The hotel is very neatly maintained, breakfast buffet is elaborate and very tasty. Their Arabian grape juice was yummy. The housekeeping staff is very good, they are very responsive. I tried a few food items from the hotel they were very good too. Another advantage to this hotel is that it has the famous A2B in the ground floor, so you can enjoy great food without stepping out of the hotel. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Kapila teertham and closer to the Alipiri circle. I used their travel desk to go to Kalahasti, the driver and car were very good though it was a bit expensive. You can book Uber to travel to Tirumala and other local site seeing. The staff at the reception and dining area are not very communicative, they only respond to a question if you ask them. A bit more polish and proactiveness could make the experience great. I am in no way saying their service was bad, but these are minute areas that need improvement.

Me and my family stayed at Ekante bliss during our visit to Lord Balaji's temple. The property is maintained good and all staff are very supportive and caring. My family enjoyed the stay. Also food quality is great 👍 my kids and mother find it very good taste. Overall it's nice. I must want to mention one of staff member i.e. Mr. Kumar. He has taken good care of all of us specially my younger 1.5 year old kid. He arranged foods specially for them which they like most. It released our pressure how to and what to feed to kids. Also ***agement arrange breakfast for us in very early morning. Thanks for all your hospitality and wish you good luck.

Room 120: AC was on full blast with no option to make the room warmer. We had to freeze and could not sleep even for 1min. Spent the whole night walking up and down the hall. At 1am the hotel staff are asking if they can repair it. Fan was also working on 1 speed only full speed with regulator not functioning. Room 114: No hot water in the rooms at 6.30am. We called reception twice and they kept saying after 2-3 buckets hot water will come. Even after 10buckets no hot water. Bedsheets smell of dampness and toilets were not cleaned. ABSOLUTELY NO KID FRIENDS FOOD AVIALABLE IN THE EVENING. We had a small child and no idly, dosa, tiffin options at all after breakfast. We had to feed the kid just biscuits after a 5 hour journey. Horrible stay overall. Pathetic hotel and not worthy of a Fortune/ITC brand at all! Local boarding lodges would have been better!

We stayed at the hotel after our Tirumala and Kalahasti temple visits.. and had booked 3 rooms which were very good.. At check in i was informed that Complimentary breakfast willbe served at 7 am.. the breakfast was definitely not complimentary, i paid around 329 Rs extra per room for the same. I had earlier reviews the restaurant for bad food, and i think the hotel needs to pull up its socks. But what marred our stay there was the loud noises on the 2nd floor middle of the night which disturbed our sleep. After tiring temple visits we expected peace and sleep that wasnot to be. Complained to the lobby ***ager and all he had to say was sorry and we should have called them..as if they could not hear the noises. Never again Minerva Grand!!

Stayed here on 16 to 19 february 2024. The room and staff were good. The hotel is very near to vishnu nivasam, tirupati railway station and bus stand. So, this is the best place for those to take ssd tokens and go to tirumala by bus or car.

We stayed at Bhimas during our visit to Tirumala recently. Location is central and is easily accessible. Close to railway stations and sometimes railway noise is audible in the room and that I guess should be a problem for most hotels in the vicinity. Internet was average. Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. Front office were responsive and friendly. Restaurant was an average experience and needs improvement both in service and options. Not sure if this is due to Covid but service needs improvement although the staff were courteous but service was very slow. Otherwise it is a good hotel for a quick visit.

Benefit of this hotel is very near to Main Bus stop to go to Tirumala. The passage to reach the room is very narrow. Size of the room for 3 beds is small. Water facility is good. Room tariff is moderate. During rainy season, though have DG Set they did not ON / operate it.
