The hotel was not what i expected from a 5 star. I believe that they are going to do renovations this year. I had half board and wanted to upgrade to all inclusive but they don’t offer all inclusive had I known this before, I wouldn’t have book at this hotel. I can’t understand how the hotel can’t see that this encourages guests to purchase alcohol outside of the hotel. Anyways the bar staff were exceptional in making you feel welcome and really spoilt my daughter for her birthday. One in particular named Sahil. This guy is truly a diamond in the rough.
