The room was nice and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is located close to the river, and it was very enjoyable to sit by the window of the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The room refrigerator provides free drinks, which is very friendly to guests. The only downside is that the hotel parking space is too small, and cars that arrive late can only park outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant serves Italian food. To be honest, the quality is average. If it is not for the good view, you don't have to eat in the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff. Very clean and quiet rooms. Only one note of caution; if walking to and from Newcastle station, there are a lot of steps to climb.
