The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it. On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!

Review: I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th June with my partner. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was on my period and ended up staining the bedsheets and pillows. I completely understand that there may be charges for the damage, and I was willing to take responsibility for it. However, what truly disappointed me was the way the hotel staff at the reception handled the situation. I did not feel treated with respect or empathy. Instead of addressing the matter with understanding or discretion, the interaction left me feeling deeply embarrassed like I had made a huge mistake just for experiencing something natural. Hospitality is not just about managing rooms; it’s about how you treat your guests in uncomfortable moments too. I genuinely hope the hotel team can be more sensitive and respectful in the future.

The spa and swimming facilities are not managed properly. The room was not bad for the price I paid. The cafe was perfect, so were the staffs there. There was electric current on the steam/ bathroom so this is a dangerous.

This hotel was great, Overpriced for what it is, and service is responsive and great. facilities and such are hard to understand how they work, but people are usually very helpful, food was good, breakfast was good, however when trying to modify bookings, one day later, or checking out earlier, they will NOT budge at all even if told in advance and reject any online booking request to modify it. That's my only gripe, however its good, location is good but not the best. Great stay overall, little things were off about it.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!

Lovely helpful staff. Nice room, bed. We were given two rooms next to each other as a family, not connecting unfortunately, I think they not available as we asked when booking well in advance. Good location in aerocity where there are plenty places to eat. Only shame pool closes at 7.30pm, which we justissed and kids were disappointed.

The hotel is just a short walk from Aerocity station, which is on the metro line to Delhi Airport. From the front lobby to the guest rooms, everything was of a high standard, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including authentic Indian dishes, which was very enjoyable. Currently, there's construction on the south side of the property, so south-facing rooms have a view of a construction site. However, through the gaps, you can still catch glimpses of the city in the distance and planes taking off and landing.

Only spent one night here. It’s really convenient in terms of location, which was a major advantage. However, the front desk process took a bit long because they didn’t seem to have enough staff, but they seemed polite nonetheless. I loved that we were situated near to some beautiful monuments so the view out of the windows were great. It is clearly more a convenience and price consideration than something that has to do with comfort to stay here again. You read it right to stay here again. But don't expect too much then you won't be disappointed. The first photo shown on the site is the inviting swimming pool. Well my wife was standing in a swimsuit at the edge of the pool,... but no....clearly not under maintenance when you go to the water. On the other side there was also a sign that the swimming pool was closed. By the way, the Trip.com site says that there would be an indoor swimming pool,... we haven't found that yet. Still in the mood to enjoy and or be pampered,.. .. Massage and hair salon had apparently been closed for months, the hot tub/bubble bath was empty, The gym was a cave where the mothball smell almost takes your breath away. Quickly back upstairs. The telephone in the room didn't work, so I handed it in at the reception downstairs. You guessed it, 2 *** strong they come and connect that same telephone again. They must have thought we didn't really know how to use a phone. In short, practical, 5 minutes from the airport and don't think too much about it.
