Siam Bangkok|2.01km from city center
We recently stayed at Twin Towers Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. While there were some positives, there are also areas that could definitely be improved. The room itself felt a bit neglected, as it was noticeably dusty upon arrival. The amenities also seemed quite old and could benefit from an upgrade. One of the main inconveniences was the shower — the water pressure was very low, which made it uncomfortable and time-consuming to use. On the positive side, the service was good. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, which made a difference. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the lounge area was very well presented and provided a pleasant space to relax. The location, however, was not ideal. It is a bit far from most main attractions, so we had to rely on Grab for transportation most of the time, which added to the overall cost and inconvenience. Overall, the hotel has some strong points in terms of service and facilities like the lounge and breakfast, but improvements in room maintenance and amenities would greatly enhance the experience.

Silom/Sathon Bangkok|0.28km from city center
The location is decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the in-room facilities are extremely basic. I was even on an executive floor, but the room was just a bland white space with no design aesthetic. The bedside table was worn and broken, with exposed power cords. Even the toiletries were off-brand. The soundproofing was also poor. For over 1000 a night after the new year, and then having to pay extra for early check-in before 3 PM, the value for money is terrible. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Riverside Bangkok|2.99km from city center
I was quite hesitant about this hotel after reading the reviews, but after staying there, I can say its location is excellent, right by the river. The biggest selling point is definitely the riverside access, especially the free shuttle boat. This shuttle can take you to S-pier, which connects to all the major blue and orange line attractions. Taking the metro isn't the most convenient option, but you can also get to S-pier and transfer there. From my window, I could see the Ferris wheel, and there's a night market right downstairs. However, the shuttle service ends at 9 PM, which is a big drawback, as it's about a 5-minute walk from there. Also, if you're close to the river at night, you might hear the rumble of boats in the middle of the night. While the hotel facilities are a bit old, they're not dirty. I loved the bed – it was incredibly soft and comfortable; I honestly didn't want to get up! The beds are huge. Even though they're single beds, two pushed together are bigger than beds in China, easily sleeping three people. I skipped the hotel breakfast as I'd already spent a lot of money these past few days. In the afternoon, there's hot coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch (though it's the only one). They also have iced water, chrysanthemum tea, and roselle tea, plus some biscuits. In the mornings, there are croissants and hot coffee that you can take with you. It's like a simple meal, and it's not bad at all. One of the front desk staff speaks Chinese, so communication wasn't an issue. The hotel requires a deposit, as it's a major international brand. The bottled water in the room is complimentary and NSF certified, so feel free to drink up. The razor provided was quite good, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. From 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM, there's a singer performing in the lobby, which you can discreetly listen to. There's also legitimate massage available outside. If you get hungry at night, there's a 7-Eleven and some street food stalls about 50 to 100 meters away. I wouldn't say the food is amazing or terrible, but you can try the oyster omelet. As for the swimming pool, it's actually quite nice, being on the first floor and very spacious. If your main goal is to explore along the river, this hotel is perfect. However, if you're looking to frequent places like Nana, this location might not be ideal.

Facilities: Fully equipped with comprehensive services. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did an excellent, thorough, and diligent job. Thumbs up to them! The bathroom was spotless, no hair, and the toilet was clean – fantastic. Environment: The environment was great, very quiet, so I slept soundly and peacefully without any noise disturbances. Service: The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive. Thumbs up to them! 👍 There are many good restaurants nearby, also a King Power Duty-Free shop, several 7-Elevens, and the BRT station is very close.

This hotel, despite being a bit old, offers excellent service and great value for money. Check-in was very fast. Parking can be a bit tricky, as the turns are quite narrow on each level. We parked on the 7th, 8th, or 9th floor and took the elevator to the 11th floor for check-in. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was decent. There's also a 7-Eleven right downstairs. If you're really particular about new facilities, I'd suggest choosing a big-name brand, but for the price in Bangkok, I think this place is fantastic.

Sukhumvit Bangkok|3.87km from city center
My trip to Thailand was wonderful, and the hotel's location was very convenient. However, the hygiene conditions were truly concerning, something I've never experienced before. I discovered the issues late at night and called the front desk to explain. The person actually asked me, ”Didn't anyone clean your room today?” Seriously, whose job is that? Are you asking me? How am I supposed to know? Anyway, the tip I left on the pillow was gone, so I just assumed someone had cleaned the room. The staff who changed the sheets was polite, but three or four sets had different dirty spots. They eventually explained it was washing machine marks. But then I have to ask, are the marks on the sheets also from the washing machine? And what about the holes in the duvet cover? In the end, I just gave up. Dirty is dirty, I'll just wear my pajamas and deal with it. They said it was too late to report to the manager that night and that the manager would contact me the next day. But the next day, I had to be the one to go to the front desk. They said the manager was in a meeting and asked when I would be available. I'm on vacation! Who has time to wait around for you? Finally, it was check-out time, and they asked if I still wanted to talk to the manager. So, should I just miss my flight and skip going to the airport? Will you reimburse me for a missed flight? Their way of handling problems was incredibly frustrating. My trip was originally very happy, and Thailand is beautiful, but this hotel completely ruined my mood. On the bright side, I have to give credit where it's due: the fire safety was excellent. Someone smoked in their room, and the alarm went off. I ran out in the middle of the night thinking there was a fire. It did affect my sleep a bit, but at least the alarm worked well.

The room size is suitable for one or two people. The entire building is laid out in a 'hui' (回) shape, with many rooms, and the soundproofing is decent. The bathroom facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. I've stayed here before, and it seems the lobby and elevator areas have been renovated in recent years, which gives it a more upscale feel. There's a 5th-floor outdoor pool and a 12th-floor rooftop pool. The rooftop pool gets too much sun during the day, so it's not used much. The housekeeping staff are very responsible and clean the rooms thoroughly every day. All the services are quite good, and explanations are clear. There's a rather large UV disinfection lamp in the corridor, which I often see in different locations, indicating it's frequently moved and used. Sometimes when returning at night, I pass by the small hall on the second floor and see staff on ladders cleaning the crevices of the high-up decorative lights. This shows their commitment to cleanliness. The hotel's second-floor skywalk connects directly to the BTS, making it very convenient to take the train. It closes at 10 PM.

From the moment you step into the lobby, Hotel Muse Bangkok impresses with its 1920s-inspired design and elegant vintage charm. The décor feels like stepping into a glamorous era. Pros: 📍 Location: Situated on Langsuan Road, this hotel is in a central and convenient part of Bangkok, just a short walk from the Chidlom BTS station and within easy reach of shopping hotspots like CentralWorld and Siam. It’s well placed for exploring the city’s highlights, whether you’re hopping on the BTS or strolling to nearby malls and restaurants. 🛏 Room & Comfort: The rooms are stylish and spacious, harmonizing classic design with modern comforts. 🍽 Dining & Atmosphere: Hotel Muse offers several dining experiences, including a rooftop bar with skyline views and cocktails that capture the speakeasy vibe. 🌆 Facilities: The rooftop pool and fitness center are lovely perks, perfect for unwinding after a day out in the city. The rooftop speakeasy lounge, in particular, is a favorite spot for evening drinks and vibes. Cons: 📌 What to Know Before You Go: • The hotel’s dramatic lighting and vintage motif might feel too dark or heavy for travelers like me who prefer bright, modern interiors.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at this hotel. Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Erawan Shrine. It's just a 5 to 10-minute walk to both the Erawan Shrine and Central World. I had a great experience staying at a Pullman in Sanya before, so I chose Pullman again for my Bangkok trip, but I'm a bit disappointed. The service was practically non-existent. Isn't the warmth of the staff one of the reasons to travel to Southeast Asia? On the first day, the check-in process was very formulaic. A staff member placed three drinks on the counter where I was checking in, but no one offered them to me or explained what they were for. We booked breakfast for the first and fourth days. On the first day, a staff member asked if I wanted tea or coffee. However, on the fourth day, I only saw certain staff members asking foreigners. The male staff members in black suits only smiled when talking to each other; otherwise, they were expressionless. However, the breakfast variety was quite extensive, and the taste was pretty good. For a hotel costing around 1000 RMB per night, the service really falls short compared to a standard hotel. The bottled water in the room is a nice touch. There are plenty of 7-Eleven stores nearby, and King Power Duty Free is right next door, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel is also about a 10-minute walk from the BTS Skytrain station.

What a fantastic stay! I highly recommend it! All the staff were super friendly. My friend and I booked a room and requested twin beds. We arrived at 3 AM, and the front desk initially told us there were no twin rooms available, so they assigned us a king-size room. But as we were walking to the elevator, a staff member called us back, saying they had upgraded us for free to a deluxe twin suite on the top floor. Oh my god, I was so touched, especially at 3 AM! My impression of Bangkok just went up by 10,000 points. The hotel has its own pool and gym, and the pool was very clean! There's even a massage service inside the hotel! You don't even have to leave to enjoy it, I had one every day! Haha! The hotel lobby connects directly to a shopping mall! No need to go outside, it's incredibly convenient! There's a bar on the first floor with live music! Enjoying a drink while listening to songs was so relaxing! The room was very clean, and I slept soundly. Very comfortable and practical stay This is not ultra-luxury, but it’s extremely functional and comfortable. Everything simply works. The rooms are basic in design but well thought out. Having a washing machine and a small kitchenette makes a big difference, especially for longer stays. It feels practical and easy to live in. The onsen and sauna are genuinely nice. The pool isn’t huge, and the pool area could be made a bit more comfortable, but it’s perfectly fine for a city hotel. One of the highlights is the shared public / coworking space. It’s very comfortable for working, with coffee and drinks available throughout the day. Having everything on the same floor makes it easy to access and convenient. Breakfast was solid with good variety. Nothing over the top, but consistently good. The location is excellent. Walking distance to EmSphere, Emporium, and the whole Sukhumvit 24 area. Supermarket downstairs, 7-Eleven nearby, and a Japanese supermarket directly under the hotel. Everything you need is within minutes. I’ve been to Bangkok many times, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far. The staff are attentive, friendly, and very helpful. I had a small issue at the beginning of my stay, but they solved it quickly and even gave me a free room upgrade. They kindly allowed me early check-in and late check-out, depending on availability. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The hotel is close to Phrom Phong BTS Station, about an 8-minute walk away (not right at the doorstep). They provide a free hourly shuttle to the station, though I didn’t use it. Traffic in this area can be a bit heavy. There is a Japanese grocery store and a few convenience stores nearby. The Space Zone rooms are comfortable, though being an older hotel, you can feel it in the rooms — but they are still quite comfortable for a pleasant stay. The hotel has everything — excellent location near shopping malls, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, good restaurants, a sky bar, and a nice pool area. It’s also very close to street shopping, which is a big plus. A major advantage for Indian travelers is that there are many Indian restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself offers a full floor dedicated to Indian breakfast, which is very convenient. Overall, a well-rounded hotel with great facilities, location, and hospitality. Highly recommended, especially for Indian tourists

Small and accessible hotel. Just 5 Mins walk from BTS On Nut. Massage place, 7 eleven, cafes and malls walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place. The only thing that I can say needs improvement was there elevator. It's small and rusty.

The room was exactly as pictured, very spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices with different menus every day. It's super close to Pratunam Market and Platinum Mall. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel even provides a buggy service to nearby spots. For those who love massages, you're in luck – there's a whole street full of massage places just a short walk away!

Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort was a perfect vacation experience. The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, offering fantastic views. From a river-view room, you can catch the sunrise, and in the evenings, enjoy stunning golden sunsets and the dazzling lights of the night market across the river. The hotel's public areas resemble a tropical forest, making for great photo opportunities. The Ferris wheel night market is directly opposite, and the hotel's shuttle boat service is incredibly convenient. The only minor downsides are that some of the hotel facilities are a bit dated, and while the breakfast tastes excellent, the variety is somewhat limited. Overall, it's still a resort with great value for money.

The hotel's service was incredibly attentive and proactive; everything was handled quickly, especially in the lobby. When I looked around, the lobby manager immediately came over to ask if I needed help. When I gave the taxi driver 1000 baht and he said he couldn't break it, the bellhop instantly offered to help and came back with ten 100-baht notes. Just from a glance, they knew exactly what I needed. The hotel's location is also very convenient. Food delivery is fast, and it's easy to get to various city attractions, being right next to the Pixel Building and Empire Tower. There's even a 7-Eleven inside the hotel, which made traveling with kids very comfortable. Breakfast was okay, neither outstanding nor terrible. However, if we didn't ask specifically, they always seated us, the polite queue-followers, at the furthest tables. It was quite a trek to get food with a child. By the third day, we insisted on sitting closer to the inside, and there were indeed available tables. The only downsides were the pool being too small, and at night, the water was very cold and the lighting was dim. If the kids wanted to swim, it was either under the scorching sun or in the dark. Finally, a big thanks to the restaurant staff who helped find my child's spoon. It was similar to the hotel's own, which was a real lifesaver.

Location is very convenient, just a 2-3 minute walk from Nana BTS. The nearby Anytime Fitness is also very accessible for guests who want to get some training in. The staff are consistently polite and warm, and their mannerisms never feel performative. The room was spacious and clean, I stayed in a premium corner room, so I had more space. The work desk was just right for getting work done on my laptop, and the bathtub was perfect for a warm soak after Muay Thai training. Laundry service was very fast. I handed my laundry to them before 11am and it was returned by around 3–4pm the same day. Do note that during periods of high laundry volume, it may take slightly longer, but they do their best to return it on the same day if submitted before 11am. Room service was also efficient. Although I was quoted a 30-minute wait, my order arrived within 15 minutes. The table was set properly, and the staff plated everything nicely. Special shoutout to all the staff who made me feel very welcomed, from housekeeping to the front desk, security, and doormen. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be back next year after Songkran.

Banyan Tree Bangkok: Old-School Luxury and Sky-High Fancy I chose Banyan Tree Bangkok for my first night so I could sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast the next day. It's known as the most accessible Banyan Tree globally, offering a stay with breakfast for two at just over a thousand baht. While the facilities certainly show their age, the service was truly unforgettable. There was no need to queue at the front desk for check-in; staff greeted us with a garland and butterfly pea tea, kneeling patiently to explain all the services. Our luggage was already waiting in the room. Due to a temporary upgrade of the 60th-floor breakfast restaurant, we were moved to B1. The hotel thoughtfully sent a small sea turtle as an apology. The 61st-floor Vertigo & Moon Bar, accessible with a room key, turned out to be the biggest surprise of the trip. Here, the aging hardware actually highlighted the warmth of the service. That unhurried, ceremonial feeling of being treated with such respect made the first night of our journey feel immersed in the gentle embrace of Bangkok. If you're seeking ultra-modern novelty, this might not be for you. But if you desire a relaxed, old-school elegance, then this night at the Banyan Tree is Bangkok's first romantic gift to you. In the morning, Banyan Tree offers a sky-high breakfast and a garden breakfast, both featuring true Thai flavors – rich boat noodles, fragrant curry rice, and fluffy Thai omelets. My mom tried Indian milk tea for the first time and grimaced at its spicy, peculiar taste, but I appreciated its complex layers. Little squirrels hopped around in the garden, begging for food. Though the pool was small and unassuming, it shimmered a beautiful blue under the sunlight. The real 'heart-melting' moment happened in the gift shop: a designer top, a cotton-silk blend with dark gold embroidered vines, felt like wearing the morning light of Thailand.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) We stayed in a Luxury Tower King room for our honeymoon, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were thoughtful and friendly — they decorated our room in advance and offered free cocktails for our celebration, which was a really sweet touch. The room was comfortable and clean, with a strong AC and all amenities provided. The shower controls were a bit tricky at first, but nothing major. Location is excellent — right near CentralWorld, easy for taxis, and mostly safe at night. Traffic noise is noticeable from higher floors, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. A couple of minor things to note: the hotel has six elevators, but we often found ourselves waiting for one, especially during busy times. Also, the “Do Not Disturb / Make My Room” switches can be confusing at first — I accidentally triggered a cleaning misunderstanding in the evening. The staff handled it very kindly, offering to fix it even after 6 PM, though we declined since we didn’t want to wait. Check-in was relatively quick, though they require a 1,000 baht security deposit (standard practice). Overall, for the price, the stay felt fair and the thoughtful touches from staff made it memorable. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a central Bangkok location with comfortable rooms and attentive service.

We stayed at the hotel with the whole family: 2 adults and two children, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is very important to us, and here it was really good: there's an egg station, yogurts, fresh greens and vegetables, waffles, pancakes, lots of pastries and desserts. I missed a bit of variety in the tea selection, and the coffee quality could be improved, but in all other aspects, the breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. The soundproofing in the rooms I would rate 7/10; you can slightly hear what's happening in the hallway, but it doesn't disturb sleep. We also liked the spa, although the sauna in the women's changing room was turned off, and unfortunately, there was no one at the spa reception for 2 hours to ask to turn it on. The pool is cool, but since it was 33 degrees outside, it was pleasant to swim in. The hotel has a large, secure parking lot where we left our car for the entire stay. Transport accessibility is very good. They have installed new elevators, so there are no issues with them now. We happened to be there for Chinese New Year and saw a performance that took place in the lobby on the first floor. We really liked it and would be happy to return here again.

The hotel is beautiful. However everything didn’t quite measure up to my expectations. When I went online to book it and looked at the details of the hotel it said they offered a shuttle but when I asked about a Shuttle, they seemed confused about what I was inquiring about. Also, it asked for the details of why I was staying as if they were going to accommodate me in someway, I put that it was my birthday, but there was nothing in the room nor did they reference it at check-in. Once again the room was beautiful. It looks very nice. However it was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty and it had hair in it. The trash cans were clearly dirty, I had to call to have the fridge cleaned multiple times. The first time housekeeping came and simply used a dry rag to dust the refrigerator, but did not clean it. The second time I waited in the room and explained to her that I wanted it to be actually cleaned, remove the dirt and hair and use some cleaner. A pro and con they do have drink specials. Buy one get one free happy hour every day however, the drinks don’t appear to have any liquor in them. I had a Mai Tai and a piña colada and it was like drinking juice, nasty juice. 😑 What I did like was of course that it is definitely aesthetically pleasing. They also have a laundry room and they do give you change at the Front desk so that was nice. Also, it was closer to the mall and restaurants than the last place I stayed at so that was good and it wasn’t as far from the airport.

I really don't understand. When I checked in, they asked if a room on the first floor was okay. I thought a lower floor would be fine, but the window faced the swimming pool and the curtains wouldn't close properly. Plus, when you turned on the faucet, water splattered everywhere. They don't warn you about any of these issues beforehand; it feels like they just try to trick as many guests as possible.

Hotel is far from Central Bangkok, however the price is fair considering Bangkok hotel prices, however there is a good shopping mall around 20 minutes walk, with good restaurants. The bed is comfortable with good soft Furnishings and basic amenities are provided Overall highly recommended considering the price

I really enjoyed my stay at Horu Hotel Manga Dua Square. The hotel has a great location inside the Manga Dua area, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. Everything I needed was nearby, which made my trip much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized with complete basic amenities. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room fresh every day. The hotel environment felt safe and quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money considering the location and service quality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Horu Hotel Manga Dua Square to travelers visiting Jakarta for both business and leisure.
