まず温泉最高。画像以上に浴室は広く、大人2人がゆったり入れる湯舟でリラックス出来ました。 焼き肉は室内禁止なので備え付けのホットプレートで庭BBQ、これも意外とオツでした。 盆休みだったからかもですが、近くの〇コープのお肉もお寿司も上質で美味しかったです。 タオル・アメニティ・ドライヤー・お皿や調理器具・布巾にキッチンペーパー、洗濯機まで揃っていましたが、調味料と浴衣はないので持参しましょう。 敢えて難癖をつけるならば、外階段を上がって2階が玄関とリビングと和室とWC、そこから階段を下りて温泉と主寝室と和室・WCという作りなので、車いすの方は厳しいかもしれません。ただ、階段は急ではなく、手すりもしっかりしているので、手すりを持って階段を上り下りできる人（＝私）は大丈夫かと。 そして何よりも管理人さんのお人柄が◎　予約後何度か電話連絡させていただきましたが、本当に親切丁寧でした。この場をお借りしまして誠にありがとうございました。

I chose this ryokan for my first trip with my parents, which I paid for myself. And I think choosing this ryokan was an excellent decision. First off, all the staff members were incredibly kind. They explained every service available at the ryokan one by one, and even though my Japanese pronunciation and other things were probably lacking, they listened patiently until the end. If I asked them to repeat something, they would. They were so kind that it made me vow to be even more polite in return. While I didn't do much at the ryokan, here are a few things worth mentioning: > We did not use a room with a private hot spring bath. 1. **Hot Springs (Onsen)** The hot springs are divided into women's baths, men's baths, and family baths. You can use the family baths without a reservation; just go in. It was written that you only need to leave a sign indicating it's occupied. 2. **Adding Breakfast** You can request breakfast at check-in. They'll ask for your desired date and time (from 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, or 8:30 AM), explain the price, ask how many people it's for, and if there are any allergies to be careful of. Then, at your reserved time, you'll go to the designated area, and they'll guide you to the breakfast dining area. Breakfast cost 3,300 yen per person. * *After breakfast, which was a delicious kaiseki meal, they hand you a phone and tell you to call them if you want coffee and dessert.* 3. **Taxi Reservation to Yufuin Station** Since we had to go to Yufuin Station early in the morning, I asked at check-in if a taxi reservation was possible. They said they would arrange it if I just told them the desired time, and thanks to them, we had a smooth ride. This service is free of charge. * *However, you need to go to the parking lot to meet the driver and get in.* 4. **Cleaning Time** After breakfast, the staff member who guided us asked what time would be best for room cleaning. I told them my preferred time. This ryokan created so many wonderful memories that I truly believe Yufuin is only worth visiting for this place, if only you have the money and time. Its location is also excellent, right in front of Floral Village and Yuno-Tsubo Street, offering plenty to see. The walk to Yufuin Station is about 1.1km but not boring at all. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! 👍👍👍👍👍

The making in the accommodation is the best! The heat was also hard to escape and it was very warm! Only two points, I would say that it would be better if this happened! First of all, the first point is that I wish I had a TV somewhere! I wish I could see Netflix and Amapla! The second point is the sauna facility, but the heat is easy to escape It was a little disappointing because it was 40 〜 50 degrees from beginning to end ... I thought it was very good with aroma in the firewood sauna. If the temperature of the sauna is about 80 〜 100 degrees I thought I had nothing to say!

A very comfortable stay! The standalone villa offers ample space, and all the in-room hardware and software facilities are comprehensive. My family particularly enjoyed the private hot spring tub and sauna room – everything is incredibly well-maintained and looks brand new. We brought six suitcases, and even with all of them open, there was still plenty of room to move around. Highly recommend this accommodation if you love spacious living. The day before check-in, the host emailed us the room number and access code. We were able to complete the online check-in using the link in the email and received a check-in QR code. Upon arrival, we simply scanned the code to complete the check-in process – super convenient! 👍 Even though it was a completely unstaffed property during our two-night stay, my family didn't feel any inconvenience at all.

Staying at a hot spring ryokan in Yufuin with dinner and breakfast included is so convenient and hassle-free. Jukaso Hotel in Yufuin was a great choice. The traditional Japanese garden setting creates a wonderful ambiance. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk directly from Yufuin Station, so even with luggage, it's no trouble at all. I booked a tatami Japanese-style room. It was spacious and clean with excellent natural light. Opening the window revealed mountain views and the greenery of the garden, making it very peaceful and restorative. The amenities were complete, and the double sinks in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The hot springs include both indoor and open-air baths. The water quality was pleasant and clean, and it was quiet with few people in the evening. Soaking in the onsen completely relaxed me.

Everything was perfect in this hotel! Room is spacious and there are both indoor and outdoor private onsen in the room. The futon was the softest and most comfortable I’ve ever had in Japanese onsen hotels. Dinner was amazing and breakfast was good enough. It would be better if we can choose Japanese or Western style for breakfast. We was looking for grilled fish or sth in Japanese style. Will visit again definitely!

Although the location is near the Yufuin station, it's not easy to find, we spend more than 30mins walking and asking around and lugging our luggage. But its 10mins walk to Lake Kinrin and Lawsons is just next door. Room is ok but no bathroom only a cramp toilet bowl and small wash basin. need to go to the public onsen near the lobby or in the courtyard for shower but the door can be locked for privacy, only problem is have to wait for your turn if someone else is using it. There is a dining area where you can heat food in microwave and big dining table to eat your meals, free coffee and drinking water is available too.

In the ”Zoo” of Yufuyuan, check in at the cashier's desk. The clerk will take you to the room to tell you how to use the equipment, hot springs, etc., and will help you carry your luggage. It’s really the feeling of a fairy tale world, the quiet room is big, and the hot springs are no one. It is also close to Jinlin Lake and is worth a try.

This hot spring journey is very satisfactory. The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Jinlin Lake. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious. I booked this onsen hotel more than half a year in advance, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly impeccable. Having stayed at many beautiful onsen hotels in Japan, this was probably the best experience I've had! The hotel is right in the middle of Yufuin's main shopping street and offers free parking, which was the only place we found free parking during our Kyushu trip. Both breakfast and dinner were served in a private room. Before each meal, someone meticulously introduced every dish to us and even helped take photos – a truly ceremonial experience!

The location of this hotel is right in the middle of the station and the famous lake. I would like to say it’s highly recommended if you rent or drive a car and you can put it here for free and you can go sightseeing till you leave here. The service is quite ok, and there are two different hot spring places for the family or the public. You have to book in advance and get the key to use the family one. The room itself is net to old but has some kinda smell, which is fine. Overall, it’s a good choice for those who want to stay here for a night.

I stayed here during my solo trip to Yufuin. On the day I checked in, I was playing nearby and accidentally fell into the river. I arrived around 2 PM, earlier than the official check-in time, and asked if an early check-in was possible. They initially said it was only possible at 3 PM. However, the female owner saw that I was completely soaked and immediately guided me to the public bath. She also told me where the nearest coin laundry was and even lent me a pair of slippers since my shoes were drenched. My solo trip could have been very difficult, but thanks to the owner, I was able to finish it healthy and happy. I'm incredibly grateful. If I ever visit Yufuin again with friends or family, I will definitely come back here. Thank you!
