The staff was a bit flustered as I think I was the first foreigner to stay in the hotel since before the pandemic, however they were super accommodating and friendly. The room was nice and clean. However, I was a bit disappointed that the no smoking signs in the lobby were not being enforced. I felt like I was suffocating in the elevator because someone had been smoking in there and the smell lingered.

Perfect location, just above the ifs mall. Wonderful view if the weather is good. Services are professional.

I was passing through Changsha with my kids and was hesitant whether to choose Grand Hyatt or St. Regis. But after staying there, I felt that I made the right choice. All the hotel staff I met were very nice, the room was very new, and I liked the hotel style and perfume very much. When I checked in, I was given Tea Yan Yue Se and movie tickets. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was worth trying. The most important thing was the hotel's butler service. Thanks to Yaffa! I will choose St. Regis next time I come to Changsha!

The JW Marriott Hotel is a must-stay in Changsha. The service, facilities, equipment, software, and hardware are all very good.
