After having a house fire and being displaced from my home , I stated at the Ramada Jordan. After reserving my room, I asked if an early check in would be possible and was pleasantly surprised that it was!!!! The room was a typical hotel room. No frills but the view!!! The view was over Lake Ontario and was gorgeous. I have absolutely no complaints about this establishment. It was inexpensive, didn’t charge parking fee and most of all so very nice!!!!

Wow. From the perspective of the highway, this looks like the worst idea for a hotel ever. But actually it's a true palace that resides inside that grassy golden-horseshoe patch surrounded by moats of cloverleaf interchange. I had a very classy suite that let me do my work in style with coffee and some news updates, then kick back with a glass of wine and a zoom event. All that was missing was a luxurious robe, but really, this is just our new world of lack -- nothing against them.

Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview

This is a 3 star hotel - nothing more and nothing less. The room was clean and tidy but in need of some touch ups for sure. We were in the 14th floor and were pleased with the size and comfort of the room. Our family made good use of the pool which is a lot smaller then it seems and in need of some minor repairs too (tiles, paint). The pic makes it look like an attached jacuzzi/hot tub but it is not. Not advertised as such so just don’t assume - no fault of the hotel. The elevator situation was brutal. One of the 2 were in operation at the time we were there. It gets so busy and packed with people that you should be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes or take the stairs during peak times. Things to be prepared for on site: sports teams staying, tour groups staying, pets (all kinds and lots it seems), long walk to Clifton hill, lots of surrounding chain restaurants, terrible in room coffee, excellent hot water and pressure, and a small unwelcoming lobby. The price was right for the time and what we needed but in the future I would try a different hotel.

Tower Hotel at Fallsview
3.9/5109 Reviews
Niagara Falls

Arriving to The Tower Hotel there is a small driveway for you to temporarily park while you check in. Staff was very nice and answered any questions we had. We were then given directions on how to get to their self parking lot which they share with the Embassy Suites next door. It's a 3 block drive but a shuttle is then called to pick you up to get you back to the hotel. They are very on top of it and we waited less than a minute every time. At the time we went it was 35 + tax per night to park in the lot. We stayed on the 28th floor which included big windows with a view. We got lucky and had a half city and half American Falls view. Both views were breathtaking, especially to wake up to. It's a small room but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great. Bathroom also has a view. Shower head was great with many stream options. Tub was huge with a jet stream option. Unfortunately, ours did not work but the tub is extremely spacious and comfortable to sit in. Our only 2 cons were 1. The room didn't look as clean as we would've liked but it wasn't disgusting either. The carpets could definitely use an update or deep clean 2. There was something going on with the thermostat. We set it at the lowest setting possible and the room wouldn't go below 74 degrees which with the warmth and humidity of Niagara can be uncomfortable. When I did bring this issue up at checkout, the staff was gracious in receiving this concern and they comped a night of parking for the inconvenience, which we were appreciative of. Overall, it was a great stay and we were pleasantly surprised considering the ratings we saw for them. The Tower Hotel is not a bad choice and very convenient with pricing and location.

The ladies were all superb, great staff especially the front desk. the room was supposed to be a falls view room we were placed on the 6th floor, one floor up from the mezzanine, all we saw was trees. also found 3 spiders in the room I was scared ****less as I do not like the creepie crawlies. Over all a great location for the hotel but my view was **** not what they advertised. The wine tasting packages are all in ”niagra-on-the-lake, wego bus takes almost an hour to get there along with transfers to the orange line. Ladies at the on site restaurant are super helpful and warm. Burning spring passes were included but the spa oasis isn't anything to write home about.

Skyline Hotel & Waterpark

The staff at this hotel were all very professional and friendly. Every request was met with a friendly person with a happy attitude. I feel kind of sad to leave a three star review since the people were so nice but there were a few things that led to this rating. We booked a courtyard, double queen room. It was very small with a very small bathroom. The room itself had been cleaned, but there were somebody's used towels in one of the dresser drawers (?) that had been there quite a while it seemed. I did notify the desk and they asked if we wanted them removed. I told them I had just thrown them under the bathroom sink. We were only staying 2 nights. There was still some hair on the bathroom floor (not ours) upon arrival. Not a biggie, in my opinion, but not great either. The bathroom had been cleaned otherwise. I was wishing for a few more outlets for devices. The sheets and towels were nice and fresh and the beds and pillows were pretty good too. The curtains in our room were pulled down in a couple of places but still closed properly. I noticed this on several other rooms, seeing them from the courtyard, but this is a pretty old hotel and it does appear to be wearing down. I think the common areas such as the courtyards, could use some serious steam-cleaning of the carpets. It didn't smell or anything but again, becoming very dated. The access to the waterpark was excellent. You could take the stairs up to the walkway that goes across the road, or you could take the elevators. I was disappointed to have to PAY to buy (crappy) towels at the waterpark at $4 a piece. The Skyline website says not to take hotel towels over there because there are towels available there, not really mentioning that you have to pay for them. Again, one thing that is a strike against. I suppose if they advertised this, everyone WOULD take hotel towels over. Whatever, just bring your own from home if you can or at least buy a decent souvenir towel somewhere. The location of this hotel is fantastic! We parked the car on arrival and never got back into it until we left. Our room package came with WEGO bus passes. If your room package doesn't include it, they are still a very economical way to get around the main tourist areas. We walked everywhere except for the Butterfly Conservatory, which we took the bus to. You could ride it back to the falls and beyond if you choose to. The green line is the tourist line. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Would I go back there again? Likely a yes to that question. I would recommend as well, as long as you are well informed before you go. We did see into a couple of the family suite rooms as we were passing by and they looked very spacious.

Riverbend Inn & Vineyard

We enjoyed two very pleasant evenings at the Riverbend Inn. Our room ”Sauvignon Blanc” was very spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The two queen beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The bathtub was deep, the water pressure excellent, and the temperature hot, allowing for a veritable soak every night, with clean and fluffy towels a-plenty. We partook of the complimentary wine in the afternoon and coffee and muffins in the morning. We sat in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the vineyard under a blue sky in the morning and used the cement table and benches for a picnic lunch. We walked the waterfront trail to downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake and back, learning later that we could have ridden bicycles available to patrons. As we hadn’t booked the Riverbend Inn restaurant in time, we booked a table at Treadwell Cuisine, where we had a fabulous. We understand that a staff shortage affects the tourist industry. Most of the Riverbend staff members we met were friendly, courteous, and helpful. One took us in a golf cart type conveyance for a tasting at nearby Peller Vineyard, and back to retrieve a key that had slipped out of my pocket there. We chatted with a couple who happily return for their annual stay at the Riverbend Inn. If it weren’t so far from California, we might consider such a tradition.

The magical northeastern provinces, in the front desk plus breakfast 130 per person seems, but the invoice can only open the room fee, in the restaurant original price of 180 per person to eat breakfast can open a restaurant invoice. Even more strange is the requirement for personal invoices. Names are hard to tell me how they are special in the three provinces of the East, and the name of the family can only be owned by government agencies and names. However, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan companies that are helpless, can't open the country without a tax number? !

Cozy House B&B

Good: so cute! Older home with 3 bedrooms. Main floor is unit 1 with a large closet with fridge, it’s own bathroom The hood: Room 1 on the main floor featured a private bath with a tub/shower, shampoo, etc. and more towels than I’ve ever seen for 2 people. Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, small bistro set and TV. You enter a common area which features a small table and chairs, and a series of slippers and Crocs to give you the hint that taking shoes off is welcomed. There is also a desk with a laptop set up, and wifi. Next is a room set up as a dining room with cups, plates, flatwear, a micro, coffee pot, mini fridge and a formal wood dining table for 6. This is where breakfast was served in the past. They now leave snacks and fruit as well as coffee for the coffee maker, cream in the fridge, and some rather good biscotti when we were there. The owner lives in the house behind, which is attached, but has no internal connection. I understand there are 2 more units upstairs that are large and maybe share a seating area on the landing. The Falls are down the street, maybe 6 blocks or less. The best souvenirs are located in the State Park gift shop next to Victoria’s Restuarant and Tim Horton’s. Ex: small maple syrup in a glass maple leafed shaped bottle $5.98. Elsewhere is was 7.98 and up. The owner has carefully and cheerfully decorated all the parts we saw. With permission, she can show you a washer and dryer in the house. The Red Ganache Bakery down the street is fabulous. I had some dark chocolate cup filled with coconut cream. And there were several gluten free options, including macarons (not macaroons.. a different thing). The rest of the story; Communication, and breakfast. There are listings all over for this property and due to language barriers and being a small operation, not everything is up to date. There is no hot tub. There are bathtubs. There is no beautiful, wonderful country breakfast that comes with your stay. Fruit and biscotti or muffins, coffee, etc. The photos on Tripmasters of the breakfasts and idea of guests gathered around, visiting, was the reason I booked here. The Red Ganache helped me get over it. And.. the phone numbers seem to change a lot. Or maybe they had a land line that went away. And English is not their first language, so be patient. Lastly, most odd and nothing to do with the listing… transportation to and from Pearson Airport is non existent. Oh there’s a bus… $200 for 2 and upwards of 4 hours to get there. We Uber’d for about the same price, and on a weekday around 3, it still took 2 hours to get there. On a weekday around 9 am, the reverse trip was around an hour. Car rental was $500 for an economy car for 3 days, before any gas, taxes or insurance. So, it is Cozy and it offers an alternative to the $300-700 a night hotels. Sorry, my photos were on the way out.

I never really write reviews but this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!! We checked in yesterday and as soon as I got into the room I noticed the bed spread was absolutely disgusting!! I could tell right away it was never washed and probably for awhile! When I went to complain to the lady at the front, she basically laughed and said that they don't normally wash it because people don't use it! I was confused! I asked what do you mean you don't wash these??!!! She said they only wash the sheets underneath!! I told her that's absolutely disgusting!! She said people don't use it so why should we wash it! I said of course people sleep on this and God knows what else they do on it and you're telling me you don't wash it for the next guest??!! She also said they don't wash the middle red pillow case that's on the bed!! I was in complete shock! She was being rude and said well what do you expect for a 2* motel?! I said I understand this is a 2* but that leaves no right to have the blankets that you have guests sleeping on to be filthy and used multiple times by past guests without cleaning them! I couldn't believe this! I wanted to leave at this point but the room was already paid for so she offered to bring clean linens. I said okay so I decided to take a shower and as I unfolded the towel it had a disgusting spider on it! I almost wrapped my body with that! I also noticed a few big chunks of hair on the bathroom floor so clearly they didn't sweep it! At this point I had enough and didn't even want to touch anything so I gathered all my stuff and went back to the lady. We basically both yelled at each other and I kept telling her they were disgusting and she told me that I was disgusting LOL huh??!! She told me to leave so I did just that!!! Since this booking was done through a 3rd party we never got a refund but I'd rather lose the money than stay at that filthy place with the audacity to not wash their bed linens!!!!

My family have been regular visitors to the amazing WhiteOaks Resort and Spa now for thd over 10 years, and recently stayed there several times in June, July and for four nights in August 2022. What an amazing hotel. We are always greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout our stay. When I mentioned it was my wife's birthday (or anniversary), Jeremy at the front desk made sure to deliver complimentary glasses of wine and chocolate-covered strawberries to our room. Jeremy as well as Nicole always ensure we get our favourite room overlooking the beautiful garden. Thanks Jeremy for always greeting us with a smile and taking good care of us. And we are always greated so warmly by Michael and the other doormen upon arrival as soon as we pull up to the entrance. Michael is always giving us great suggestions about places to visit and things to do whenever we arrive. The rooms are fantastic. Clean, modern, and have a fantastic view. There's nothing we can complain about this hotel. The services at WhiteOaks are second to none! A wonderful indoor pool, spa, gym, indoor tennis courts, squash, spinning classes, yoga, child minding, etc. All of the facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant located inside the hotel, Play, Liv, were delicious. We always dine here for breakfast lunch and dinner. If you want a great place to stay in Niagara on the lake, consider WhiteOaks. We love it and are repeat customers year after year! It truly is our second home! Anthony

We researched the package deal and called the hotel directly to book because we had some questions about it. I tried calling the hotel for hours without them answering. So I called the restaurants directly. Skylon answered snd told me the deal is specific. Either salad or French onion soup to start with fresh bread, butter, striploin, chicken, pasta, prime rib, desert was black forest cake or mocha pudding. Plus tea or coffee. Btw no raw or brown sugar available. CoCos steak house never answered their phone after several calls over several hours. In the package it includes one meal at the Skylon one meal at COCOs Steak House. I assumed the dinner would be comparable and the breakfast would be decent. Was I in for a wake up call. Upon checking in which is slow and guests are very frustrated with the speed and etiquette mannerisms they receive at this hotel. In 3 days I never heard ; hello, welcome, thanks for staying, good morning, how was your stay, have a good day, good afternoon, etc. Upon entering our room it was modern, wood floors, wallpaper that was peeling on every wall, sliding door that barely worked, probably from 1970s. TV was small, remote was old and didn't work well. The towels were not in the room, no wash clothes etc. I called the front desk but had to go myself to get them. The bath mat never came. The bottom of the tub is extremely slippery, dangerously. The bed however was extremely comfortable and the linens high quality and spotless clean. The pillows were great as well. The rest of the room was clean with no complaints. Although I requested a higher floor, we received a ground floor, so no balcony or outside furniture to relax. Also for security reasons I prefer upper floors. Dinner at Skylon was great. The views, the food, and service were all excellent, although my meat was slightly overcooked it wasn't worth mentioning to the server. Dinner the following night at COCOs steak house was the complete opposite. The dinner selection was quite limited. Choice of one entrée, no appetizer, no desert. ! You had the choice of personal size pizza, chicken, prime rib, pasta. Although I had rare prime rib the night before, I ordered it again. They included choice of potato and veggies. I had baked potato. They don't have the loaded option although they have butter, sour cream, and bacon. Dinner arrived and was a sad story. Although I asked for rare, it was obviously cooked days earlier and reheated to well done. The portion was small, meat was extremely chewy, and no flavor at all. Served on a small diner plate with sour cream in a plastic cup. Definitely not worth $140 that was the price difference per night for the upgrade for the meal package. Breakfast at COCOs was sad too. It was limited to tea, or coffee, no option for juice, pancakes, or waffles Two eggs, bacon or sausage with toast but rye wasn't available either day just because it wasn't I was told. Lol. It didn't include hash browns or potato. Sl

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

This team made everything easier. I am a mom traveling with my partner and two kids. Its never easy but they made it so anyway. The location is so convenient, the rooms are the quality, they gave us drinking water for the hot day, and they were so close to Clifton hill that my young children walked both ways with ease even after all the activities. Were coming back here next time for sure!

The Vittoria is perfectly situated in the melee of the Clifton Hill tourist district of the Falls. Everywhere is an easy walk. But despite the hubbub outside (a go-karting track is almost opposite!), it was quiet inside. My room was large and comfortable with a really nice bed, powerpoints within easy reach and a good sized bathroom. My only bugbear was the lack of tea bags in the room - not everyone drinks coffee - and powdered milk which seemed a bit cheap given the fancy coffee machine. While the room was very clean, the reception area could do with some love. Some of the communal furniture looked tatty and marked. Also the general vibe was a bit 1990s. The hotel is undergoing a refit so maybe this will improve. The construction work at the hotel was major - but also barely audible which was a relief. It was well communicated so I knew what to expect. The work did mean the restaurant and bar was closed, but there are so many options close by it wasn't a big deal.

We spent one night in the Yellow room. A quirky room, as advertised, with a bath at the foot of the bed, but toilet separate within the room. The house and room were very clean and the mattress comfortable. The Air Conditioning set comfortably and no noise from it at all. It was amazing that we were steps away from hoards of people at the Falls on such a quiet street. Internet took a few tries to connect, but got working. Breakfast was plentiful. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, ham, fruits, granola and more. Lovely jazz music played during breakfast which made for a great atmosphere. Niagara Falls has become ridiculously expensive. Kevin and Anna will make sure you have a lovely stay. I would stay here again.

Was a quiet and clean place when we stayed there for a night. Few guest nevertheless were still smoking right outside of the back entrance door, with one lady bringing up a folding chair to seat, smoke and read the book... needless to say the smoke was getting into the neighboring units to the left and above left of the entrance (therefore avoid by all means staying in the units #s between 1 and 6, e.g. 102, 202, 104, 204, 106, 206) Niagara Region recently updated the Smoke and Vape-Free Outdoor Spaces By-law. This is one line that applies here - ”(smoke is prohibited) Within nine meters of an entrance or exit of a publicly accessible place, building or workplace (new)” It will be a good thing for Hotel's Management to post permanent signs in related areas and enforce it, to continue maintaining the smoke-free status of the hotel - the competitive advantage that brings in many tourists with families.

This hotel has everything you need - comfortable quiet rooms - and very clean. It's in walking distance from the falls, but the person at the front desk gave us poor instructions on how to get to the falls. The price was very reasonable, perhaps because there are very few tourists around. This is a great time to see the Falls, and I recommend this hotel if you don't need anything fancy.
