Overall stay experience was great. Rooms are clean and neat. Location wise is near Hachioji JR station with a few malls nearby. Staff service was also very friendly and helpful with questions regarding luggage storage and delivery.

We were staying at this hotel in mind that we are touring western part of Tokyo. We went Takao mountain. It’s a very mild hiking and it has a day-use onsen. from the hotel, it’s about 30min away on local train.

Family mart, donki and some shopping malls are nearby. Hachioji station is within walking distance too with less than 10mins walk. As there are more people on vegetarian/ vegan diet, i would suggest to do labelling if they are suit for vegetarian. There are 2 recycle bins for clothing, beanies, scarves, small bags and toys. Located on the same level as the lobby area. These recycle bins are very useful. My son has outgrown some of his winter jackets and i can put them inside the recycle bin.

Thank you for your assistance. I made a reservation because there was a live performance nearby. The location is fine, unless you're a man. There's a convenience store nearby, and the free breakfast of that quality is amazing. Thank you very much.

The accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request. We enjoyed the bonfire and cooking corn which tasted amazing. The feedback I would give is the young Japanese woman who served us for dinner on the first night on Friday 12th July at 8pm, she was very quick to get the bill and take the money without being patient and focused, it felt like we we're not welcomed. Other than that I would come back again!

Go to climb the high tail mountain and try the Japanese Youth Hostel. Very clean, the facilities are very new, the bonfire link is designed, and there is also an activity room where you can play table tennis, play board games and meet. The sandwiches and healthy salads in the breakfast box are a bit uncomfortable. It is a bit difficult to eat cold things in the Chinese stomach early in the morning. The atmosphere of the China Youth Hostel is different. Do you dare to go to the Youth Hostel in the wind? The outdoor bonfire barbecue is too lively, and the music and singing are also complained by other in-house guests. Probably adding a stereotype of the Chinese.

I stayed for one night and two days for a fan meeting. They provided excellent service by holding my luggage before check-in and even delivering it to my room upon check-in. The room was old, and there was some dirt on the walls and doors. The walls seemed thin, and I could hear the noise from the next room. The air conditioner only had low or high settings, and there was no humidifier or air purifier, so my throat got very dry. The bed was hard, and I didn't sleep very well. There are convenience stores near the station, but not near the hotel. The best thing about this hotel was being able to see Mt. Fuji in the morning.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and I was able to concentrate on my work. The walls were thin, so the noise from the hallway was a concern, but it was perfect for sleeping. Right next to Hachioji Station.

The main reason I chose this place was the price. Staying three nights over Chinese New Year for under 1000 yen total is incredible value for money. However, Hachioji is really far from central Tokyo. If you plan on going to the city center daily, I'd highly recommend getting a JR Pass and reserving seats on the limited express Chuo Line for specific times each day, otherwise you'll be standing for almost an hour during the morning and evening rush hours. As for the hotel itself, it's a standard business hotel – no frills, no extensive facilities or services. It's less than a ten-minute walk from the South Exit of Hachioji Station. Hachioji is a well-developed satellite city, so you won't have any trouble finding places to eat and drink around the JR station. It's a very convenient and comfortable option if you're planning to visit nearby Mount Takao.

I booked this room a month in advance for just over 100 [currency], which was a great deal. It's super close to the train station, about a 5-minute walk. Plus, it's only a 20-minute walk to what's supposedly the largest Book Off in Japan – definitely worth checking out for some great finds!

The facilities are a bit old, but it's not a major issue. The cleanliness and attention to detail are commendable, and the service attitude is also very good. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. There's a coffee machine and a waffle maker in the lobby on the first floor.

I made a same-day online reservation and stayed on Saturday night. It was enough for me to stay the night, so I looked for a cheap place to stay. Other than the smell of cigarettes (it was a smoking room, it was within acceptable range), I was satisfied. There was an electric kettle, but the water didn't boil... I should have asked how to use it. Although it's near the station, it's a short walk away so I didn't have to worry about outside noise. I would like to use the hotel again if I have a chance to come to Tokyo.

It's pretty good. The Don Quixote nearby is the same price as the airport duty-free shop. The barbecue nearby is also pretty good.

Conveniently located near JR Hachioji Station. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a choice of Chinese or Western set meals. I chose the Western set. There are three types of bread, including white bread and croissants. The rooms are old, but the value for money is good.

The room is small but complete, clean and quiet. It is also quiet at night. It is not expensive to go to Shinjuku for more than 400 yen and it takes more than 30 minutes, so I really saved a lot of accommodation fees near New Year's Day. The theme is recommended.

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The bell boy who helped me with bringing my luggages to the room was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English too. Though not all staff spoke good English, they tried their best to assist me. Their service standard is consistent throughout. The room and the toilet was spacious and clean. There were 4 restuarants that I could go to for breakfast. The Garden Lounge which served buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food and drink. Most importantly the food was yummy! I enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden with waterfall view as I was seated by the window during breakfast.

From the moment I checked in, I didn't have to lift a finger; my luggage was taken directly to my room by a dedicated staff member. 1. Only some room types include a complimentary first round from the minibar; other rooms only get free bottled water. 2. The toiletries are all by Mikimoto. 3. The 17th-floor buffet restaurant requires a queue number to be seated. If you're on a tight schedule, I recommend getting there early to get a number. 4. The main facilities are in the main building. To get to the tower, you need to take an elevator to the M floor and then transfer via a hallway.

The room size was actually quite good, very comfortable for one person. Although the hotel felt a bit old, it was very clean, and all the restaurants and facilities were well-maintained and functioning properly. It's not like old hotels in my country where many eventually only serve as places to sleep. The location is excellent, right opposite Suidobashi subway station. There are plenty of food options around. Downstairs, there's an area like an amusement park with lots of food and entertainment too.

Tokyo Tower Area Tokyo|2.41km from city center
I recently stayed at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo and found the room to be spacious with a fantastic view. Although the decor is a bit dated, the cleanliness was impressive, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a quiet and serene getaway in the bustling city of Tokyo, this hotel is definitely worth considering. The beds were comfortable, contributing to a restful experience. One of the highlights of the hotel is its proximity to Tokyo Tower and a nearby temple, both offering great sightseeing opportunities. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a large, beautiful garden that adds to the tranquility of the area. However, the location is somewhat isolated, with not much in the immediate vicinity. The only convenience store is a Lawson in the basement, which closes at 11 PM. There isn't a nearby 7-Eleven, and room service also ends before then, which can be a challenge for business travelers like me who often have to navigate time differences and late-night schedules. On a positive note, the amenities offered are excellent, including quality skincare products and plush bath towels and robes. Overall, it’s a good hotel in a quieter area, perfect for those looking to unwind.

This hotel is very well located in the heart of Ginza and provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We were given pajamas, slippers, and other amenities, which was a nice touch. This was my second stay here. My last visit was around Christmas last year, and they've since renovated all the rooms! The sofa and bed are new, and even the faucets in the modular bathroom have been replaced. It's a great choice for shoppers, as it's incredibly close to the luxury brand street (though Cartier was under renovation). It's also super close to the Montbell store in Kyobashi. Plus, there's a new Starbucks downstairs and three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart). Getting to Narita Airport from Takaracho Station is a quick 7-8 minute walk.

The service here is truly excellent. The moment you walk into the lobby, you're struck by how spacious and clean it is, and the staff are always incredibly attentive. The location is fantastic too. If you exit Tsukiji from exit 3b, you'll be at the hotel entrance in no time. The closest convenience store is a 7-Eleven, followed by FamilyMart and Lawson, so grabbing food or anything else you need is super convenient. As for the room, yes, it's small, but that's pretty standard for Tokyo. However, all the facilities are spotless and brand new, giving it a very tidy feel. I have to especially praise the bathroom; the hairdryer and showerhead are from the famous Japanese brand Refa. Plus, the complimentary amenities in the lobby are from Sekkisei. Overall, the hotel has a very upscale vibe. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again.

I stayed here for a conference, and it was quite busy, mostly with business travelers. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's within walking distance to the Big Sight exhibition center. As a Hilton Honors member, I got free breakfast, and eating in the lounge meant no waiting in line. The room was relatively spacious compared to most in central Tokyo, though still on the smaller side, but it was very clean and the service was good. There's a direct bus to Haneda Airport right outside, which is super convenient, and there were always taxis waiting downstairs.

Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi Tokyo|1.84km from city center
Hoshinoya Tokyo is situated in a tower in Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, uniquely blending a traditional Japanese garden with a high-rise hotel concept. While its immediate surroundings are dominated by corporate offices like Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, its location isn't as prime as other similarly priced luxury hotels such as The Peninsula Tokyo or Bulgari, with a noticeable lack of nearby dining options or convenience stores. The service, on the other hand, truly made guests feel at home. Each floor boasts a dedicated Japanese-style common area, but the atmosphere felt a bit too rigid or rule-bound. For example, when I asked for a second welcome dessert, it wasn't possible. However, I would strongly advise against staying here for a business trip. Firstly, the hotel's policy of not allowing unregistered guests to enter is quite inconvenient and arguably unsuitable for a business-oriented establishment. Secondly, the hotel itself offers a rich array of experiences – from its two-Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant to kimono fittings, tea ceremonies, kendo classes, hot springs, and sightseeing bicycles. These features highlight its strong appeal for leisure travel, making it less ideal for business.

This was my first time visiting Tokyo, and I stayed at Agora for five days: 🤵‍♀️ During check-in, although the staff didn't speak Chinese, they provided detailed check-in instructions in Chinese. All the front desk staff I encountered during my stay had excellent attitudes.👍🏻 🧹 The hotel usually cleans rooms every three days. If you need daily cleaning, just put the magnetic sign from your room outside your door before noon on that day. 🛏️ I chose a twin room, and when I opened the door, I found they had pushed two single beds together. The size was decent, and two adults could sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. 📍 The location is excellent. Downstairs, there's a restaurant called Bansuke that serves delicious fried fish ochazuke. Just a short walk away, you'll find FamilyMart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven. There are also drugstores and restaurants at the large intersection outside. 🚇 Higashi-Ginza Station is just around the corner from the hotel entrance, making it very convenient to take the Asakusa Line and Hibiya Line. There's also an express train directly to the airport; just check Google Maps for the schedule. If you prefer to walk to Ginza Station, there's a dedicated underground passage, which is very convenient. 🛍️ If you want to go shopping, most malls are about a 10-minute walk away, and the street is quite lively. 💦 The only downside is that the room is indeed quite small, with barely enough space to lay one suitcase flat. But honestly, for this price, getting such a great location is already very satisfying. The experience was excellent, and I'm grateful to Agora for a wonderful memory of Tokyo.🥰
