I have used this place a few times for groups. This time they really fell short. There is no one in charge. Very difficult to speak to a manager.
Issues with the restaurant. Short staffed. Food was too salty. Soya sauce based dishes were not edible. No one asked when sent back unfinished if there was an issue. Only robots delivering food and very inexperience staff. Couldn't order more drinks in good time. Breakfast is buffet and is very basic. Ok. It is clean. However, for £250 a room I think that it is overpriced. Thank goodness for Trip.com much better rate 2 days before the event. Baths do not drain. Taps and fittings are loose or not finished properly.
Poor customer service overall, despite having 5 rooms in our group and dinner for 10. Said they would call me back. Which they have not. That was after speaking to a man who said that he was not the manager, had only worked there for 8 weeks, yet told me that I was not familiar with the service industries! Such a shame. Will have to find somewhere else next time. Not a hint of a smile or an apology or anything to say that he would feed back. 🤷

Where do start. On arrival was told the hotel had no hot water and the system had gone down. Not much option when checking in at 8pm. Would have been appreciated a phone call or email advising earlier in the day.
The room was to a good standard and spacious, a mini fridge would have been good. Toilet was high in its sitting position and having a cold shower bath water did not empty quickly.
Bar facilities were good with a selection of beers and wines and spirits.
Corridors were dark and spot lights as energy saving good didn't help to light up environment.
Breakfast was excellent with the manger lady being very helpful and food was cooked to a very good standard.
Operations manager was very helpful.
Car parking seems strected.
Not the best of stays for our first visit.
