NachtischNachtischThe hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a convenient underground parking garage right next door. The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. There's a water dispenser in the hallway and a capsule coffee machine in the room. The room itself is spacious, but the cleaning wasn't quite up to par, as there were items left behind by the previous guest. The shower area in the bathroom becomes very slippery when wet, posing a fall risk, and the toilet door doesn't have a lock.

Sadly, however, the doors are quite thin and have a gap at the bottom, so you can hear everything that is happening outside of your room and also can hear everything that’s happening inside the rooms when you are in the hallway. Besides, the bathroom door is incredibly thin and the bathrooms are very echoey, so travelling not solo might introduce some awkwardness if you are one of the people with shy bladders. Other than that, everything was great. Clean, friendly, top service.

Breakfast was great without feeling over crowded like most hotel of this scale. Staffs were very helpful and attentive. Location wise is a little let down but then again is not the hotel problem. Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.

브뤼셀 좋아!브뤼셀 좋아!The location was fantastic! There was an airport bus stop nearby, and we could walk to the train station to visit Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The hotel has two buildings, #1 and #2. Building #1 seemed to be the original, but we stayed in #2, and it wasn't the best environment. The rooms were packed closely together, the hallway had an unpleasant smell, and it was noisy outside the window. There was no refrigerator, and it was a hassle having to ring a bell to get the hotel's glass door opened every time we wanted to enter or leave. However, for the price, it was comfortable and safe, so we're grateful for that!

The hotel should consider having 2 front desk workers at a time instead of just 1 person manning the front desk.
