The hotel presidential suite is basically the entire fake impeccable. The room has its own swimming pool, two bedrooms, high privacy and high level of service. The hotel spa is also worth a visit, just to relax after swimming. The hotel has a private beach. Upon check-in, a free island cruise is provided, and a shuttle service up and down the mountain is provided. The bar in the hotel is more surprising than the restaurant, there will be band performances at night, and you must try their pizza. 🔔Service: Top 🧹Hygiene: Top 🍃Environment: Facing the sea, the best location on the island 🚗 Transportation: Everything can be arranged by the hotel. There is a taxi stand at the door, there are also taxis, and airport shuttle services are arranged 【water sports】 【Popular Hot Search】

If you are searching for a beautiful luxury hotel on the sea in Taormina, look no further than the Villa Sant’Andrea. My wife and I have stayed at many fine hotels all over the world and I can easily say this was one of our very best hotel experiences anywhere, ever. Aside from its astounding beauty, the excellent staff is warm, friendly, caring, and extraordinarily attentive to all possible details. They truly care about their guests and the quality of their experience. Really, I can’t say enough. This hotel has my highest possible recommendation and I want to tell all the staff there thank you for such an enjoyable and outstanding experience. David Bush Palm Beach Gardens, FL USA

The experience of staying at Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina is extraordinarily nice! Splendid view of volcano Etna from our room, wonderful natural surroundings, excellent hospital staff and services, tasty Sicilian food and wines, luxury hotel rooms and spa, comfortable beds and pillows etc. Whoa, there are too many, they are all so kind and friendly, I will list all of their names below: Enzo (great sense of humor and welcomed us upon arrival); Orlando (sing like Pavarotti and entertainment master); Daniel (shy but work like pro); Antonio (artist name Tony Zano who raps and released 3 albums with 22 tracks, true master); Gisappi (Bartender with glasses, also a great teacher of making cocktails); Kristina (very kind and friendly with lovely smiles); David (humble waiter at restaurant, from Tuscany); Valentina (Wonderful Chinese speaking and sweet); Ricardo, Roberto (always smiling and helpful with carrying stuff); Margarita (amazing events planner and great photographer); Luca, Giovanni (excellent shuttle driver who loves cars); Matia (doorman who appreciates piano and music). Some others I couldn’t call their names, but I will always remember their lovely smiles and kind hospitality! Again, special thanks to all of them who made our stay experience unforgettable and incredible! Thanks! :)

The location and the view of the hotel are impeccable and the rooms have unrivaled sea and mountain views. The facilities are actually very good, but the strange bathroom shower head design makes the bath extremely awkward. The hotel is the old grand theatre, and it is the town that continues to go down. The distances are just right. The beach is not good, but the beaches in southern Italy are the same. It is the kind of large-grained sandstone beach, which is very ground. The only thing that I feel dissatisfied is that the Italians are really too playable. The party is still playing music loudly at 12:30 in the evening. It is not a complaint that it is estimated that it will not be closed several times. Parking is also a bit difficult, we all parked in the parking lot lumbi garage about 2 km away, and then take the shuttle bus, convenient.

The ocean view is really heartfelt. To get to the city center, you have to walk and then take the cable car. Personally think the hotel is fine, but just a little old. The main reason is that the price is not good. Sorry for the price of 2000 nights (late October, out of high season). Lower than expected. Reasonable price 1200.

Highly recommend Hotel Villa Ducale - we just stayed there earlier this week and we are already planning when we can return for another stay... The staff is amazing! No request too small and they will try to accommodate. When we drove up the hill to the hotel, we were floored by its beauty, and we immediately asked to extend our stay another night. To accomodate the additional night without changing rooms, the hotel manager asked if we would like to have a look at one of the suites across the street and we were thrilled to stay in Suite #5. We enjoyed stunning views from our terrace of Messina Bay area and the ”boot” of Sicily. The furniture in the suite was very comfortable, and we found it to be peaceful to sleep at night. I woke up early one morning and enjoyed the amazing sunrise from our terrace. The views are stunning from every corner of the hotel, which was designed so the guests can easily relax and enjoy the surroundings. We ordered drinks on the terrace near the restaurant for happy hour each evening to enjoy the sunset. Francesco was often our gracious host for happy hour, and helpful with tourist info and questions. We had dinner the first night we checked in and our meal was spectacular! The hotel does offer free shuttle to Taormina, which we used. However, it is easy to get a taxi in Taormina and not a significant expense so you can enjoy yourself on your own schedule. We enjoyed the small pool each afternoon to cool off, after exploring the area. The morning we checked out, breakfast was over- however, the staff graciously extended the buffet so our family could enjoy our last meal overlooking Taormina. We loved this wonderful hotel, the staff, the food, the views and the suite was amazing. We hope to return soon, and highly recommend Hotel Villa Ducale!!!

As previous reviewers have indicated, this small boutique hotel has stunning views and very helpful staff. Rooms are tight but expected given location. They really tried to work the best with what they've got, so even managed to put a pool in across the road albeit having to put sun loungers another floor below. Staff really do try to help with all your requests, though did have glitches with the shuttle times but they did their best to remedy and all is good. My 4 star rating (not 5) has to do with the final day. Upon check out I ask for a taxi, which for some reason took 45 min to arrive. I was 2 min late for my train, and by chance the train was delayed by 5 min so i made it with a lot of running with luggage. While taxi delays is not the hotel's fault, I did ask them to please drive me using their shuttle when the taxi didn't show as I knew i was now at risk of missing my train. I also indicated I was happy to pay. For some reason, despite the front desk staff asking, the driver refused!???!! While they were still arguing my taxi arrived, so i didn't stay to find out the outcome. I think for a hotel who prides on service this is not in line with that motto. In fact, I think the shuttle service is really the weak part of the chain and would suggest they review for improvements especially given the price point. Otherwise a great stay, great room, superb views, and great staff (especially the dinning room staff!!)

Batu, the gourmet restaurant at the Grand Hotel San Pietro Taormina Sicily and its boutique hotel is an absolute five star gem and must experience for travel adventurers and foodies seeking a real touch of old world class! Food GM Luigi was our passionate and deeply knowledgeable personal culinary guide for an exquisite experience of Chef Luca’s Batu food artistry. Wrapped in the cashmere caress of the unique five star boutique on a cliff overlooking the Ionian Sea in a magical garden setting of glowing lights and beautifully appointed terrace, the story of elevated Sicilian cuisine tells a story of the Etna elements, authentic produce and traditions elevated with modern techniques set apart by its inner beauty. From exceptional amuse bouche to amuse bouche to an forgettable bread course with a whipped sweet cream hand turned butter, through each chapter of our selected menu of Sicilian flavors including a delicate crisped zucchini pasta to the perfect bite of Al Dente lasagna of ragu to a trio of perfectly seasoned and delicately grilled meats to a fantastical finish of miniature Italian desserts all beautifully plated and intellectually stimulating of the senses; topping a special evening of lovingly prepared food and beautifully presented and paced service. We very highly recommend the Batu and San Pietro, five stars all the way and without the tired forced pretentiousness so common now, from the moment we stepped out of our car thru every experience from breakfast to pool to coordinated excursions. Thank you so much to Luigi, Chef Luca, Fabio, Mikela, Nino, the very kind pool manager, and the entire GHSP dedicated staff for making our trip so memorable. Grand Hotel San Pietro truly rivals the best of the best!! 🙌❤️ Love, JAM from NYC

To start I booked as a member of I prefer and I must say this is the most unsatisfactory experience I have had since my two week holiday in Sicily . The rooms need an update and very disappointed when we asked to switch rooms , no upgrades available . Room I was noisy. The pool service if any was less than most other 5 star hotels I stayed in . The Ipreferred summary of what is included is not very accurate . You only get 45 mins complimentary use of sauna /jacuzzi (not mentioned ) The shuttle has a schedule but they do not follow it . When we called to say the pickup back was not here , the front desk was not accommodating and said you need to make a reservation . Why do they have a schedule then , if they do not follow it . We never received turn down service like the description said . The breakfast buffet was ok. The dinner was excellent but very pricey. The views from the pool and lobby were beautiful., but our hotel and room in Cefalu across from the beach were beautiful and much less expensive. I prefer is a corporation that I will have to contact when I get back home. Overall , was adequate but not 5 star.

I would like to give 6* if possible! This was a special holiday for my husband's birthday. We stayed here on the recommendation of our travel agent who have customers who rave about it. I can see why! Even though we had an entry level room (others were taken) it was amazing! ALL staff were fantastic but special mention to Manuella and Marco from the breakfast team. Beautiful, small hotel (23 rooms) which was a private villa, originally. Very well appointed and nicely decorated. The breakfast room is on the roof with amazing views. Only thing that spoiled the tranquility was a group of loud American cyclists (I think) Loud in the breakfast room; loud by the pool. :( The Michelin Starred restaurant, as you would expect, is very expensive as well as drinks from the bar. 20 euros for a glass of wine! Perfect situation for exploring Taomina. Lots of great restaurants and a walk down the, pedestrianised, main street was great with all the designer shops. A trip to the Opera was 22 euros well spent, too! Easy access to the bus station, cable car for a trip to Isola Bella is worth a visit. So much to see in the area, too. Local tourist office (near the Messina Gate) can book these for you. We went on the Godfather tour, of course, a day trip to Syracuse, Ortegia and Neapolis, and Etna is a must! There is a hop on/hop off bus which gives you an orientation tour of the area. We hope to return and maybe try one of the bigger, sea front rooms.

The location of the Ashbee Hotel is within close walking distance to the Corso in Taormina for restaurants and shops, the Teatro Antico and the tram to the beach. The property is a converted villa that has stunning views of the coastline and offers a relatively small number of rooms that are well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations in Taormina. We were particularly impressed with Carmen, Danilo and Isabella at the front desk and Francesco, the onsite Manager. The outdoor gym was less than satisfactory and in need of upgraded equipment. The outdoor poolside beverage/snack service could be improved as well. All in all, our lodging experience was most satisfactory and we would recommend the Ashbee Hotel to our friends & family.

The staff of the Grand Hotel Palace was knowledgeable and helpful with our every request. They summoned taxies, gave recommendations for restaurants which were very good, and were always very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and bright. We especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet which offered both hot and cold options and was kept well stocked. The hotel itself is in a good location, across from the American Embassy. There were several good restaurants nearby and, of course, a gelato shop two blocks away. We would recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Rome.

The hotel is rebuilt from an ancient monastery. It is located in the center of the scenic spot. Within 300 meters of going out, there are various monuments such as Trajan's Column. It is walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The hotel is taking a niche luxury route, except that the instant coffee in the room is slightly downgraded, a small bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator is 2 euros, and there is room service at night. You can think of yourself as eating in Disneyland at the price of various services. Can. However, the air conditioner in the room is only cooling but not heating, so it was very cold after the heating was stopped in April.

The hotel I chose for my trip to Rome after the spring break in 23, the location is convenient for travel, the environment is very good, the room facilities are new and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and rich, and the service is extremely thoughtful. There is a service center next to the front desk, which is convenient for passengers to plan their itinerary. It is a trustworthy hotel hotel~

Via Veneto Rome|1.85km from city center
We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel twice. I lived for more than 2,000 nights for the first time. I stayed for more than 500 nights and stayed in the building where I checked in. The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad, and the next door can be heard clearly. The room for more than two thousand and one night is no different from the new one in the room toilet facilities of more than 500. Two large bed rooms were set up, all of which were put together in two small beds (not found at the time of check-in). This time, more than 500 rooms have a lot to describe.

Near the Vatican City Rome|2.09km from city center
Not far from the Angel Castle and the Vatican. There are also some small supermarkets and large supermarkets around, which can meet temporary needs. There are several restaurants on the way to the attractions, but the taste is difficult to eat, salty and fresh, or it is poor attitude, English is lame, and Italian is not standard. The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. Compared with the same nh hotel, the hardware is good, the bathroom is very good, there is a foot basin, there are many towels, and 2 TVs and a small living room. Daylight is also sufficient, and internal light is also available. Breakfast was okay and there were many varieties. Cheese had local characteristics, but no ham. The drink is too sweet. It is quite satisfactory. The coffee machine actually has no characteristics, a bit regrettable, how should there be an espresso, no ... Come to the airport, the rental price is too expensive, the bus is cheap, but the service is very poor, there is no service in Italy. Very similar to the front desk.

On the overall a nice hotel, but kind of far from the center, 10 mins away from the Torre Angela metro station. Everything needed was in the room (fridge, conditioner, hair dryer), clean, everything in good condition. Reception desk staff speaking adequate English. A nice little pool was also available for us, my son enjoyed it. Didn't buy breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. Were mostly in the city, came to hotel only for sleeping. Conditioner working, a balcony to the back yard, not a very nice view though, but it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is in a nice location with a train entrance just down the street. It was very clean, our room was very nice for the four of us and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast every morning- it had a.good selection of breakfast food. Several great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the wine bar next door - great food and wine. We also had wonderful drinks at Gatsby’s on the other side of the hotel. It was a 15 minute walk from the main train station which was not bad at all. We had a wonderful dinner around the corner at Vecchia Roma- you must make a reservation or get there before they open to get in line. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and waited 35 minutes for a table but it was worth it. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

Where do I start. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE. Im never one to complain or even leave a review. But i had to with this awful place and terrible customer service. The double bed we had, was 2 metal camping beds pushed together with a thin but SOLID ”mattress” on top. 1 flimsy pillow. Dust mites made my asthma flare up. Stains all over the carpet and our duvet topper. Damp on the ceiling. A telly that doesn't work. No drinking facilities. A rickety lift that only worked to floor 3, not floor 5 where we were put. Dreadful cooked breakfast. Pre wrapped pastry was OK. Rude staff. Far away from any of the sites to see, description of hotel says it is much closer than it actually is. We moved to another hotel after our first dreadful night. And upon complaining, we have received no compensation for anything. Awful customer service. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.
