very much. It has a double lobby design and the way to arrive at the hotel by speedboat is something I have never experienced before. There are some free activities, afternoon tea every day, and there are also paid activities to choose from. Living there will never be boring. The hotel's spa is very comfortable and the price is very favorable.

Very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. A really nice day trip and great facilities. I really enjoyed my stay and would thoroughly recommended

It was a wonderful stay. From staying for 2 nights, then 2 more, then 1 more then 1 more night. The staff at the poolside bar all are great and friendly. The pool is in a nice size. We stayed on the 15th floor. From our room to look out the view is trumadous. Overall, We are so happy to stay there

I paid about 50 usd for the night and compared to other places in Vietnam, I did not think it was worth it. The pool was kind of dirty, I swam laps and it was cloudy with particles. The beds were hard and not very good, they felt old.I thought the staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. It is located in a good area, close to attractions but the river view sides is very loud with music. Overall I thought it was ok, but not great.

From inside the room can hear everything from outside. The toilets still have the instant noodles from previous client under lavabo. Reception is fast but she doesn't guide us where is the location for breakfast and swimming pool. Overall it's good enough for us but need improvement more.

Check-in was slightly delayed as we arrived early, but the front office staff were professional and cheerful. Our room had a beautiful view of the Hậu River and Cần Thơ Bridge, especially at night. Charmant’s location near Ninh Kiều Pier made it easy to access boat tours and night-walking streets. The breakfast buffet was well-prepared, and the 6AM opening time was ideal for our schedule.

My own feeling about the landscape space is very suitable for people who need relaxation and quiet like me. Away from the bustling City to enjoy and relax ! Affordable price, suitable for everyone,

The hotel is close to the river and not in the city center. The front desk staff has a good service attitude and the room is relatively clean and tidy. The sound insulation effect is not very good. The breakfast is okay and it is worth staying.

It's a new building so it's clean and nice. Air conditioner automatic adjustment function Window shades are automatically adjusted The window cannot be opened The downside is that the room is small and there is no refrigerator or hair dryer. Breakfast is not recommended for the price. Laundry room is euro. Washing costs 50,000 dong, drying costs 30,000 dong. Change can be exchanged at the counter. There is almost no food around Street food is very messy

It was one of our top hotels. Room was spacious, breakfast was just amazing with a lot of choices, staff was so kind and welcoming we felt special on every step. Location was very convenient next to Mekong and few minutes away from the city
