I was on a business trip, lived a few days at the fare of the trip with dinner included, which is very convenient. The room on the first floor with a window in the yard. The staff of the hotel is very polite and always willing to provide assistance, the same applies to the staff of the restaurant, always benign. The small-sized shower room, but for me it didn 't become a problem, although I heard some hotel guests complain about it. The only disadvantage I felt was very soft mattresses, it is not very good for the back, especially if it also hurts. The window in the yard with a car service and there was noisy but short time there. The hearing in the room is demolished. The restaurant is sufficient, without exquisite, there are omlets and bakes for breakfast, baking, toast, cutting, yoghurt, mushrooms, tea with coffee and juice. For dinner you are prepared on a pre-agreed menu. There was a case when I needed to have dinner late after returning from walking, the restaurant staff kindly fed me my dinner and even brought it to the room for which they had a separate thank you. The hotel is conveniently located to the GORELTECH plant. where my training was carried out, as well as several metro stations from the Moscow station and the city center, which is also very convenient. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their quality work and wish you a prosperity and good guests.

Впечатления двоякие, останавливались на 1 ночь в номере стандарт, к нему претензий нет (чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое, одноразовые средства гигиены, полотенца, фен) нет кондиционера, но по соотношению цена-качество это ожидаемо. Поэтому не указываю это как недостаток. Хорошая парковка на территории.Решающим моментом при бронировании было наличие завтрака, заявлен шведский стол.мы понимали, что изобилия и большого ассортимента не будет,но то, что мы увидели это даже завтраком называть нельзя. Прийдя на завтрак за 50 минут до его окончания мы получили немного холодного омлета, оладья и остатки холодных макаронов. Сосисок, овощей, сыра, колбасы, каши - ничего не осталось, пустые тарелки. Хлеба не было, по нашей просьбе принесли батон, сливочное масло закончилось. Засохшие неприкрытые блины и заветренный колбасный сыр. Это было настолько неаппетитно. Элементарно нечего было есть, работник буфета полумертвая девушка. Худший завтрак всех поездок.

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

Какой-то идеальный островок цивилизации на окраине Петербурга. Останавливались здесь на неделю. Девушка ездила по командировке в офис, я же работал удаленно. Правда мы снимали номер не у отеля, а через риелтора, тем не менее сама организация оставила очень положительные эмоции. Здесь хороший новый ремонт, чистота, ничем не пахнет. Доброжелательный персонал. Инфраструктура вся под рукой —до метро 1 минута, магазин (жаль, что не круглосуточный, но в соседнем доме есть и 24 часа), аптека, парикмахерская, кондитерская, пивточка (люблю крафтовое пиво), уютная курилка и даже шаверма в виде столовой (обеды там не очень, мягко говоря). Были минусы, которые не относились особо к отелю, но озвучу их тоже: - Если снимаете через риелтора, то будьте готовы к тому, что при выезде вам не разрешат оставить багаж в специальной кладовке для багажа от отеля. Она предназначена только для гостей отеля. Хотя могли бы и позволить оставить — договор об аренде у меня был на руках. - Может не повезти с соседями, как нам. Я всю неделю сидел то в коворкинге, то в кофейне и на ресепшене и видел исключительно порядочных приличных людей. Но соседи у нас были гости из ближнего востока, которые вели себя максимально неуважительно. Взрослый ребенок бегал без трусов по этажу и долбил мне в дверь. На третий день не стерпел и сделал им замечание, на которое был послан его матерью куда подальше. Следом обратился с ситуацией на ресепшен, ребята пообещали поговорить с ними, ибо это были их клиенты. После этого семья немного стихла, хотя ребенок и мать все равно шумели по вечерам и утрам, но уже у себя в номерах. Не знаю, говорил ли персонал с ними, но порадовало, что меня не проигнорили, несмотря на то, что сняли номер у частника. - Впоследствии был вынужден узнать, что чистовой ремонт номеров выполнен застройщиком отеля. В т.ч. и установленная сантехника. Причина таких подробностей — у нас лопнул ободок унитаза в первый день заселения. После продолжительных разборок УК отеля сообщила, что это не гарантийный случай, и с нас взяли сумму залога. Ситуация крайне неприятная. Но тоже имейте ввиду, ибо эти унитазы компании Duravit установлены по всему отелю от номеров до коворкинга.

I rented an apartment for one month and really liked it. It had everything one could possibly need : a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, working place. I basically needed to telework, exercise and visit Saint Petersburg and the hotel offered everything I needed. It is located in front of a subway station with easy access to the city center, it has good wifi and there is a gym that one can access for 700 roubles à visit or, as I did, it is possible to buy access for one month. Will come back for the next stay in Saint Petersburg.

Having read the previous reviews it was scary to settle, but because we booked the housing not we, it was not necessary to choose. First impression: huge pits before the central entrance. It would be a pity to drive in your car. A very friendly girl met us, registered quickly. We got 323 rooms. And here began miracles) We thought that we walked on the floor in dirty shoes, but it turned out that it was a unique design of laminate. Furniture tired. Happy clean, white sheets. In the bathroom there were shampoo and shower gel. Towels and vents in availability. Breakfast is quite scarce as for 4 stars. But, we found something to eat. In the closet are two warm spare blankets. There is a special room where to clap clothes.Here is only a wish to add cups to the room. Although we used the glasses that were in the bathroom. For a 3 star hotel, a very decent level. I had to extend another day. I was left without any problems my room. I often go to town and use hotels. Ladoga fulfilled my expectations. I liked it.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

There is courtesy table in a room somewhere in hotel that does tea I believe but I do prefer to have this facility in my room No mirror by plug sockets made it difficult to do hair Also as this was my 50th birthday gift from my mum we had notified hotel. They promised a complimentary gift on arrival which did not happen. My mum did try to order champagne and was told that they didn’t put complimentary in room as my bd was a week after we depart!!!! It’s my big 50 which I was celebrating with my mum. I found this quite rude. My mum was willing to pay but they didn’t offer anything We also tried to book a massage which they advertise hugely in hotel and it’s run from same building, however we did not get a reply from the message we sent!

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Overall, people clean every day, but the bathroom facilities feel a bit rudimentary, no disposable hygiene products, no air conditioning (Petersburg should not need air conditioning) But it is probably the location of the city center. Booked a room in this hotel after a couple of bad nights elsewhere. I expected any developments, but this hotel was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. You can stroll along the noisy Nevsky Prospekt and peaceful parallel streets. Close to the shopping center, beautiful Oushi. The room is small but very cozy. Clean the room every day We could not evaluate the sound insulation effect, we did not hear the neighbors, did not see them, it was out of time. In a cozy restaurant on the 5th floor, the breakfast is very good with a great variety. We went to the bar on the 7th floor and we could see the view of the cathedral. В номерах присутствуют аутентичные вещи - тумбочки, текстиль, подставка для багажа... Есть всё необходимое из туалетных принадлежностей: полотенца, фен, тапочки, халат, гель и шампунь. В номере есть сейф, холодильник, телевизор, бутылка с водой, кулер на этаже. Завтрак - шведский стол (рис, овсяная каша, омлет, творог, овощи, фрукты, сырники, мясная нарезка, сыр... Чай, кофе, морс. Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist .
