Everytime I visit Patong for a getaway, this will be the place I'll be staying. Very comfortable rooms with friendly service. The hotel is located at walk to Ng distance to the shopping mall, Bangla road and also to the beach. Very close by to lots of eatery's as well. Would highly recommend this place as it's affordable.

Horrible place to stay in every sense of the word. We settled somewhere in the back of the building right in front of some place where loud music was playing constantly until late at night. And the same music was playing all the time until late at night. Hearing is just absolute, terrible, all the scrapes of furniture can be heard, absolutely everything. The equipment of the room is just poor and meager. Unceremonious behavior of everyone, slamming doors, knocking, making noise. If you hope that here you can rest, then here it is unequivocally you will not succeed. Bypass this place and never stay here.

Расположение от моря по прямой минут пять, близко, но так как расположение на перекрестке - вся шумная ночная жизнь слышна, особенно звуки машин, тук туков с музыкой))) на третий день толком не могли уснуть, и было душно, кондиционер работал с перебоями. За три дня, что остановились ни разу не убрались в комнате, к сожалению, хотя табличку ставили с просьбой провести уборку, но не реагировали на нее. Хотя при первом впечатлении было все убрано и чисто, плюс, что в номере была пляжная сумка и лежак для пляжа без доп оплаты) вот этим пользовалась от души, так как с собой не брали. Персонал вежливый, на этом наверное все)

The hostess is kind and gave me a room on the 6th floor, which is far from the cafe, bars and good view. Thanks a lot for that. Although I asked for a very long time why I booked a room on this website, not for a year (what difference is who pays? I spent half an hour to find out). The room is very large, clean, bed linen and towels white (if not - replace without questions, happened once), the bed is very hard but comfortable: a good mattress). When booking the room, the sliding doors are shown, which are usually give some sound insulation. As a result, I got a room with a narrow embankment door and a 1 cm hole on the street perimeter. So the location of the hotel, relative to the beach and entertainment is beautiful. And here is relative sleep: on one side of the bar under the window until 2 a.m., on the other side of the school, in which the music is played at the ”open your eyes” stadium, and after class until 8 a.m. in a microphone from the teacher. And yes, the same hole on the perimeter in the balcony door does not provide any protection from this. That is, you sleep at a maximum of 4 and a half hours. There is also a kitchen in the hotel. Accordingly, the same hole in the balcony door is smelling of burned oil and garlic in the room. I glued a window in the bathroom with a scotch (There is just a hole outside and insert packages from 7.11 into the balcony door hole so that the room does not suck from the smell of obsolete oil and spices. If the balcony door was replaced by a dense window and the bathroom had a bloated window, the hotel would be a perfect place to rest. In fact, every day I had to use the beer and do ”strengthening the house.” I was tired and moved to a hotel with rolling doors on the balcony and a locked fort in the bathroom.

The northeast boss is really awesome! The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is brand new, or IKEA! Because I had to stay on the island for only one night, the boss gave me a lot of suggestions and also booked a deep dive for me. I personally felt that it was cheaper than outside. Waiting to come back from the island to live in his house!

Clean, cozy, compact. For one person no more is needed. The balcony is small, but there is a chair, it’s nice to sit. Cleaning upon request (you must leave the key). They are greeted by very nice ladies, but, yes, they write that there is no one at the reception in the evening - that’s all true. You need to look for workers on the first floor. The closet is full of hangers. There is no kettle, TV or toiletries. I asked for a hairdryer - they kindly provided it to me, apologizing that it was so old (it fully performs its function) Please note that there is a bar on the ground floor of the adjacent building (they stay until about 2 am) It is better to close the window in the bathroom, otherwise it is very noisy. I spent a week with pleasure.

We could change room after 2 days and it was better . The hotel was very noisy today because the bars came closer. The description on “booking” is liar: the hotel is not 3 minutes walk from the beach? ! And we are still looking for the flat screen? Detail: the plants in the floors are no longer irrigated and die in their pot when they are not replaced by plastic plants ! The staff do what they can / want , but clearly the quality is significantly decreasing and refreshment is necessary . Go elsewhere to Patong ! For the same price you will find better !

The hotel is simply unreal, we felt so comfortable relaxing there 🥰😍 the atmosphere is cozy. The room was spacious, clean, the air conditioner worked properly, the water was always on, even though there was some left over from the previous day (I know that many people don’t leave it on if they had yesterday’s water). The staff is mega polite ❤️ cleaning was carried out even when we forgot to put a sign, that is, every day 🫶 in the very heart. We will definitely return. We heartily recommend it. It’s about eight minutes walk from the sea at a calm pace, since the hotel is located on a small alley, you can’t really hear the noisy nightlife)))

There is a parking lot, but it's almost full. There is no lift. On the first day, the toilet was clogged. For 3 days of stay, we never changed towels, did not take out the trash, did not give soap and toilet paper, did not clean the room. Killed a hefty cockroach that ran across the table in the room. The staff does not speak English well. Of the benefits - inexpensive, spacious room and near a cheap fruit market and a large park. Problems with the toilet and water heater were quickly resolved.

Great place to stay. Staff Daniel and David were very helpful. We got to the villa late in the evening. Daniel came right away from the office and checked us in promptly and setup breakfast service for next day. ACs in all bedrooms and two of the rooms had the view of the Big Budda. Nice quiet neighborhood. Fans on the ground floor to circulate the air through the ground level. We had car so it was very easy to get around and only 5 min drive to beach. Very nice daily cleaned pool at the villa. Also we were allowed to used the infinity pool with a nice view of Kata area from top and gym at Kata hill’s other location within 5 min of the villa. Daily breakfast was delicious and made fresh infront of you the in the kitchen and cleaned up throughly after breakfast was done: very clean place and lots of space to move around inside for our family. included a washer right outside of the villa for private use . Master bedroom has a nice sit out place, can use some chairs and table. Private gated parking infront of the villa and plenaty of private safe parking outside as well. Very nice sit out space in front of the villa to eat meals and just hangout or work with nice table and chairs. Overall great stay. WiFi works well throughout the villa.

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay. The hotel me and my girlfriend stayed at was located very near a 711, largest mall in phuket and a few night markets. It is about a 40 mins away from the airport and about 30 mins away from the beaches. We didnt interact much with the staff but when we arrived, they were very friendly helping us check in. They served us a very tasty drink. During breakfast, they would clear away our finished dishes very quickly. The room we got was the standard room on the first floor with a king size bed. It was nice and quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. The television did not offer much variety, they were dubbed in thai and only had thai subtitles. The toilet was pretty normal. They did not have much toiletries compared to other hotels ive stayed at but i did not need them so its okay 😄 I had a really time staying at this hotel, would come back and recommend to others.

The receptionist was very nice and I was able to stay with peace of mind. They are available even late at night. I also appreciated the fact that it was within walking distance of the beach at this price, and that they provided two bottles of water for each cleaning session. There is also a safe deposit box. Shampoo and body soap are provided, but hair treatments, toothbrushes, basic cosmetics for women, etc. are not provided, so we especially recommend that women prepare everything!

Prior to arriving at this hotel, we had stayed at some nice hotels in Vietnam & Cambodia, which in our view we’re getting better as our trip progressed. That wasn’t the case with the Beachfront hotel. First impressions were ok but we arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist must have been in a rush, as she rhymed off a lot of information in a matter of seconds. Our room, to be fair, wasn’t bad until we looked around. The first thing we noticed, was the toilet seat. It was a small size seat put on a large bowl!! We opted for the sea view room, but it wasn’t until the morning when we looked out the window, that we overlooked a field full of ****s and old tin buildings. Technically, we could see the sea, but really! We had to strain our neck to see it! Then came the beach! What beach? An area at the bottom of the hotel that is covered in sand and has sun beds. They have a bar there, so that saved the day, or did it? We quickly noticed that between the hours of 15:00 - 17:00 & 19:00 - 21:00 were happy hours, where they advertise 2 drinks for the price of 1. That made things better, until we noticed that all drinks on happy hour were nearly double the price. So, a bottle of Chang beer was normally 130 baht, but on happy hour, the same bottle was 250 baht!!!! Rip-off! If you happened to be one of the lucky ones to get the hotel transport to a beach area, some 15 minutes away, you’ve done well. The vehicle can only sit 8 persons, which means, most of the hotel wishing to go to the beach area, needs to order their own transport. Give credit where credits due, the breakfast and food in general is good. Staff in the restaurants are polite and helpful, but less can be said for the reception area. I found them slightly abrupt, ignorant and no patience. If you’re staying here for one or two nights, it’s ok, but anything more, I wouldn’t bother. The one thing that did come out of our trip here, was the menu. As much as the food is good, it was same old, same old, so we went out one night for something different. This lead us to a restaurant called Zen Eat, only about a 5 minute drive in a taxi, which should cost about 200 baht. A fabulous French fusion restaurant that was just amazing. You really have to try.

Extremely nice staff! Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to have a feeling of acceptance, community and home (far from the one you mostly live in) The party street is nearby, but not close enough to interrupt your rest. Perfect location for party people :) If you are not one of them, (I'm definitely not) you can ask an owner to move you to Karon to another guesthouse he owns. Very cozy, quiet and cheap.

We stayed here for two nights this week and had a wonderful time. The hostel is located in the heart of Old Town and is very accessible to all the local attractions. We were able to book a day trip to the Phi Phi islands through the hostel and got great deals and discounts due to being guests here. Everything was very clean. Hugh shout out has to be given to the staff, especially the two ladies who were working on reception as they were so kind and helpful and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hostel and would also stay here again if we were back in the area.

It was my first time traveling in Southeast Asia, and Phuket happened to be the first destination of many that followed. I didn't know what to expect at all, and I wasn't sure how the Sandbox program was going to pan out for me. So I had mentally prepared myself for the worst... Once I arrived at S4 Naiyang Beach, however, I felt reassured that I had no reason to be (too) tense. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, Ice and his family were all very helpful as well as hospitable. While I was quarantined for the Sandbox program, they neatly plated every dish that I ordered for delivery. When I needed a way to get around town, they had a rental motorbike delivered to the hotel parking lot. When I needed to refuel, they personally accompanied me to help. It was also convenient that Ice was fluent in English, not to mention very prompt and responsive to requests. They also have the an adorable dog and a beautiful cat. (Don't worry. If you're allergic, like me, the animals are cared for in a separate area.) After S4 Naiyang Beach, I went on to see more of Phuket, other cities and provinces, and even a neighboring country. But even after a month of traveling, S4 Naiyang Beach yet remains one of my fondest memories in Thailand. Oh, and the rooms are clean and spacious!

this is my second time staying in this hotel. it is big, including a private pool, from which we can see a small part of the sea. it's a beautiful view. playing loud music at the pool at night didnt disturb our neighbours, so i guess the sound insulation was good. the airconditioning was not very promising (my room and my frd's also). it is quite far from the patong walking street, but quite near the kamala beach (not super clean, little people, hawkers dont hard-sell, price for food and drinks are cheap, a chill little area). i didnt get to enjoy their other amenities but their service was good.

A very nice hotel in a great spot in patong. We were traveling as a family of 4 with two young children. Our room was located on the road side which was incredibly noisy with the sound of motorbikes. Asked to change to a quieter room and needed to pay more to move across the corridor to the pool side view rooms. Worth it for the better sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Phuket. It’s a shame the rooftop pool closes at 9pm and no other evening entertainment in the hotel unfortunately but plenty outside on the doorstep. A really good hotel.

This was my first hostel on my trip in Thailand, and really set the standards high! The rooms were spacious, clean and large. I absolutely loved the ‘booth’ type beds and the bathroom/shower facilities are excellent and well kept. There is a launderette attached to the hostel also! It is located in the Old Town, which is gorgeous! It is a 30 min drive to PaTong and a taxi cost us €4 each (4 of us) to get there! The staff are gorgeous and so kind. We rented a moped near the hostel for an entire day. We had to give one of our passports to the shop in order to rent it. When we returned at 7pm, the moped shop was closed and we had planned a trip to James Bond island for 6:30am the next day. My boyfriend and I were very concerned about the passport so we approached the reception. A lady working there reassured us and kindly offered to return the key and helmets to the moped shop and collect our passport. And she did! When we returned to the hostel after our day trip, she greeted us with our passport and confirmation that all items were returned to the moped shop. We are so grateful for her kindness and help. She made us feel less anxious and we were able to enjoy our day trip. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The location of the hotel is very good to find, there are also good restaurants nearby, 711 and the whole family supermarket are distributed around, shopping is very convenient! There is a mass of motorcycles on the door of the hotel, and the driver of the motorcycle is warm and patient! You must boast, and then the price can be said! The hotel needs to be swiped with access card to enter, very safe, and the women's area is intimately set up. Cost-effective, staff is warm! Great!

We had a very nice stay, so much so that we even checked in there a second time during the same vacation. The background was another hotel with which we were unfortunately not at all satisfied. The hotel has a very large and beautifully landscaped pool. The rooms are well furnished, unfortunately a bit noisy. During our second stay we had very noisy neighbors, which meant we were able to observe this very closely. The location is OK and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has its own cafe with good food, good coffee and very tasty desserts. Wat Chalong and Chalong Pier can be reached very quickly. However, you should generally rent a vehicle as other places are more difficult to reach. We would go there again.

The overall feeling is still very good, the price is really good and cheap. We booked a room with a kitchen at the time. We have stayed in two types of rooms with a kitchen. The size and area are not the same. The price is not large when I booked it. A little more rooms are small suites. One is the apartment hotel. There is a staff at the front desk who can speak Chinese and the service is good. The only drawback is that we stayed in the hotel for more than 10 days without cleaning. We only communicated with the hotel after cleaning. And it seems that the waiter is not very willing may be the reason for not tipping?
