0.47km from MirpuaMy husband and I have traveled extensively and always enjoy the more personal experience of staying in a B&B. We carefully research and book only at the very highly rated ones. We have however never experienced the type of hospitality and travel support we enjoyed at Bogota B&B Inn. Not only is the setting exquisite but the kindness and generosity of Beatriz and her sister Chris is to a degree we have never before experienced. Our breakfasts included wonderful Colombian coffee ( always available!) fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juice, rolls , jams, eggs as well as tamales and yuca croquettes. Beatriz assisted us at every turn- walking us to local places ( supermarket, drug store, atm) . We also enjoyed a day trip with her to the Nemacon Salt mine and ended it with dinner at the famous Andres de Carne Res restaurant. She guided us to a local flea market , farmer’s market and even took us on a special shopping trip downtown so my husband could get materials to mimic some of the lovely work that Beatriz ‘s husband did on the beautiful wooden doors in the inn. Incredibly she also dealt with the domestic airline I was having trouble working with and set up bus transportation as we headed north of Bogota. From a careful read of reviews before booking at this B&B we knew that our stay would be no less than excellent but we were unprepared for how much comfort, kindness, expertise and friendship we would enjoy.
0.56km from MirpuaThe staff here was wonderful and very accommodating. The problems were: bad breakfast (stale cereal, cheap meats and cheeses, and runny eggs), loud rooms (you can hear everything! We were woken up at 4am because it was so incredibly loud), moldy bathroom (dark black mold spots in the bathroom), hair on the sheets that most definitely did not belong to us. For the price we paid, I expected better. This is not a bad hotel, just don't pay that much money to stay there and keep your expectations low.

0.62km from MirpuaService was good. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Room is very small, but OK for 1-2 people. I requested a room in the back, so I didnt have to deal with the street noise. Room had a safe, which was a plus for me. Shower had hot weather, but not steady, it got cooler by times and then warmer. TV had several channels (English and Spanish). The area is OK. Some restautants nearby. Transmilenio (bus) stop was a few blocks away. Breakfast was simple (scrambled eggs, 2 toasts, coffee and a fruit juice). Overall, not too bad for $35. For that price, I could have expected less. However, according to the outside logo, the hotel is 4 stars. I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel though. Still good for the price!

0.68km from MirpuaVon astorian I give this hotel a good review based on the service, location, cleanliness and comfort for the price. I paid 80 000 per night for a single room and i think that i had the smallest. It is nowhere near a 5 stars hotel, as they claim, or the best boutique hotel in the world, but for the price i paid i didnt expect any of that. The only downsides I found were that there is no safe in rooms. Plus, walls are not soundproof so when someone comes at night it wakes you up. I used earpluggs for both nights when loud clients woke me up. It is a great alternative to hostals when you want a private room. In fact hostels charge you double for private rooms.

0.72km from MirpuaThe Hotel Teusaca provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Bogota will find that the Hotel Teusaca is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel offers easy access to El Dorado Airport, just 12km away. Keeping busy is easy, with Military Museum of Colombia, Casa E and National Museum of Colombia all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.
0.75km from MirpuaThis small econo-boutique hotel is centrally located with easy taxi access to airport, downtown, the historic center, Zona G and also the more affluent northern portions of the city. Its proximity to a transmilenio station is also helpful for moving quickly thru the vast expanses of Bogota. My courtyard facing room, with its quasi-Scandinavian spartan design, was adequately sized for one person and being toward the back of the hotel was removed from street noise altho even with that distance from reception, the ringing of the front door bell, required to access the property, could always be heard echoing up the staircase and to the room. The minute bathroom barely fit one person as the door scraped on the tiny vanity but was perfectly functional with hot water in the shower mostly consistent in temperature. Breakfast, served in a sunny, pleasantly decorated semi-outdoor covered patio, offered numerous tasty food options individually cooked along with fruit and coffee. More than sufficient for a morning start. As an FYI, the staff didn’t speak English (I never expect anyone to when traveling) but with my limited Spanish skills and a valiant effort at communication, nothing was problematic except that the hotel’s arranged driver for airport transportation charged 25% more than the desk stated. I regret not getting the price confirmed when the driver picked me up. The difference was negligible but I did feel somewhat taken advantage of. One recommendation would be to change out the sofas in the common area for something more stylish and smaller scaled. That update would bring Boyaca Real to a higher level of design and make that room more appealing.

0.94km from MirpuaThis is a small hotel near National University. The rooms are modestly sized, but everything is perfectly neat, clean, and tasteful. The outstanding thing for me is the attentiveness of the owner/manager. She did everything possible to make my stay pleasant, going beyond what was promised. I recommend this to anyone.
Hotels Near Casa 9-69 In Bogota Review
I stayed at Vilar America for the last 2 nights of a 2-months Central America journey. This was the best value for money accommodation I had for the whole trip. Yes, there was some maintenance work going on and in places it was affected visually, but it in no way affiliated my stay. I immediately got into a good mood at check in as the receptionist was refreshingly lively and positive, still professional. When I entered my room I was sure they had made mistakes, surely I hadn’t booked an apartment with separate bedroom, lounge and kitchen? Well, I wasn’t complaining! In short, my room was amazing. King size bed, large bathroom, sitting area for a big family, complete blackout curtains, perfect temperature and no outside noise. And kitchen. I just wanted to move in. The service I received was exceptional, I wish all hotels had staff with the same positive attitude. Nothing was a problem for them and special mention to a young female receptionist with glasses, she has a talent of lighten up the world. I had laundry done at a reasonable cost. I was able to keep my luggage the whole day as I had a late flight - check out time was at the generous time of 13.00 hrs. Breakfast was included for me but I only had coffee as usually it’s all I want in the morning. The breakfast looked good though and the restaurant area was very neat and clean. Bogotá is a city that deserves more than 2 days, there is so much to see and do within the city and around. I guess that Hotel Vilar America needs to put up with me for at least a week next time! Be back soon.
I had the best experience there. The staff was super nice to me and I could see they were trying to do what was possible for my needs. They have a really good breakfast, always with Colombian options so we can taste it, welcome drinks and oh my God, the best bed ever in the room. I had the most comfortable nights there. The room is very good, bathroom as well, very good amenities. I definitely have no complaints and hopefully will be back very soon.
My wife and I stayed 4 nights. The hotel is new, so it was very clean and quiet. The staff was very attentive to any request. We got free breakfasts and free parking in the underground lot. We felt very comfortable. Only about 4 blocks from the U.S. Embassy if you need to be close.
wow is all i can say 100% recommended most decently the owner is a humble professional gentelman best hotel experience in my life i invite any business and families couples to try it is the best all rooms and areas are clean beds are confortable.
A hotel with a general appearance, but it feels good to me. First of all, the location is in the city center, very close to Bolivar Square. There are computers in the reception lobby for guests to use, free drinks, coffee, candy, etc. Although there are not many types of breakfast buffet, but the quality is very good, included in the room price, great value. The top terrace is also a free 24-hour coffee bar, and you can enjoy the view from all sides. The rooms are small, well-equipped with all kinds of internal organs, including refrigerators and safes. The "Handsome Pot" at the front desk has a very good service attitude and helped to print boarding passes.
During my stay , Concierge Mr. Herbert Matiz was magnificent. His customer service skills were above and beyond to what I have expected. I have never met an individual that went out of his way to help me with a personal and business issue during my stay . I think this young man is admirable with excellent ethics and professionalism. Please keep him on board . Sincerely , Bernie Casas United Airlines Captain .
This is more of a medium sized boutique hotel, very well located. I stayed for 4 nights in June 2019. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Laura at the front desk always greeted with a smile and very helpful. Concierge was knowledgeable and provided great advice, including setting up very reasonably prices tourist guides for the entire day. Rooms are very clean, breakfast fresh and excellent. The hotel’s location is right at Zona Rosa, next to great restaurants and bars. 5 min walk to 3 major malls. Andino Mall is far better than just about any other mall in the United States. Full of the regular brands you see in the USA and other local brands that sell high quality articles at super reasonable prices. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this hotel next time we are back in Bogota.
It a very nice hotel. Bed are a bit hard tough and staff is very trustworthy. They will clean your room and leave everything where it is even money!!!! i would deffinetly go back to this hotel since its inexpensive and you are very close to a "TransMilenio " station (Flores). I had no breakfast offered but they do they water, and other drinks to room service.
Sadly this hotel was in the middle of a huge reno (and I believe will still be in the next month or so), it was dusty from the entrance till the common areas on every floor. I was on the 8th floor and was still dusty in the hall but not in the room. With that say and that's the only reason I take one star away I can tell this hotel is in a really nice neighborhood, filled with restaurants, pretty and safe areas. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful, Fernando at the front desk was the best! help us with our broken suitcase he was so nice and friendly every time! The breakfast is superb! and the light snacks and drinks from 5:30 to 7:30 was great every time and friendly staff too! The Suites: I imagine they will do some reno in the rooms since some of the furniture looks pretty much dated... if no please DO!
Absolutely charming. The hotel is very pretty, a reformed house located in the exclusive G (for Gourmet) zone in the neighbourhood of Rosales, Relatively close to shopping centres and the financial centre of the Chile Avenue. Breakfast was delicious, I particularly loved the traditional arepa and pandebono, amazing fruit and juices, tasty smooth coffee. Really enjoyed my room, nice and stylish, and with plenty of space for my clothes on the wardrobes, and a wide window to a road that is quiet at night. I didn’t dine at the beautiful small restaurant but is my understanding that is well known as one of the best in the area All great! But what made my experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single one of them made me feel at home, greeting me with a smile, anticipating my needs and and really caring for me. Thank you!
This is a nice Hotel in an excellent location, stuff is very friendly. Only negative thing, its a bit noisy (from the street). Besides from that it was a very nice stay at a unbeatable price.
Every time I go to Bogota, I always choose SONESTA Hotel. Because of its convenience, there is a large supermarket Exitro across the road. There are many restaurants on the third floor of the supermarket. It is convenient to eat and the public security around the hotel is OK. Breakfast is on the 3rd floor. The hotel's facilities are still very complete, remember to choose the room number ending in 33-38, so that the room has a good view and will not be blocked! The reception is not bad, the hotel is not far from our company office,
It has an amazing view and comfortable facilities.
Friendly helpful staff: allowed early check-in after our red-eye flight, and they let us see the available rooms to choose the one we fancied. They also provided a heater immediately when we asked for one. Hint: if the 7th floor room is available, go for it. Great light from windows on two of the walls, and excellent privacy, for being the only room on that floor. You actually have to take a flight of stairs up from the top floor that the elevator reaches. It felt like a mini penthouse, despite it’s small size. Excellent breakfast with tasty arepas and fresh juices among other staples prepared by the friendly breakfast ladies. The location is safe and close to Zona T, Quinta Camacho, and Parque de los Hippies (for local-style nightlife). The hotel is right in the middle of Zona G, and there is a good aray of restaurants and low key bars located just north and south of the hotel. Highly recommended. The photos show the views from the 7th floor room.
Room wifi signal is not good,
The nh ROYAL PAVILLON is located next to the 93 Park, a popular area in Bogota if you want to have a nice dinner or a few drinks. My room was quiet even though this hotel is on a major street. Jacqueline always gave me a nice smile when I entered the restaurant for breakfast and the Front Office Manager Assistant was also very helpful with me when I asked him some questions about rates for long stays. I plan to come back to Bogota and will stay at the nh ROYAL PAVILLON again to enjoy their hospitality. The hotel does not have a shuttle bus to the airport but they do have vehicles parked next to the hotel that take guests to the airport for a fee.
Location is the only way from the airport to the city, the service facilities are very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the suburbs, so there are fewer surrounding facilities, such as no place to buy a local mobile phone card
Through Booking.com we reserved a room (with credit card) at another hotel. That hotel cancelled our reservation just before we arrived at 8pm that night. They finally found us LaEstacion to stay at. It was perfect for us. It was clean and quiet, breakfast in the morning. Also a lovely, airy glassed in lounge to sit in But what really made this a great place was the fact that all the staff were super gold star helpful for anything we needed. As we used Taxi's a lot, the location was really easy for us and not too long of a ride to the airport or downtown. Found a great Spanish restaurant just around the corner too. Would definitely stay at LaEstacion again.
We stayed at the Hill House with our family, kids and grand kids during our visit to Bogotà! Our experience was fantastic! We took over the “B”Tower and the Junior Suites were perfect! Spacious, clean, and comfortable! The staff couldn’t be nicer! They were always ready to do whatever we needed! Breakfasts were delicious! Every day something new to try: arepas, changua, caldo de papa, envueltos de maíz, huevos revueltos con cebolla y tomate... FABULOUS! The location of the Hotel was perfect! Walking distance to the top restaurants in town and to a wonderful shopping plaza : Hacienda Santa Barbara! This definitely will be my new home when I visit Bogotà again!!
We had to find an airport hotel quickly due to a last-minute flight cancellation. We are Hilton loyalty programme members but ended up booking this hotel using a well-known booking website’s ‘Mobile only offer’ which was great value at $65 for a suite (only $20 more than a standard room) and cheaper than booking directly via Hilton’s own website. We chose a suite as we weren’t sure how long we would have to stay due to issues with flights and wanted extra space. This proved to be a good choice. The room was spacious, with a separate lounge and bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. It would comfortably suit a family of 4. The décor was modern with a double shower, plenty of storage/working space and coffee/tea making facilities. It would be suitable for a long term stay. The room faced the busy main road in front of the hotel but the sound proofing was so good there was no audible traffic noise. The hotel is located in a residential area next to a large Condominium building and there is a small convenience store in the adjoining building on the ground floor facing the main road. There is also a bakery/café a 5-minute walk away on Carrera 82. We found the reception staff to be very professional and helpful. They also spoke English well. As we managed to organise flight changes, we required a late checkout. We organised this through reception and were offered the room for 50% of the rate we paid which was very good value. The one negative point was the restaurant. As we had a very stressful time on arrival trying to organise alternative flights, and arrived at the restaurant tired and hungry at around 8pm. There were 2 staff members working. Neither spoke much English. We sat down and waited for service. We managed to figure out that the menu available (limited) could be viewed via the app shown on the table. We quickly chose drinks and a main course and when the waiter eventually arrived tried to place our order. Firstly, we were told they could not serve alcohol. We ordered water. The first meal we ordered was not available. We chose another. It took almost 20 minutes for the water to arrive. We waited a further 20 minutes and still had no food. By this tome two other tables had arrived and been served their meals. We asked the male waiter where our food was and he replied ’2 minutes’. He then disappeared. After over an hour we asked the female waitress for our food. She didn’t seem to understand. When our food finally arrived 10 minutes later, one of the meals was tepid. By this stage we were too hungry and tired to bother having this resolved so ate up quickly and waited for the bill. We sat for another 10 minutes after finishing and waited for the wait staff who had disappeared again. We finally found the female waitress coming out of the kitchen and asked for the bill at the counter. We signed this to be charged to our room and passed it back to her. When we turned around she started loudly saying to us ‘cash’, ‘cash’. We had no

Excelente personal amable y eficiente. La habitación limpia y muy cómoda. Excelente para una estadía en Bogota, cerca a una estación de trasmilenio, no muy lejos del aeropuerto. They have a great team at the hotel, they are nice and efficient. The room was cleaned and comfortable. It is near a trasmilenio station and not far from the Airport. It´s just great!
Hotel location is very good, only about 1 km walk to various attractions. The facilities are in good condition and the breakfast is plentiful. The service is intimate, the documents are printed free of charge, and the car service is fair and fair. Hotel prices are also very close to the people. Recommended to Bogota.
The hotel is in a very nice area and is very comfortable. What makes it exceptional is the staff and especially Steffany, one of the front desk receptionists. Steffany was attentive, extremely helpful in explaining thing to us, had great suggestions for things to see and do and often went out of her way to make things easier and more enjoyable for us. She was fantastic.
We stayed here for a day before flying over to Ecuador. Loved the grounds! And the shuttle to and from the airport (runs every hour, if not more). Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, shower was amazing, and bottled water and breakfast included. The are is very nice and exceeded our expectations.
A small but friendly hotel in the backpacker district w3ith good restaurants and bars nearby The rooms are small, particularly the bathrooms, we had the only ground floor room which was very dark with a tiny enclosed courtyard, it was very noisy overnight mainly with dogs and a noisy bar/restaurant opposite, particularly with the breakfast guitarist starting at 0715 (though in 3 nights we only saw and heard him once), other guests on our trip also reported that their rooms were noisy because of the open courtyard/stairwell. The rooms were clean although the beds were not the most comfortable and creaked a lot. WiFi kept dropping out and we had to log in numerous times during the day/evening, and the signal was not particularly strong There is a rooftop with a bar service and great views over Bogota. Breakfast was very basic, with a ‘take it or leave it’ option – a pre cut fruit bowl (with papaya every day – yuk!) and eggs (scrambled or omelette) which although tasty was very monotonous for three consecutive days. The juice again was a ‘take it or leave it’ and in 2 of 3 days was not very pleasant (or to my taste) Coffee and ‘aromatic’ is available throughout the day in the main area but it was never very hot and the coffee tasted ‘stewed’ The staff were wonderful, very helpful and polite and the location is great for the old town/historic area and the backpacker areas There are also lots of good and reasonable café/bars nearby
This is the second review I have written for the Bogota Marriott particularly because of the quality of the staff and the restaurants at the hotel. While at the hotel I had to have my shoes repaired but I could not take the time to take them to a cobbler. When I discussed my dilemma with the Concierge Manager (Katherine) she volunteered to take them to a repair shop after work and return them to me within a day. I was pleasantly surprised when, two days later, she had the shoes for me and offered to drop them off in my room. The repairs were 1st rate. I have been staying at the hotel for 3 years now while in Bogota on business. Management is continually investing in their restaurants, the food and staff training. Katherine is one of many outstanding employees that make the hotel special.
My husband and I stayed in this very new hotel which exceeded our expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment style suites were spacious, modern, and well-appointed. They include a large smart TV, comfortable bed, big closets, kitchen supplies, strong Wifi, and a large bathroom with full size vanity area and a walk-in shower. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival and staff came to our room to offer Halloween cupcakes. So nice! There were cooked-to-order breakfast items along with fresh juices and buffet items. Excellent! It is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The rooftop pool is beautiful! I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel and the friendly, professional staff! We highly recommend!
Ok, the key is the location. Very cheap
This stay was our third in the last several years. The rooms are quite large (we had a 2-BR, 2 1/2 Bath suite with a kitchen (stove and microwave), living room, dining room, and nice patio. Although we did not avail ourselves of the daily housekeeping, it is offered, including fresh towels. Only drawbacks were WiFi and the nearest elevator. They sometimes went on the blink. Staff was wonderful, and the hotel/suites complex is very secure.
