The location was decent. The staff who checked me in seemed new to the job. The internet wasn’t working and I was told by the front desk to call customer service. CS told me it would be an hour. An hour and a half later I called CS again and they asked if I had spoken to the front desk. Eventually internet was restored. The carpet in the room was damp, the refrigerator was sticky, one of the drawers had trash in it and there was an awful loud mechanical noise all night. It's very close to the airport. Pick up your luggage and go to the car rental office on the right. Go out and take the shuttle bus opposite gate 4. Call the hotel first and then take the 24-hour free shuttle bus. The service staff is very friendly and the room is clean. Breakfast is provided. Not too many choices, but the service is pretty good

The staff was friendly. The facilities were generally clean. The room was quiet with an excellent view of the parking lot. My wife found the red wall to be especially cheerful. The bathroom shower had paint over tile that was slightly peeling. That part was reminiscent of a shoddy motel.
