This hostel and family are amazing!!! The owners are always quick to lend a hand, offer recommendations, and provide amazing service! The cave style accommodation is already impressive, but adding the genuine kindness of the staff, the amazing central location, unreal breakfast each morning and the company of the puppies makes this place unbeatable! Our group had an amazing experience and would recommend anybody to stay here

Its tucked away from the main street so there is no noise of the traffic. Its a nice quiet place with AMAZING staff who will help you every possible way. Excellent staff, can't say enough about them. Room is good nice, hot water, good strong wifi, Turkish buffet breakfast, nice quiet place. We had great sleep at night. Safe neighborhood. You can book tours/activities with them including Hot Air Balloon ride, horse back ride, atv ride, Semah (swirling dervishes dance) etc. The room that we stayed in, the bathroom was nice with a curtain, no door. for some people this might be an issue but for us it was no problem. I guess, my recommendation for improvement would be that during the off season, you could put doors on the bathroom. Other than that, the place has no flaws. Breakfast was just AWESOME!!!!! Four different types of cheese, two different types of grapes, tomatoes, grapes, apples, limes, salami, honey, bread, tea, coffee.... truly awesome. They also recommended a restaurant close by and that was also very good. Bear in mind that this is a touristy town and things are a little bit more expensive than other Turkish cities. We would stay here AGAIN!!!!! p.s. at the gate, its written Cappadocian Special House.... its the same place, no need to get confused.

The hotel is absolutely cost-effective, super high, the boss, the boss is very enthusiastic. The room is much more comfortable than the cave hotel, and the price is cheap, there is a beautiful swimming pool on the first floor, which is quite rare in the whole Grammy town, and we are both playing and booking hot air balloons. Let the hotel help to book, but also cheaper than the outside. We stayed in this for four nights, of course, some rooms have smaller bathrooms, but it is not too much impact. In short, this hotel in the whole town of Goreme I think the price is very very high.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucky Cave Hotel. It was so cute and cozy. The staff were so welcoming and super friendly. They helped us book the tours and also organized airport shuttles. Superb communication! Some of the best hotel service I’ve ever received. The rooms were clean and the gardens were heavenly. Was such a relaxing stay. They had a rooftop terrace where we had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel was in the heart of all of the cute shops and restaurants and easy to find 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Azalea terrace hotel in Goreme. It very near to shops and restaurants. Staff are very assistive to any of your needs. They have a rooftop as well where you can watch hot air balloons and take picture too. You will feel like you are at home on their buffet breakfast. I dont like cave type of hotel but this one has a touch of modern style cave. Price is so affordable and is really recommendable.

We booked a Family Room with bath. We were given a cave room 103 which probably had to be the worst room in the hotel. Located in a dark basement corner, with no windows or access to sunlight, the room was filthy. Grit and grime all over the floor and on every single surface. Edges and corners of the room looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. We complained and the housekeeping lady came back, and did a half baked attempt at cleaning the room, to which we were told the cave roof continously sheds dust and cement so it’ll get dirty in 10 mins !!! The A/C was a joke. The water from the AC leaked into a pot which we were asked to empty every 3 hours or it would leak into the bedroom floor! I mean what?!! We obviously forgot 1 night and woke up to a giant puddle of water when we woke up. The bathroom was a whole other story (no cave roof there, proper wood ceiling, so why would there be grit and grime on the floor?!) The bathroom stank of mold the entire time, with no exhaust fan or ventilation, and condensed water from the shower dripping down from the roof. The hair dryer was shoved precariously into a rod and was soaking wet from the condensation posing a serious electrocution hazard if turned on. The sink and bathroom drains were not working, with the shower cubicle always leaking into the rest of the bathroom which no amount of towels could soak up. The shower holder lock was broken when we checked in , which they fixed after we informed them. There was no shelf or surface of any kind in the bathroom. There were brackets screwed into the wall but no shelf on it! Not even a glass to put your toothbrushes which is such a basic thing one would expect in even a standard hotel room, let alone a luxury one like this. Our last day there was no hot water when we got back after a tiring full day tour. Apart from the measly, tiny, always fogged up mirror in the bathroom, there was not a single mirror or dressing table in the bedroom! This in a FAMILY room where a family of 4 is expected to stay. Wi-fi didn’t work in the room 90% of the time. They charged us an arm and a leg for laundry which we were given back with all clothes still damp, and we had to air dry in the room again. I gave them a beach bag with our clothes , which they overloaded, broke and “stapled it up” assuming I wouldn’t notice with NO apology whatsoever and a ‘we can’t do anything about it now’ attitude. Our very expensive ‘private airport transfer’ was fine when getting in, but we were given a much smaller vehicle when leaving which then had to be changed , thus delaying our return transfer to the airport. The only positives were the rooftop and the breakfast. The tours and hot air balloon ride were organized efficiently. Overall, I found the attitude of all the staff pretty cold. Under the guise of a ‘cave room’ we were being asked to overlook a whole lot of crap in the rooms - leaking Airconditioners, zero sunlight, leaking bathroom, disgustingly filthy rooms.

We had a really good time staying there. The hosts are super nice and supportive. You can ask them for taxi contact and other activities like ATV I recommend. The location is near the centre as well so it’s easy to walk around for restaurant and shopping. Price is affordable with nice room. Good view to see hot air balloon.

We celebrated New Year 2024 with our family, stayed from 31 to 2. The hotel is good, the breakfasts are delicious. Friendly staff, especially the girl at the reception. There are many cafes near the hotel, you can book tours and rent an electric car. Be sure to fly in a hot air balloon, we found a flight for 80€

The staff is not very friendly, and on top of that I got robbed from the person who cleans the room. I called the police, they checked the cameras, only one lady was in my room cleaning during the day that all my jewelry was stolen. The Hotel did not apologize, was not attentive to solve my problem or accept what was happening. The manager accused me of lying and losing my things. I explained a thousand times that I found my backpack open with all the clothes out, and that was not how I had left it. I also explained that my jewelry were hidden in a pocket inside the backpack and the person turned my things over with the intention of stealing from me. All my explanations were of no use, the police were of no use, they couldn't do anything. What made me most sad was the neglect of the owner and the manager hotel, who never welcomed me or apologized. they did not accept that I was claiming that I had been robbed. The day after it happened, after I checked out, the hotel canceled my reservation on Booking, claiming that I was not there. I believe that they did this so I couldn't write any reviews about what happened. I am in contact with *********** and I hope they can help me to reverse this situation and have my reservation completed on the platform, so that I can leave my report to other travelers.

friend recommended this hotel so i booked here for 1 night. Yilmaz was really kindful and could speak a little bit of korean! other staffs are also very helpful so i could book tours from here. Also i booked hot air balloon tour from when i couldn't find anywhere else! (that day was fully booked and hard to find a slot at the day before 5pm). Because Yasar helped me for an hour to book. Room was amazing, much bigger than I expected, gorgeous and comfortable bed, clean restroom! one thing I want to request, i wish to have shelf in a shower booth! That's all I want lol Thanks for great My friend recommended this hotel so i booked here for 1 night. This is an amazing, stylish place with the greatest rooftop view to the village - we recommend it 100%. Although this place is wonderful, the best thing there are hosts - each employee was so nice to us, and helpful, and worked as they own the place. We felt that they really care about us, our trip and staying there. Big advantage is that the owner and manager of the hotel is working there and takes care about everything. He also previously was a tourism guide and helped us with information about places where to go. The place is new and if someone is still able to get a better pricing this season, than it is a nobrainer to choose this place instead of other hotels in Goreme - they will make sure that You will enjoy Your staying in Goreme, Cappadocia. We got a very special treatment: 1) nice welcoming breakfast at 6am in the morning before our booking was even started at 12pm *also they saved some food for us when we slept in, which was very nice 2) free upgraded room to a royal suite although there was a full booking that night 3) very special discounted price because the place is new and money is not their priority now 4) option to leave our baggages for 2 days there 5) information and a plan for a day about tourism places where to go 6) nice and very friendly attitude We are very thankful to Azad and other people about the experience and hosting they provided, help and just being such nice human beings. :))

We came to this hotel for 3 nights because the price was good and was well rated on booking. What was our disappointment when we discovered our first room (a very important evacuation smell of toilets in the bathroom and the room). We therefore asked to change of room, the owner did not even come to see the smell in the room but offered us directly another room where he just before put a deodorant spray to mitigate the smell. The mattress was super hard we felt iron bars in the back. Then we discovered sticks cut and struck in several places. The next day we discovered struck bathroom towels. And it was very noisy every night. When we were told that the chair was shut, we were told that it was a stick of detergent (is that true? We don't know) In this second room, we found pieces of stone that fell from walls. The household has never been made for three days only a toilet paper roller put on our bed for the last night. The most comic thing was that we had a single bed coat set horizontally for a two-place bed. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We had booked for the mountain golf flight it was incredible! We strongly recommend this activity. We also asked if we could use the washing machine and what was our surprise when it was The hotel is a hotel that is very nice and very nice.

I stayed at the hotel in early June 2023. I would like to highlight both the advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: 1. Friendly and responsive staff who can solve your problem without unnecessary explanations. 2. Comfortable rooms with convenient furniture. 3. Spacious toilet and bathroom. 4. Stable internet connection. 5. Incredibly delicious breakfasts. 6. Magnificent photo zone on the rooftop for morning photography with air balloons. Disadvantages: 1. There might be a smell of dampness in the rooms. I encountered one such room. The administrator resolved this issue by relocating me to another room where the smell was much less noticeable. 2. Limited seating on the terrace for breakfast. Local features that are not related to the hotel itself but should be noted: 1. The door of our room opened onto the street. You will hear people passing by. 2. There is a mosque located 50 meters from the hotel, which can be heard very well, including during the early morning hours (3-4 am). Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I recommend it to those who are not bothered by waking up to the sound of the mosque singing in the early morning hours.
