Good accommodation location in the middle of the ***** .This makes it easy to walk to other hotels, but the disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no refrigerator, but there is an ice maker and a beverage dispenser in the hotel corridor on every floor. Depositing your luggage after checking out of the hotel is quick, but the downside is that the waiter who collects the luggage asks for a tip both when dropping off the bag and when collecting the bag back.

It was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas ***** instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍 Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient! Paid extra for a room with ***** view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏 Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

This is one of the most confusing, poorly signed hotels I've ever been to. Vegas is a busy place and there's so much confusion as to where to go, which section your room is in, and how to get to the parking. The parking is like a maze of poorly signed confusion. The staff are also overwhelmed and don't always have time to help you properly. No room cleaning unless you specifically request it. The one good thing is its location North ***** opposite Ceasers Palace which has better signage and isn't as confusing.

The front desk of the hotel is in an inconspicuous and small place in the Caesars Palace. There is a cigar bar next to it. The smog is filled and we don’t feel good with our children. With the 4-year-old Vain aircraft delay, check in at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel front desk said that we have to wait 15-20 minutes, because the hotel manager needs to go to our room to check whether the cleaning of the room has been completed. I was shocked when I heard it. Isn't this work done in the afternoon before the guests stay? It was close to the early morning! During the check-in period, other guests checked in and got the room card. I asked again, the indifference of the front desk indicated that the other party was staying in a superior suite. I was just a common room, and the attitude was very bad. I immediately called Ctrip, the front desk saw me call Ctrip, and then called the manager to urge. I asked the front desk to let the manager contact me. The front desk said that the manager could not go to the guest room. If you want to see the manager, he would be in the lobby. I said, please ask the manager to call me. After half an hour after entering the room, I did not receive a call from the manager. Instead, Ctrip made a phone call to follow up and said that the hotel had set up a ”free upgrade” for me. I said that I didn't see any upgrades. Later, Ctrip followed up. The hotel said that the room type was not upgraded but arranged a room with a better view. I am really huh, huh, because the curtains are the opposite room, the sense of sight is strong, it is impossible to open the curtains, do not mention any landscape. I took the initiative to call the front desk and ask for a manager. The customer service said that I would tell you something, and then exempted one night of taxes and fees. It is still a mediocrable attitude. I asked the manager to call to apologize. The other party said, ”You still have to find a manager to do what you want, I have already given you.” Throughout the process, I never mentioned asking for compensation. It was the other party’s initiative to waive the one-night tax, as if I contacted the manager to figure out their cheapness. I flew with the baby for 15 hours to the United States, showing him more than 40 US dollars in taxes and fees? ! The attitude is as bad as it seems to be ours. Later, the manager finally called, the background was very noisy, I don't know where he was calling. It’s a sigh of gas when I hear the manager’s phone call. The manager said, ”If you wait a little, we will give you a tax.” The implication is that I have gotten a little cheaper. The fault is not me, the compensation is also proposed by the hotel. Why can't I say sorry to the guests with kindness and sincerity? It is absolutely impossible to stay in this hotel again in the future.

The room looks a little dated albeit clean and cosy. It is also very spacious as you can see from the photos. However, there were no bottled water and toothbrushes / toothpaste provided. Bathroom slippers and shampoo / conditioner / body wash were available though. Location wise, it is located towards the end of the trip so it’s not the most convenient when exploring the *****, but Palazzo itself has its beautiful Grand Canal Shoppes as well as a Walgreens so it is not all that bad either. Parking was great, no fuss and plenty of lots available. Overall, a great experience at Palazzo! Absolutely worth the money.

The room is clean. I asked for a daily clean-up, and the room was cleaned up every day; of course, tips are expected. I booked a ***** view room. I could see the Ceaser Hotel right in front of my big window. The downside of having such a ***** view room is ”disco” noise all night long. I stayed on the 12th floor, but I was woken up by the music every night many times per night. There is no coffee pot as expected. A mini fridge is very cold, enough to keep ”drinks”. Check-in is about 30 mins on the line, the check-in procedures are quick, about 10 mins. I did not use the check-kiosk to do self-check-in. I used the self-checkout kiosk and it was quick. The location is at the center of the *****. Very convenient to get everywhere. Food and restaurants are plenty around the hotel. Resort is close to the middle of the strip. Easy walk to the Linq Promenade. Has it's own pool so you don't have to deal with the bigger Flamingo pool crowd (but that is available if you want it). Pool is open all year. Do the High Roller if you can (I don't like heights but it was very comfortable). Battista's Hole in the Wall is good food, free wine and reasonably priced-short walk from resort. Silverado at the Southpoint ****** was a quite good and reasonably priced steak house. Carlos and Charlie's at the Flamingo is very good for breakfast. Also good for breakfast is the Egg and I. You have to drive there and there are a couple but it was quite good. Saw a show called The Rat Pack is Back (excellent) at the Tuscany ******.

Aliante was the perfect resort for my recent work trip to Vegas. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the ****** area has enough f&b offerings to keep you happy if you don’t want to venture far. The area around the hotel is safe and pretty quiet with a decent amount of places to grab a bite to eat within a short drive. It is pretty darn far away from the “normal” Vegas action, but I have to assume you know that if you are considering staying here.

We went to Las Vegas for the Carrie Underwood concert and most of the hotels on the ***** were booked and over $500/night. We chose the Hampton Inn & Suites simply because we had very few options...we needed a room for two nights and just crossed our fingers and booked it. This little gem ended up being a blessing in disguise! In fact, we're going to be staying here on future trips to Vegas. It was beautiful, clean, modern, and had a wonderful free, huge breakfast buffet and a gorgeous (and quiet) pool! Our room had a refrigerator, and microwave and was beautifully appointed and most importantly, it was SO CLEAN! And it was a fast $9 Uber ride to the *****! If you're looking for a great hotel that's more low-key than the *****, this is it. The employees were wonderful & friendly...honestly, this was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time at a hotel!

One glitch--a consistent, persistent problem--but otherwise a decent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and modernized. Staff and hotel guests alike were taking proper COVID safety precautions. The problem area was that nobody was at the front desk any of the three times that we went there for something. At check-in...had to wait for someone to show up. At check-out...had to wait for someone to show up. Had a question about something during our stay...had to wait for someone to show up.

At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk person. She was quick but genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, a suite with a seperate bedroom, living area, dressing area, bathroom, and wet bar. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. I had a View of the Las Vegas *****. Marriott typically has excellent beds, and this king-size bed was no exception. The bed was clean and well-made, and I slept great. The room was quiet and cozy at night. The room is excellent for working in. There is a friendly desk with ample space and a comfy chair. There’s a lack of modern charger outlets, but there were plenty of standard power outlets. The room is due for a refresh, and the TVs are small and outdated. The shower worked well, it was easy to adjust the water temperature, and it stayed consistent. They provided me with a few complimentary bottles of water, which I kept in the small fridge beneath the wet bar. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were fine, but the body wash had an odd scent. I used the bar soap instead. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The lobby was comfortable, and it looks like it has been recently updated. The lobby bar was popular in the evening, and the bartender was very attentive and gave excellent service. I didn’t have any food, but I did have a round of drinks each night of my stay. I would rate the Las Vegas Marriott five stars except for the small TVs in the room and the location. It’s an excellent location for folks attending a conference, but it’s a bit of a hike if you want to grab a quick bite or a coffee. The Curb app worked great here for getting a cab; it’s just that I always needed a taxi to get to The ***** resorts. All in all, I could stay here again, although it isn’t always the best location for me.

First trip to Vegas after wife passed last August. Chose this hotel because it was the first place we stayed downtown. We had been coming to Vegas for many years and started to stay downtown. We have stayed here many times over the years. I checked in at 5:00 about on July 31 and stayed to August 4th. Check-in was fast and easy. The employee at check-in was ok. I spoke to 2 other front desk employees during my visit. Once to get a boarding pass printed off. Lin I believe was her name she was excellent and very friendly fun to talk to. Also at check-out at 3:45 AM. Another very friendly person considering the time. Check-out was simple. Food: Ate both at Magnoils and the Chicago Brewery. Had breakfast at Magnolis the food and service was great. Chicago Brewery was also excellent. Had Chicago Dog is was excellent. The bartenders were very friendly and fun to talk to. Loved being able to play video poker and eat and have a few beers. Very pleasant experience. Beverage service: Not a big drinker, but the severs were excellent and friendly. For me they came often enough. Table Games: Did not play much they seemed friendly what I observed. $10 and 15 table limits. I was there during the week. During the week table games close from 4AM to 8AM. Room: I was on the 5th floor by the elevator. Nice and close. I was on the quiet side, which is nice, but did not matter to me. Room had a coffee maker. One of the 2 elevators were out, but could use the service elevator so it did not make that much of difference. I did not have any real issues. My floor was very quiet and did see hardly anybody. When I arrived my room was very clean and did not have any housekeeping come into room, Did not feel it was necessary. The housekeepers I ran into seemed friendly. No issues in my room everything was great, beds were fine. ****** itself was clean for the most part, and the service friendly for me. A variety of machines new and old. I did not sit at either of the bars. My observation was people were having a good time. I had a very pleasant stay considering the situation. It was difficult without my wife, but the friendly staff helped. As everyone knows of course no resort fee and 4 Queens' is right in the middle of downtown. I would stay here again if I decide to return. Thanks again to the staff.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at the Downtown Grand. The location is within easy walking distance to Fremont Street, yet far enough away that the noise level at night was comfortably decreased. What stood out during our trip was the outstanding customer service given by two employees. The first was a hotel registration clerk named April. My husband has health issues and I had booked an ADA room. Unfortunately, this room did not fit his needs. The following morning we inquired about changing rooms. The hotel registration clerk, April, happily helped us in finding a room that was more suitable to his needs. From her friendly smile upon approaching the front desk to her quick and efficient ability to switch our room for better accommodations was heartwarming. She displayed truly impressive customer service. The second was Wayne at the rewards desk. When my rewards card was malfunctioning he was able to speedily fix the issue. All of this was done with a praiseworthy demeanor. Both April and Wayne sincerely helped make this a great customer experience.

I'm in between homes right now and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while I got things together. I was first booked in the bottom floor room, which was perfectly adequate, cozy and very clean. However they were in the midst of construction outside and it really messed with me for a day. The next day, I asked Josue how long it would go on for. About an hour later he offered me the nicer room at the same price which was on the floor above so I wouldn't have to deal with the noise. The room above is bigger, very comfortable, very clean and had a restful stay while I was there from that moment on. Everything is very clean there and I tip my hat to them for that. It's not a motel proper, but a house that's been converted to receive guests. Electronic locks everywhere, so I felt very secure. The showers even have complimentary soap and shampoo from a dispenser. Individual climate control for the rooms. The area is a bit seedy, but their prices are the lowest in town to reflect the location. The immediate surroundings of the motel itself are just regular families who mind their own business. I stayed there for 3 weeks had no issues. I'd recommend it and Josue is honest and easy to talk to and he will take the extra step to accommodate you.

I'm never really sure where to start with these reviews of rooms so here we go... I got checked in with no fuss and no issues, I arrived around 10-11pm and there was no lines to get checked it. Very quick and easy. I was staying here for 2 weeks. I was on the 9th floor, room 908 to be exact. The room was clean and had everything I needed (towels, loo paper, soap etc). You have to request housekeeping as and when you want it by either phoning down in the morning and asking for housekeeping or just popping to reception on your way out for the day and asking. Resort free at the time of my staying was $29.95+$3.89 so a total of $33.84 a day with $100 security deposit that you get back at the end of your stay. While I could hear the music from outside for me it wasn't really an issue, didn't keep me up or anything. Out of the 3 bars in the hotel and ****** BarCanada was by far my favourite with friendly bar staff and great drinks! I'd happily stay here again for my next Vegas trip. P.S - Pro-tip for any fellow Brits going to stay here and are unsure of the power outlets, in my room they had the 3 prong socket on the table by the TV and right by the beds there's 2 USB sockets, very useful!

My leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Friendly and efficient welcome. Room... average. Old-fashioned and relatively clean. Quality of bedding blah (we stayed there for two nights to arrive and take our flights). Zero soundproofing. Kitchen not very well equipped and only one chair for a room of 4 people... Positive points: large size of the room, hot water and clean and plentiful bath towels, free parking with lots of spaces, cheap price. You get what you pay for and no more. I actually booked two rooms and both of them were pretty clean. Customer service was pretty good. One one the rooms were missing an iron and didn't have enough towels, but they helped us right away. This hotel is on the smaller side, so it's unlikely you'll get lost. One of the great things about this place is that they have free parking. Just leave your car there and get a multi-day pass for the monorail to travel through the *****. They also have a nice size pool for 21 and up only. It's not crowded so that gives you a little space in the pools or on the chairs. The cost of staying in the Sahara may be a little lower, but you'll be staying far away from everything else. I'll stay here again when there's a deal for the rooms.

This is a very traveler friendly hotel. The front desk is welcoming and is there to make your stay the best that they are abel too. Pet friendly, but if you have a pet please pickup after it. There is an on-site restaurant and ******. The ****** bar has live music several days a week and dancing too. The restaurant has a great breakfast special and there is daily dinner specials.

The surrounding environment is good, it is a well-equipped hotel but the facilities are outdated, because the price of the weekend booking is relatively expensive. The clean room bedding is good and comfortable; the breakfast variety is almost not suitable for us, especially This price is not considered for the source of the customer. The hot water provided in the lobby is the coffee pot boiled water or the hot water with coffee taste. This is a blessing or unfortunately you are #128517; Many chairs have already ”painted maps”, and it is hard to imagine that this is a hotel managed by Hilton Hotels.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Highly recommend! I moved to this hotel after a night at the filthy and unsafe JW Marriott Hotel in Las Vegas. I asked the staff at the front if I could see the room before making a decision to stay and they happily obliged. The room was immaculate, comfortable and safe. All staff members were extremely kind and friendly. Easy parking, great breakfast and hot, delicious coffee. This hotel is a winner!

I used to stay at the 4Qeens have also visited the Plaza nothing wrong with those hotels. When I first stayed at the California it was because everything was booked that was in 2018 I believe. Since then I have stayed repeatedly it's like my new home away from home. Thanks to phenomenal staff, decent rewards and you gotta visit the club desk and ****** host. My husband has won 2 hand pay pots and I typically hold my own. The dining between Market Street and the Garden Court Buffet meet our needs. I do hope the breakfast buffet returns to Market Street I miss it. Ethel M is one of my all time favorites and Lapperts has great coffee and sweet snacks. I do have one request gluten free options throughout the dining would be nice just some bread would be an improvement. I also miss having coffee in room and complimentary bottles of water. The fridge in the room is fantastic. The rooms are not to big nor to small we book 2 Queens because I'm up all hours. The beds are very comfy once I did have to rotate my bed because it was slumped. The bathrooms are totally modern as is the room with a big flat screen tv. Slots can be greedy but they can also be generous so not much different from other ******s. I love how spaced out slots are as I often rent a scooter due to sciatica. I want to emphasize the staff from the people cleaning to the wait staff and drink waitresses along with security and check in desk are all just so nice. The bell desk and club rewards staff and hosts have always treated us very well. We will be returning for my birthday in August 2022 and looking forward to it. I highly recommend giving this place a try it may not be for everyone but it's a fun place with good food options including a steakhouse I may try this visit called Redwood.

Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I will surely do so again if ever in the area in the future. Really would like to rate this hotel a perfect 5 stars, but I find myself having to give it a 4-star rating. What I found surprising and disappointing was that the courtesy coffee located in dining area was never fresh during the afternoon and evening hours....it was always old and cold. This is something I never experienced at many other Holiday Inn Express over the past 15 years throughout the country.

My husband and I have stayed at this property a number of times. Each time we have found the rooms to be very clean and with all electrical items in good working order. The staff is warm and the extra accomodations like the pool and gym make the stay feel like a great vacation. Love the free coffee in the lobby each morning.

Book this nightmare hotel at your own risk! Apparently, they don’t know the meaning of reservation and that you need to hold a room if you charge the customer a whole night total cost!!! They overbook and could cancel your reservation on the day of stay! Very greedy and the manager - someone who call himself as just ”Jay” is very unprofessional! I was traveling to Vegas for business and my 12Hrs flight was delay for a few more hours. Made to the Hotel and the were no rooms available even when my reservation was confirmed. Even worst, they did charge first night to me and the manager refuses to proceed with a refund. I'm looking for legal support to make this people understand this is basically a scam and based on reviews across the board we can confirm many passengers are suffering the same scheme. They charged my CC, the hotel overbooked and I had to scramble to find another hotel on 01:00 AM evening at much higher price! A total nightmare!

I travel to Vegas once or twice a year and this place is quickly becoming a favorite. I really like the large rooms and love having a sliding door to open for fresh air, bird songs in the morning and the view of the ”serene” courtyard with its palms. It's so much better than walking miles through a ****** to a claustrophobic sealed room. There is a convenience store close by with sometimes sketchy people hanging around, but if you're at all street smart, it shouldn't be a problem. There's a steady stream of tourists walking between here, Virgin and other hotels to the strip. I'm pleased that the management deters parties, noise in the public areas and has locked down access points where people could be let in anonymously. My only complaint is that there is no seating on the balconies. I'd have been happy with a $5 resin chair.
