A little: convenient location, very close to the old town, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there are many dining options nearby. The service staff still received it, and the service that should be done was basically done. Disadvantages: The rooms are distributed in two buildings. After finding them according to the location, the room may not be here. You need to drag your suitcase and continue to walk a stone road. The building I live in is similar to a hotel apartment. There is no elevator. When I go there, there will be a waiter to help you carry your luggage, but the next day because I have to catch the bus early in the morning, I have no way to carry my luggage downstairs. I have to make an appointment for the waiter to help move it early the next day. I always feel like I'm adding trouble to others. Google locates the hotel very close to the bus station, but if you actually walk, there are slopes, steps and stone roads. If the girl drags a large and heavy suitcase, she is still cautious. Finally, the room is average, the big bed room, the actual twin bed, the bed is very small, I did not care about it because the transition is a night, but the price is not high.

Tony and Antonio were the perfect hosts. The room was spacious. The ensuite was as well. The accommodations location was perfect for me. It was near the train station the bus station the ferries the restaurant the sightseeing the open markets and also pharmacies. I cannot fault the room the location nor the superbly attentive lovely ladies in the breakfast room who made me probably the yummiest omelette I’ve had in a long time. Anyone travelling this accommodation is five star at probably what I would say a three star price Tony and Antonio are the best

Clean room with very nice bedding. Great location—about 10 minutes walk from the airport shuttle and right next to the old town. Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t easy. Nobody was there when we arrived at about 3pm. There was a phone number and an email address on the door but without a local SIM card we couldn’t get in touch with the host. Finally after we got a local sim and called the host they let us in. Also the description of the amenities is not quite correct. We stayed in room number 5 and it had no desk, kettle or bottles of water unlike advertised in the listing.

It can be said that this hotel is very good inside and outside the building. The sea view outside the window is enough. There are also many views in the corridors and stairwells of the hotel. I originally only booked it for one day, but then I extended it for another day but it only has a suite. The suite does not have a sea view. It's a bit of a pity. Overall very worthwhile

It's near the city center. The room is clean and nice, but it's a little inconvenient for me that the electric kettle is outside the room. I forgot to bring my keys and was locked outside once. Fortunately, they were so nice and came to open it for me. People there were great, just remember to bring your keys.

A great hotel, super service, chamber hotel - it probably has only 24 rooms; they do nicely before the hotel. Super SPA - a swimming pool with warm water; good food - nooooo can and could be a little more diverse, but they are also fruit and sausage and cheese and salads and cakes and grain of various kinds - bravo bravo; we reached the passenger port by walking in 20 min. I'd love to go back there if I'd be in Split any more.

We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Nice and helpful staff. Great price for a decent hotel in Split. However, we still had to climb up the staircase after taking the lift which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it is near to the tourist spot with everything in walking distance. It is just a bit far from the bus station given that uber / taxi cannot be stopped near the hotel. There were a lot of staircase / walking required.

Hotel location is good, 10 minutes walk from the old town Diocletian Palace, very convenient, eating nearby is also convenient, there is a supermarket opposite the hotel and I have seen the most complete wine specialty ”hotel” so far, bought the favorite German beer. The room is fully equipped and the largest single room I have lived in so far is quite good. Breakfast is also very good. The location is excellent, just in the center of the old city, the balcony of our book can look at the tower of the Diocletian's Palace, and drink something on the balcony, it feels great. The landlord is also very good, will guide you where to park, and will help you with your luggage. If you park directly in the parking lot outside the ancient city, do not cap, the parking fee is quite high! There is also a roof-top garden with a sofa to rest, a kitchen with free milk, coffee, and cereal.

Booking in advance is super cost-effective, the service staff is very good, the room service helped me fold the pajamas. Parking lot for 10 euros a day, driving to the old city is almost 3-4㎞, don't stop randomly or you may get revenge! On the first day, I couldn’t get in and parked at the hotel. I stopped at the hotel parking lot next to the two vacant seats. I stopped for half an hour. I checked in and saw that the wiper was maliciously lifted up by someone. 😓

I extended my stay with 2 more nights because the location of the hotel is perfect for my group. The common spaces are spacious and so are the rooms. But we got a room right next to the lift and the room had a door with the room next door. Because of that, the noise from the neighbors during the last night was pretty disturbing! And again, the breakfast is somehow disappointing for an hotel from that level. We stayed in a smaller 4 star hotel at the beginning of our stay in Split and the breakfast was much nicer and so was the cappuccino.
