The front desk is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in Japan), but there is an elevator if you enter from the left side of the stairs.

Now all visitors need to pay.... Never heard anything like this in Thailand... Bali....

|3.18km from city centerWe booked this hotel for a one-night stopover and it was perfect. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and had a clean and spacious room for us ready when we arrived. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and there is a very nice pool and rooftop bar. The location is perfect, the city is not too big so everything is relativly close by. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in a few minutes. The only remark I have is about the communication with the hotel. Messages via Instagram gave me the answers I needed. My e-mails where unanswered.

Mr. Tien Toan is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and spacious, comfortable, nearby the Street of PHO AN UONG. You can find food in the late evening until midnight. Good location and the beach at this block is quite clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

|2.13km from city centerOur family stayed here for one week. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, especially the front desk. The buffet breakfast was decent. There were several things we were not happy about and hope that the hotel will work to improve it. One problem is that the hallways on each floor is an open-air concept, so noise from the busy street gets echoed throughout the hotel. We were there during the end of the wet season so it rained quite a bit, allowing mosquitoes to come in. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street and near some karaoke bars so there was loud music playing every night until midnight. The open-air concept definitely doesn’t help block out the noise. The second problem is the smoking. For some reason the hotel allows guests to smoke inside. There are ashtrays in every room. On many nights the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms travelled to our rooms through the air vents. It was very unpleasant. Housekeeping was also interesting. One morning they knocked on the door at 7am to clean our room but we were still asleep. The service should be improved. One of our rooms had ants so rooms had to be changed. This service needs improvement as rooms aren’t really cleaned every day. Overall because this is a fairly new hotel it definitely still needs some work. Hope this review helps management improve the service.

The rooms of the hotel are clean and well maintained and properly equipped. The breakfast is unfortunately a little unilateral and offers little variation. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Could also see the sea from the room. Maybe because it was recently renovated there was the smell of paint or sth and also dust on the tables but overall a good experience. Well worth the price.

Compared to last time, this return, the hotel has more positive changes in many aspects. About the rooms, it is cleaner, the room cleans the room quite carefully, but there are still no slippers in the room, but only sea slippers, the balcony area should be added tables and chairs for guests to sit and watch the scenery. |7.92km from city centerMy friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in August. The hotel sits on a cliff side about 45 minutes from the airport and about 15 min from downtown. The hotel room was large with a great view, the menu was more than adequate and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Our room was large with plenty of cabinet space and a comfy bed. The bathroom was huge with nice counter space. The sink did not drain quickly but, we told them at checkout, I am sure they will fix it. We would wake up to some lizard/gecko pop on the chair but, glad the little guys were there and well fed because there were no bugs. Our room water and wine glasses were not washed/replaced, they were just put back in their spot and there were a few scuff marks on the walls but, over all the room was fine. The pool was large and had a dreamy view. It had a lovely ”shelf” to lie/sit on so you would be partially in the water and there were lots of chairs to use. The water was a bit foggy and a few tiles were missing from the floor of the pool. But, over all it was fine. The beach was secluded and clean, the water was clean and the waves were perfect for jumping. To reach the beach one has to walk/take a golf cart to one end of the property and go down about 13 flights of stairs. There are chairs, but no umbrella or restroom. The food was good and there was a large verity of food. The breakfast was Vietnamese, which we like. They do have an egg station if you want an egg. The staff were soo friendly and soo helpful. They were there to answer all of our questions and get us taxies.

They have more than 3 hotels in Quy Nhon from the beach to the central. The room is so big, clean and tidy, amenities is fully adapt your need, especially the view direct to the beach is so beautiful. The hotel is right on the beach so my children easy to access to the sea twice per day and swimming pool is big and clean. At the time we stayed, the hotel is fully but staff are very helpful and friendly, they help us with our luggages so quickly and nicely. They give us very useful information to go around the city and where to eat. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection for every one and delicious. Thanks to the hotel have bring us a happy holiday. We highly recommend this hotel to travellers and business ones to come to Quy Nhon, Viet Nam.

|3.36km from city centerThis could be a great hotel, but isn’t yet. The building is new and interesting, the rooftop area is good. But there are some problems. The ants in the toilet, not a big thing, but staff should have noticed. The room not being cleaned/made-up one day, that just happens sometimes. But: 1) A hotel with these pretensions needs a bar. 2) The breakfast buffet was by far the worst of the 5 we saw in Vietnam, very little fresh fruit or fruit juice, options running out and not being replaced. Unappetising hot dishes. I love eating good Vietnamese food at breakfast, this wasn’t it. 3) The staff all seem a bit lost and uncertain. Yes this is a new hotel… but get some staff with experience who know how a hotel runs! No big mistakes, just general cluelessness and vagueness, except from one excellent female receptionist. All this could be sorted if key members of the team went and stayed a few days in a good hotel, so they knew what they were aspiring to.

It’s is the perfect place to stop and unwind and enjoy the relaxed nature of this place. I spent three nights in room 7 CAT. It is perfect for a couple or solo traveler with arguably the best view from any room at Haven. It’s decor was simple but very clean and fresh. The meals available here are very reasonably priced. I chose only Viet dishes and can highly recommend the Green Mango Salad with Prawn, the Lemongrass Chili Chicken and the Tamarind Chicken…ngon wa!! I chose to make the most of the accommodation and location and didn’t venture far except to explore the adjacent fishing village and the main Bei Xep village. Choose this place for the most relaxed experience at the right price. Thanks very much to Thanh for his helpful nature and advice. I cannot wait to return.
