Foyer and Front Door (house is located on a hill) and features 1st Floor Primary Suite with king size bed, patio & full Bathroom.

Walk up 6 steps to huge Living Room & Dining Room with 20 foot floor to ceiling windows overlooking creek, golf course and woods. Sweeping Deck and outdoor Family Room traverse the house with both a gas grill and charcoal grill. Huge wood burning stone Fireplace separates the two rooms.

Walk up 6 more steps to top floor featuring 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Primary Bedroom has walk in closet and ensuite full Bath with double vanity.
