We came to Simi Valley to visit friends and family. I am so glad we chose this location. The shape of the buildings makes it convenient to all the amenities. The daily breakfast is real food and good coffee and juices, which we appreciated. The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. The rooms were cleaned early everyday and done when we returned, even with a few special touches. The staff is amazing, pleasant, on top of any needs and always smiling. The rooms could use some updating but the price justifies it. The pool was clean and never got over crowded. The location was close to shopping and the Reagan Library and Museum. We would definitely come again.

Stayed Feb 2023 for my kids hockey tournament. Hotel had us sign a ”behavior” contract before check-in....first Ive ever had to do this. Had a team gathering in the seating area next to the Starbucks after I purchased over $20 worth of breakfast and other also. Was asked by the manager to move our team out of the seating area after we all purchased food. I get why they don't want kids running around but they signed up to host and at the end of the day we are customers too. Stayed in room 209. surfaces in room were dusty and hadn't been wiped down, carpet was stained and needs replacement. 209 has some sort of large fan running below it that vibrates the floor and creates vibration noise...wasn't the A/C. The Starbucks is 2x the price of a normal Starbucks...walk to McKenna's in the parking lot...way better! Overall, decent stay if traveling through, but not the Marriott quality I have experienced in the past.

This place was amazing. For the rate you really get alot. Not too crazy about the parking fee and that they charge you everyday but it is what it is and maybe hotels even charge more than that. For some strange reason there is a smoky smell in some of the rooms, but they were good about switching us until we found a better room. Windows don't open so if you're on the ground level you miss a lot of the patio noise. It's a lot nicer when it's not as crowded here. The higher levels have a nice view. We did have to make a deposit but they didn't charge us any pet fees. Didn't know if the restaurant was open but we didn't find a menu in the room. It's outdated but in a in a way that adds to its charm. Not a bad place, I recommend it. They had security and compared to lower range lodging in Simi Valley we felt comfortable. Plenty of T.V. channels and plug outlets.

Hotel is good, that is, the Holiday Inn has to collect the deposit, it will take a long time to return, forced to feel very uncomfortable, it is best not to choose the Holiday Inn, basically every holiday hotel receives a deposit! Ctrip has not written clearly, resulting in consumers are very passive, everyone should complain!

Had to leave a review for a place I became comfortable with. like most people in the beginning I was skeptical about staying at a Motel 6. it does definitely get a bad reputation but after stumbling across this particular one because of a last minute decision a became my go to place in Simi Valley! it is a typical Motel 6 so if you're looking for luxury this is not the place for you but if you want a nice clean place to sleep and an good environment with wonderful staff you can't go wrong! from the beginning All of the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I am a very picky person and have a lot of extra Concerns and request and they are always met with the smile! from the maids to management They make you feel at home and do their best to take care of your every need. The property is also really clean. just like any other property there are those days where things don't always go as planned rowdy guests etc.. but from what I've seen they do a good job of keeping this property up and safe. you should give it a try and see for your self! I've been staying here every time Im in Simi valley for the last 6 to 7 months haven't left yet!

I have resided at Extended Stay / SIMI for 9 months (corporate housing). My overall experience here is amazing! The staff are doing an exceptional job following the Covid-19 regulations and safely operating this facility during the pandemic. This is a quiet, clean, organized and friendly “home away from home”! The Manager (Narineh) and Assitant Manager (Alineh) are consistently professional, attentive to your needs / requests and! radiate a genuine warm, friendly vibe while interacting with guests. I highly recommend!

Staying for five days is equivalent to a domestic express. The surrounding is very convenient, restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, children's indoor playgrounds, etc. are all within walking distance. It should be noted that the United States and China are different. Each store in the country is next to each other. The United States is a single-family single storey, so each store has to walk for a while, and it is more convenient to rent a car. The Chinese restaurant needs a taxi, uber$8 or so, called Dongtingchun

This is a chain hotel. There are many homes in Los Angeles. The breakfast reception will give you a cash voucher. It's right next to the lobby. The taste is good and the rooms are good!

The service is the most important for the hotel. For more than half a month, the whole set of services that such a hotel can provide can be kept at a top priority. Whether it can consider the price of the frequent residents, it will become better.
