Although it is a compact business hotel, it has a good location and was a satisfying hotel. The bed was spacious and the quality of the pillows was good, so I had a good night's sleep. Although it is not large, there is a large public bath (open-air bath), and the Italian food is delicious and very satisfying. Since the cost performance is good, I would like to use it again. However, I was wondering if there was a massage chair in the lobby on the first floor. It's difficult to use. Even if the space is small, I would appreciate it if you could install one in each floor hallway.

千葉県に所用があって家族で出かけましたが、コロナウイルスによる緊急事態宣言下でしたので、宿泊するのは諦めて長野県に帰る途中で泊まることにしましたが、千葉から近く緊急事態宣言が出ていないところと言うので、つくば市に泊まることになりました。高速道路のインターチェンジから近く、研究学園駅の隣と言うことでアプローチもわかりやすくて、非常に助かりました。スタンダードツインを２室利用しましたが、２台のベッドも広く清潔で気持ちよく泊まれました。 夕食は、ホテル内の和食（わだ家）でとりました。日曜日は混み合うので予約した方が良いとチェックイン時にフロントで言われましたので個室を予約してもらいました。他を気にせず家族で和気藹々で美味しくいただきました。おすすめのしゃぶしゃぶは絶品でした。朝食はイタリアンレストランのLa Portaでバイキング形式でしたがコロナ対策もしっかりしてあり気持ちよく食事できました。

ウェルカムドリンクとお菓子がチェックイン時に貰えたり、ロビー横では基礎化粧品のパックの配布あり、部屋には風力強めのドライヤー、ヘアアイロン、ナノケアなどがあり、女性にも優しいホテルだなぁとつくづく感じました。 冬だったのでフリースの部屋着や枕も同フロアから選べました…が、先着順なので、競り負けると無くなってることもあります。。。 部屋のトイレとバスはかなり狭目です。まぁ、ビジネスホテルならこんなもんです。 お風呂は大浴場がおすすめで、女性用では脱衣所に沢山のシャンプーから選べたり、洗剤付きの洗濯機なども気が効いてると思います。 朝ごはんも温かいものもあり、美味しく頂きました。研究学園駅前には2つホテルがありますが、500円差くらいだったら、女性にはこちらの方がオススメです。

As for breakfast, others write it, but because it is about cold food, I think you can eat a lot if you don't expect the taste. About 5 kinds of side dishes every day, is it salad 1 〜 2 kinds? I thought it would be a little more delicious if I could warm it up a little more overall. It's cold. You can eat in the room, so you can prepare a box for lunch and have a sense of security. Popular menu is often sold out after 8:30 々. Sometimes curry comes out, but it's not every day. If you think you're going to eat the next day, you'll eat it. . . Watch out. As for rice, the hotel next door was better. . . I think it's that way because it's higher there. The room was cheaper to smoke, so I stayed in the smoking room. I didn't care about the smell, but I was a little worried about the smell that I stained in the futon and pillow because it was a non-smoker even if I sprayed the spray with the room. Naturally, if you can't smell cigarettes, I think you can't smoke the smoking room. The bed is large, and I can't afford to spread the carry bag on the floor. There was a humidifier and it was saved. The unit bus is large for this hotel, and the bath is enough to stretch the legs slowly by putting hot water. Overall, I am satisfied! It's better to rank up a little breakfast...

I had a job in Joso City and stayed at this route inn. It is a good location in front of Mizukaido Station of Kanto Railway. But other large buildings around the station were about Pachinko shops and funeral halls. There is a supermarket in the east direction from the route inn and about 300 meters in a straight line. If you are at the opposite exit of the station, there are seven eleven on the right 100 meters and family on the left 200 meters. Because it is a route inn, there is a restaurant in the building. There was no alcohol offering due to the corona effect.
