The room was really great 👍🏻. I was stunned when I entered the door. It was exactly the same as the picture. The room was spacious and bright, clean and hygienic. The sheets and quilts were just replaced with new ones. The room was still drying the sheets that had been washed. For me with a slight cleanliness, I am more assured of hygiene. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, and you will go to the Bell Tower Muslim Street through the subway entrance. The location is not too good. There are various snacks around the downstairs. There is a morning market downstairs in the morning. It is super cheap to buy vegetables and fruits. I still cook in the room in the morning. The kitchen utensils and seasonings are all complete, which is perfect. Five-star recommended stay.

The room was clean and elegant. The location of this store was relatively good. It was located in the center of the lively village in the city. At night, it was the lively and bustling fireworks. The two of us tried various Xi'an snacks for 100 yuan and ate them. Then the surrounding traffic is also very convenient, ten minutes to Taibai South Road subway station. I really like the lively and convenientness of this village in the city. It is very suitable for our poor traveler. The boss is very simple. Overall satisfaction, will come again next time. #Location traffic is convenient, downstairs is snacks.

The room is quiet and warm, clean and complete with supporting facilities! 24-hour hot water supply, wireless WIFI high-speed network without dead ends coverage. This hotel is located near Muslim Street, surrounded by many great restaurants. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions, and there's a direct shuttle service right across from the hotel entrance to different sights. For a city as well-equipped as Xi'an, the transportation here is truly outstanding. Even before I arrived, the hotel called me to confirm my arrival time and ask if I had any special requests, arranging everything in advance, which was very thoughtful. The front desk ladies were all lovely, patient, and communicative. Politeness is a two-way street, and my stay was very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, returning to a clean and tidy room definitely helped ease some of the fatigue. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. H World Group's standards are truly reliable.

Fantastic, perfect for a family trip, with every detail well-thought-out. Even the standard king room was very spacious. The location is also incredibly convenient. You can easily visit the City Wall and Big Wild Goose Pagoda nearby, and it significantly cuts down travel time to attractions further afield like the Terracotta Warriors and Mount Hua, as it's close to the train station. Plus, you don't have to worry about traffic when calling for a car from this spot. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offers very convenient and incredibly good value meals. The outsourced Western restaurant on the second floor is also very reasonably priced. Room service is quick too; the yogurt and fruit salad was a generous portion.

The service was excellent. I received a complimentary room upgrade, and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. The lady at the front desk noticed I was traveling with a child and proactively asked if we needed an extra bed, also providing complimentary toiletries. Staff were also very helpful with luggage. Their thoughtfulness truly stood out. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, as it offers superb value for money.

I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient; I could walk to all the niche attractions and photo spots, like Xiangzi Temple, Yongning Gate, and Defu Alley, without any trouble. The Star butler service was very thoughtful, providing all the hotel information I needed. They even offered free sweet soup and bottled water, which was a really nice touch and shows how much they care! The ambiance is also unique, with a dark, retro style. I was very happy with my room too!

This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. The breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious and varied – mainly Chinese cuisine, but also European options. We were very satisfied with our choice of hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just about 100 meters straight ahead from Exit 3 of Metro Line 2. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Directly opposite the hotel, there's a shop that rents out Hanfu, which is great for evening photos. The breakfast was good too, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

Hotel is nicely located near Huiminjie @ Muslim Quater. Everything about the stay was pleasant except for the wifi. The connection was extremely slow. I needed to get some work done, and in the end my hotspot worked much better. Another issue was the centralised aircon system. During winter, it kept blowing warm air and the room felt quite suffocating. When I asked for help, the reception staff simply advised me to switch it off. Even with the aircon turned off, the room still felt stuffy. For those arriving by Didi, use the hotel’s main address from drop-off. If you use the “allocated” address shown in the app, the driver may drop you far from the actual hotel entrance and you’ll have to navigate the rest on your own. Overall, the stay was fine but these issues made it less comfortable than expected.

Very big hostel in central location close to metro station and Bell pagoda. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. 10 minutes walk to dsl Muslim quarter. Beds are comfortable and clean, there are lockers and you are given a towel. There are several bathrooms which are always clean. The common area is big with many tables, free water and a bar. WiFi works well. There are laundry and dryer machines. I recommend this hostel!

The environment is decent, and the venue is suitable for events and conferences. I even happened to catch a new car launch when I checked in. The room itself is quite spacious, but the furnishings and fixtures feel very dated. Not quite dilapidated, but definitely old-fashioned. The towels, in particular, were frayed and shedding. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired; it just didn't seem clean, especially the countertop around the bathtub, which looked like it hadn't been wiped down properly and felt very haphazard. Breakfast was just average, but the cleanliness of the restaurant tables and chairs was also quite unsatisfactory. Overall, it's okay for an event venue, but for personal stays, the room's hardware probably isn't even on par with a 400 RMB mid-range business hotel (and I paid over 600 RMB). The only highlight is the hotel's location at the delta, which allows for pleasant walks along the river. For those who prioritize modern facilities and up-to-date amenities, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Xigong University, and it was quite good. For around a hundred yuan, it's economical, practical, and offers great value for money. What really stood out was how clean the room was, especially the sheets which still had laundry tags – something that's often a concern with many budget hotels these days. This really put my mind at ease. After work, we even managed to squeeze in a visit to the nearby Datang Xishi Museum, which was lovely. Overall, it's excellent. The surrounding Datang Xishi shopping center is also very lively, with plenty of dining and entertainment options. The subway lines 5 and 6 right outside the door make it super convenient to get to the North Station, which is perfect for business travelers like us. Full marks!

The room was beautifully designed in warm colors and there was plenty of seating area--including a cute little tatami sitting area. The windows were floor-to-ceiling, with automatic curtains that move with a slight tug. The staff were very friendly. The view outside the window is an interesting picture of the city wall, but it wasn't very pretty--just the brick wall and little bit of the events on the top. The beds were too firm for me, but I'm used to softer beds. My friend said it was fine for her though. Despite how beautiful the room is, I would not stay there again. The temperature in the room would not go below 29c, even with the air conditioner turned on. When asked if they could come fix the A/C, the staff said this room was more ”natural” and people don't really use it, so there wasn't anything they could do. We had to open the windows to keep cool. Additionally, the air conditioner was so loud that when I first heard it, I thought someone was rolling a cart down the cobblestones outside the hotel window. It was almost as loud as the construction happening directly outside our window. Speaking of the construction, it didn't start until 7 or 8 pm at night and went through until 3-4am. Couldn’t close the window without turning the room into a hotbox, so it was extremely noisy between the sounds of the machinery and the workers shouting over it. I'm a light sleeper, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the heat, the noise from the air conditioner, and the noise from the construction, I got almost no sleep during my three day stay. So it's a lovely hotel, but it's too noisy and uncomfortable.

The environment is very good. It is in the downtown area. The Bell and Drum Tower is right outside. You don't need to order takeout for supper at night. There are all kinds of snacks downstairs. It is very convenient. They also gave me a souvenir gift before I left. I was very happy.
