The New Novotel expected to be clean due it is a new one. I found food and Services needed to improve a lot. Our family is dissatisfied with Buffet Breakfast where food is repeated many times and not happy with salty food such as beef. I am comparing buffet Breakfast from Kingsford Hotel and other Hotels our family have stayed for 4 weeks . Also on our last day I noticed a short of staff and also poor cleaning services on Dinning area . There are staff who are friendly but others seems not happy on what the job they are doing especially the lady who was requested to clean the table it is kind of turned off . She was cleaning the plates in front of everyone as I have not seen this on other hotel putting out scrap food in front of everyone. Aren't they suppose to take the plates and do this in the kitchen area ? 🤔

If you use Instagram or TikTok. This is the hotel you need to stay at. I was given complimentary access to Rockwell Leisure Club. It’s a members only club for Rockwell Condo unit owners. Very exclusive. It’s basically a millionaires club. Saw many celebrities at the club’s gym and pool. Very beautiful pool too. Access to the Rockwell Leisure Club sets this hotel apart from all others in Rockwell Makati.

I have stayed here twice already and I loved it! The location is easy to find. The rooms are very cozy and it exceeds my expectations. However, during my second stay I was let's say a bit disappointed. There was a leak in their AC and it really bothers me since it was on the side of the bed making the floor all wet. A staff assisted us but only gave us a bathmat to wipe the floor. Nevertheless, i still recommend this inn. If you are looking for a room to sleep with and with a cheap price then this is for you. Looking forward for more bookings in this inn.

The Havitat Boutique Hotel is located in some narrow side streets and is a new hotel. The staff are friendly and the security did an exceptional job as the security guard even came out to the cab with an umbrella as I pulled up when it was raining, so I didn't get wet getting out of the cab. Excellent service from the security. The rooms are fairly small and they have hey small fridge freezer, a desk and chair, a live pot plant in the corner, tea and coffee making facilities and they provide some bottled water and slippers but there is no safe in the room. Unfortunately the bed is a double bed and it is quite hard and uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows. There is a large smart LCD TV with NO channels, however it does have Netflix and is linked to the internet so you can watch YouTube and a number of other apps. The bathroom is very small and there is poor lighting over the bathroom sink and there is no soap provided for the bathroom sink! The workmanship at the hotel is poor quality and the wash basin faucet is loose and flops all over the place. The shower has very poor water pressure so you don't even feel like you had a shower when you get out and the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The lighting in the room was rather odd the way it was set up. There are no switches to turn off the lights over the bed and over the TV near the bed, theyr're up near the front door which is inconvenient and a poor deisgn error. There were no spare power points by the bed or desk so you had to unplug the light so you could plug in a charger for your phone. The housekeeping is terrible, substandard and unacceptable and they did not make up my room once throughout my entire stay  Overall the rooms are fairly poorly designed with a lack of thought in their design process. It's ok for a couple of nights stay but I would not recommend the hotel as there are better hotels at a cheaper price and that have much facilities and far better bathroom and showers. The elevator was not working throughout my entire stay which meant you have to drag your bags up 6 flights of stairs. This might be a new hotel but the beds are uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi is slow and poor quality, and the housekeeping is woeful, it just fails in so many areas. There is no double glazing on the windows and you get woken up by the constant racket of roosters crowing and carrying on from 4:30 in the morning onwards. Then from early morning till evening there's the continuous racket of thousands of schoolchildren yelling cheering and carrying on from the school across the road so there is no peace & quiet in your room and it's hard to get more than a few hours sleep. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and I would not recommend this hotel. It's location is uninviting, its terrible wifi and poor housekeeping make this a very poor option. There are far better hotels for the same price or cheaper.

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. We have been going to Edsa Shangrila for family staycations for a long time now. It's our whole family's favorite quick getaway. We feel most comfortable and taken cared of at Edsa Shangrila. Our kids especially love swimming in the pool. We would like to give a special shout out to Sir Manny (lifeguard) for chatting with our 2 boys from time to time and for always keeping our kids safe while swimming. Thank you too to Sir Oteph Silvan, lifeguard for taking care of us. For my husband and I, we enjoy having drinks and peanuts at the Pool Bar made relaxing and easy with the impeccable service headed by Mavic and the whole Pool Bar team, Chef Anthony and Nikki! Of course, the whole stay won't be complete without experiencing dining at The Heat. We are most at home with our friends at Heat namely, Kap Mike Cifra, Angelica Banal, Stephen Manuel, Vergel Siason, and of course with Chef Anthony Catipay. Special shout out too to Luigi Bautista, Service Associate from guest service center who always took care of our Heat dining reservations and for the care he has has given us during our stay. Thank you too to Sheryl Meneses for her attention to details in keeping our rooms so clean and comfy. Edsa Shangrila is definitely a place we call home because of the great accommodations and the excellent service of people who work there that have become our good friends as well. We'll definitely be back because of them.

We had to wait for 1 hour to get to our room for general cleaning inspection purposes but the room was full of small cockroaches when we get there. We were advised that we can check out late due to the issue but received a call the day after that we should check out before 12pm, lol. Location is great.

I chose it primarily due to its location for a business trip. The hotel looks like being run by a cheapskate. Quite a few things badly need renovations. Don't bother about the pool, best to convert it to some fountain. Smell of smoke, combined with overall humidity makes it for a 'splendid' experience. Bed linen and kitchen were reasonably clean (and that was pretty much the only positive aspect), food left much better to be desired, but seeing a cockroach in a hallway just killed the whole experience. The pictures do not reflect the reality. I don't know which hotel to recommend but i highly recommend to stay away from this one. Can't shake the feeling of 'filth' after the visit.

When I came to check in on the first day, I waited for 2 hours. I said that on Trip.com, agoda and other online platforms they had cancelled the reservation but I don't know why I can still book it. Very simple and basic lodging. A fair deal at a central transportation hub and near big malls. The place is clean and the location is near to transportation and malls. They have toiletries available in the room. The problem only is the Wifi connection very slow even it was in the city, I think they are only using a Wi-Fi extender that doesn't even work.
