Well the first thing two lovely owners on the desk. Realy quick check in. The next thing you notice is how clean and spotless how well the hotel is. Decorated. Our room 301 was big lovely and clean. With a small television. Down side for me was no kettle. The double bed was big comfortable. It had a varanda 2chairs small table. It has air conditioning. The bathroom is big with a great power shower. Towels toiletries. .bedding and towels in room cleaned changed every two days and a credit to the room staff. It has a realy big swimming pool and a small one for children. The breakfast is continental. But the coffe is barrista style you just ask for what you want. It has a lift. There is a pretty town about 15 mins walk away. You can hire a bike at the hotel. The hotel is about 50 minutes drive from olbia airport. All in all a lovely hotel bottom line is yes I would sty there again. October 20th 2022 Jim.

La pubblico qua visto che sul sito dell' agenzia, non so perché non è stata pubblicata: Dispiace lasciare un giudizio così basso ma la nostra vacanza al Marina Manna (ultima settimana di Agosto) è stata proprio deludente. E' la prima volta che mi trovo ad esprimere un giudizio così essendo persone facilmente accontentabili in tutto. Proverò ad esprimere le mie critiche sperando che possano essere utili per il futuro. Premetto che al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tre giorni di brutto tempo. Su questo ovviamente la direzione non ha alcun potere. Avrebbe però avuto il dovere di offrire un servizio di animazione decente (previsto dal pacchetto) soprattutto nei giorni di maltempo perchè con il sole, lo sappiamo, sono capaci tutti di divertirsi e di trovare alternative per passare il tempo! Servizio di animazione dunque pressochè inesistente e qualora ce n'è stata una parvenza, veramente poco organizzato. Il mare sempre a causa del brutto tempo è stato impraticabile quasi tutta la settimana ed il primo giorno di sole quando abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire del servizio spiaggia (sempre previsto dal pacchetto) e visto che si viene in vacanza per stare al mare, siamo rimasti meravigliati per come si presentava il bagno dedicato al villaggio: sdraio accatastate e piuttosto rotte, bagnini (sempre i ragazzi dell' animazione) che non ci hanno degnato di un minimo di attenzione come è previsto solitamente negli stabilimenti organizzati, o anche solo di collaborazione per sistemare le sdraio e aprire l' ombrellone, o per dare magari un aspetto al bagno un pò più presentabile dopo il maltempo. Ci si aspettava veramente il minimo. Così non è stato preferendo invece passare parte del tempo a guardare il cellulare. I pasti tutto sommato sono stati accettabili ma con poca varietà. Antipasti inesistenti. La colazione purtroppo veramente imbarazzante, e con un buffet scarno. Al di là che viene servita in bicchieri di carta, e su questo si può soprassedere..ma niente cereali, niente torte da prima colazione, niente pane da tostare. Solo qualche cornetto e fetta biscottata con marmellatine annesse. Una mattina c'è stato un disguido con la macchinetta che eroga il cappuccino perchè guasta (può capitare per carità!) In quel frangente non c'è stato nessuno del personale presente in sala che proponesse di servire il cappuccino al bar per sopperire al disservizio e che prendesse veramente in mano la situazione. Ci siamo trovati tutti piuttosto spaesati in coda come in mensa, a doverci servire alla macchinetta della sala adiacente..E qui il confronto con altri villaggi dove siamo stati in precedenza a prezzi anche inferiori è inevitabile. Mai vista una disorganizzazione simile. La pulizia delle camere è stata discreta anche se non sempre avveniva il cambio degli asciugamani a giorni alterni. Le aree limitrofe al villaggio risultano essere un pò abbandonate a sè stesse e fatiscenti. Necessiterebbero di una bella manutenzione e pulizia che magari avrebbero potuto fare

Reserved with Voyage private I stayed with my wife in July for 21 days . Before departure I was contacted by the reception that followed me for the whole stay. The hotel has a strategic location to visit the north part of the island, located in the centre of the Asinara Bay. We have had the opportunity to visit all the localities with return to the evening in half-pension for a total relaxation being the structure decentralized from the country and with beautiful green surroundings always well-treated. The kitchen is excellent and the dishes proposed by the Chef are always varied and typical of the island. The staff is professional and educated always careful to the guest's needs. The strong piece is the pool quite large and excellent to pass a whole Day in total relaxation and can be an alternative when the sea is not accessible because of bad weather and the evening after dinner you can park on board the pool and enjoy a little fresh. A few steps from the hotel about 500 mt there is a very valuable thermal structure and you can book for slam and bath cycles ....the thermal station is convenient. The hotel's rooms are very clean and separate from the solarium area and the restaurant is therefore very quiet. I hope I can come back next year. Thank you
