From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. This is my second time at this hotel and I'm very pleased with my stay. I was there on business. The car ride from the airport was quick and convenient. I was greeted at the front desk by Mr. Timraz who was very polite and patient with me. I had a driver (Mr. Nariyan) throughout my stay and he was excellent. The car was clean and he was prompt and polite with great communication skills. The breakfast at AlBustan was tasty with lots of options but what really made it great was the staff, especially Ms. Alyssa who is always smiling and welcoming. By the third day, she asked me if I wanted a latte before I even said anything (I'm so predictable haha!) I also got an upgrade with lounge access which was a nice bonus! The room was cleaned daily (a bit darker than I would like though). The lounge was a good place to go for a cup of tea and a snack after work (all complimentary). I also want to thank Mr. Mubin at the front desk for all his help. I would happily stay here again.

Every holiday we choose Safir as Safir is like a second home for us, the kids enjoy the activities. The servis is excellent we would like to thank Melinda for assisting us all the time she is like a family to us. The reception team Jovelyn Imad did their best and we love them the concierge is amazing Shubam, Rasheed Steven and khadar help us for the luggage. Housekeeping is excellent thanks to deepika and Elone for taking care of the cleanliness and she made a very nice design to our room. Layer is very good, rooms are a little old, rooms were forgotten to clean. Otherwise service is very good. The front office manager is very engaged, very good. He gave me many recommendations for excursions, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Walk in shower is? excellent. I didn't have dinner. In the afternoon there were various chocolates to test. Pool service is also very friendly Service in the evening excellent and very friendly. I can recommend the hotel very much, The fitness centre is very well equipped with many devices. I liked it well. If I come back I would book the hotel in Kuwait again. Price performance is very good.

Visited Kuwait for the second time and stayed at IBIS in Sharjah. The hotel is in the heart of Kuwait. The business hotel is very good, the room is suitable for one person, clean and tidy, and the city mattress is a little soft for me. The hotel's front desk service is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to give you a power converter. There are many small supermarkets around the hotel. There are many places to eat. It is easy and very convenient to take a taxi outside the hotel. Next time I go to Kuwait, I will definitely stay again.

When ever we come from India our go to hotel is Inn and go. The only hotel in the kuwait city where there give option of kitchen for long staying guests. Room and the bed are so comfortable, but with television channels are limited. Maintenance staff is amazing especially a wonderful lady whose name is Charis.. who takes care of the guests. Inn and go staff should be proud to have an amazing resource like Charis. I am not a fan of this hotel's free breakfast no uniqueness. Overall this hotel is a good option if you want to stay in the city for long term.

I’m used to stay at this Hotel since 8 hours . This year I found that its completely different than before by everything, starting from the attractive new decoration till the management of the place . Even the caffe that exiting there naw become more elegant. I don’t need to go out searching for new hookah place. All in one place ( hookah, food, live music) everything is just perfect 🌹🌹 I need to send special thanks for mr. Osama Al Kotok for his supper great effort in changing this place to much nice attractive hotel specially week end they always have live show with singer including very delicious open buffet. Also mr. IBRAHEEM iSSAM for the nice arrangement of my brother birthday party, everything was just perfect. My best regards Dr. Laurna matar.

Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

Firstly the staff here is greatly. Nikoshan the receptionist was very helpful and the other lady in cleaning as well as the other night receptionist was great too. Hotel has amenities like ATM mcdonalds pharmacy and a superstore within 5 minutes walking distance. Cab will cost you roughly 7-8 kwd from airport. The only thing I would suggest they can get better at is do slightly more refurbishment of the rooms and toilets and it will be a perfect hotel for a basic bur decent stay. Beautiful property and the staff and team are also great. I really like the options at breakfast in comparison to other properties we have stayed at in Kuwait. Very large selection of items which is great. Unfortunately we experienced some interesting hiccups in our short stay. We visited the property in July where the weather in Kuwait was around 45degrees Celsius and the air conditioning stopped working in the hotel. The miss for me here is the lack of proactive communication. I only found out after asking as the temperature was getting unbearable in the room and wasn’t getting better even after I turned the inroom air conditioning to max. The room was extremely hot and we ended up checking out early and going to another hotel. With all these hiccups the management team(Safia) was very empathetic of the situation and sent me their sincerest apologies. I also want to say thank you for finding my Van Cleef necklace in our room and having the team deliver it to me. As you can imagine I was extremely worried that it was lost and the team found it in my room post check out and brought it back safely. Special thank you to Safia who made things right even with all these hiccups. True customer service. Really appreciate everything!!

St. Regis, formerly known as Sheraton, is a new luxury hotel in Kuwait City. The hotel was open after an exterior renewal and a complete renovation of room floors and rooms. Lobby and restaurants remain untouched for now. Was extremely happy with the service as expected. I booked the a Grand Deluxe room which was extremely spacious and really nice. Views of the Main Street, nothing special, except for the beautiful architecture of Shaikh Jaber Alahmad Alsabah Center, which houses the Opera. Food is delicious, known for its Indian, Lebanese, and Italian, and Persian restaurants, in addition to the English Tea Lounge. The location is excellent for business and leisure, with many restaurants, cafes, and shopping around. I would definitely stay there again.
