Bar at ground floor, seems to be more busy. Their check in is at 1 pm and check out my 11 am next day. And early check in is with 1000 rupees. So plan accordingly. For someone who is coming early may be a challenge. Decent rooms, linen can be more clean.There is a work table, Two large chairs with a coffee table add to room ambience. Provide 2 water bottles with coffee maker. Soap and shampoo are there. Saw a foot massager in room. Can provide dental and shaving kit. Wifi is there,did not check. Number of eataries are there just outside the hotel. Luggages are kept in one corner, can have a luggage room for more safety.The hotel provides laundary service.

The hotel is beautiful with the shining floor in the lobby, veran***. They provided quick access to the room (No 224). The room was decent with sufficient illumination though one LED bulb was not working. The doormat was missing and arranged only after telling them. The room service is not that professional and the linen strip on the bed had stains of waterdrops etc. The toiletries were good. The bathroom glass cabin is too small and the door has collided with the shower tap erected at the roof side. The mini-bar refrigerator was empty, disconnected and the safe was not working either. The complimentary breakfast was really so sumptuous, items like soft idli, upama, sambar, juice, dosa made the day but they could not prepare uttapam, anyway, the breakfast experience was really nice. The coffee maker electric jar and the sugar sachets were ok. The capsule lift looked gorgeous while moving. The front desk staff should learn to put on a smile at least while dealing with the guests. The Venue dining staff was felt eager to serve..I appreciate them all. A lot of scopes to improve room interiors and the dressing table should have a little calendar, digital table clock, menu book, dos and don'ts paper, etc. At first-day room cleaning, they took the washroom towels and then not replaced them with the washed ones for next-day usage. The sliding wooden door for the toilets produced a terrible screeching sound every time the doors slid back and forth. Overall the stay was great and joyful.

Lunch we had at Adaa indian restaurant food was so good.great table were and ambiance mr.sourav ***ager came and checked the experience and explained about the evening happenings at the hotel, it was helpfull.Mr.Nilesh and ajay who attended our table explained about the cousin and suggestions ***** with some other colleagues served us very well. sorry can't able to recall other's names totally it was great experience for us and our kids too. Room service Because of our kids Most of our meals ordered from room only. the IRD team taken care of all our requests so well especially the order taker shaswathi didn't forgot to take kids order every time,Associates served food on time can't recall their names sorry. In our stay Swimming pool saved us from the summer heat all the time.Kidw enjoyed and my daughter learned swimming also better thanks to pool attenders Morning peacock feeding was amazing experience.kids play room was very good and palace tour was taken place at evening.after that Singer where performing in front of the restaurants,we enjoyed. We hosted our baby shower last month at B+L and honestly I'm taken aback by the way it all came together. The banquet hall was a perfect fit for our requirement of hosting a small gathering of 60-70 guests. The stage backdrop, the entrance décor and every minute detail that we requested was catered to by Mr Sunil, the event ***ager… in fact they turned out better than we expected. We were offered food trials at every visit during the decision phase and I must say, they were as delicious at the event as they were during trials. Mr Sunil, the hotel ***ager, ensured that every possible request that we made for the event, was taken care of to the maximum extent, even if it meant going beyond his limits. We are really grateful to him for his cooperation at every step. The venue definitely added a lot of vibe, be it indoor or outdoor, serving as a perfect set for some cool photography and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely return for hosting more such small events and recommend others too.

Our recent stay at Hotel ***ohar on January 10, 2024, was a regrettable experience that I feel compelled to share. As a group of seven, including two senior citizens and a seven-year-old child, we were met with disappointment from the start. The hotel staff displayed an alarming lack of enthusiasm and a pervasive sense of frustration, with only a few exceptions from the kitchen and front desk. However, their efforts couldn't co****sate for the evident dissatisfaction that permeated the establishment. The most glaring issue was the deplorable state of our rooms—unacceptably dirty and lacking basic hygiene. This discrepancy between the promised five-star service and the reality of our stay is disconcerting. I implore the Tourism Ministry to investigate and address these issues promptly. Until Hotel ***ohar undergoes significant improvements, I strongly advise against considering it for accommodation. The misleading allure of a five-star experience is merely a façade, concealing a disappointing reality that potential guests deserve to know.

Visited Hyderabad for a exhibition and for the stay booked this hotel. Nice clean hotel and very friendly staff. Owner uncle was very nice with really helping nature. For some reason I had to minimise my two days stay to single. Requested on their helpline number. One Shivanjali madam helped me out of the way and did the needful. The bathroom is flat, there is no bathtub, no shower curtain, and the bathroom cannot stand every time after taking a shower. In the free time, I stayed in the lobby, the room could not stay for a long time, in the residential area, a little far from the commercial area. Hotel buffets, room deliveries, and hotel cars are all too expensive, four times more expensive than normal. The lobby was pleasantly surprised, it was extremely disappointing to enter the room, I can't live with the price. The hotel with the fewest renovation facilities in India. Will not stay at this hotel again.

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. The drainage system in the shower needs to b improved because the water is “flooding” and not flowing properly. Additionally, there needs to be a blower in the shower. The food is fantastic and very tasty, however, ***y of the desserts were stale, so I think those could be improved. Also, Vivek was very kind and didn’t hesitate to help me out, always bringing my daughter onion dosa and coffee. Azam and Riyaz services were great during the breakfast. Best part are watermelon , detox and beverages are great!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli. The service is excellent. The staff and ***agement team are really courteous. They are really caring and responds any of my requests in few minutes. There are lot of options for food and drinks. The restaurant staff are caring and loving. They have prompt service. Food was really tasty. Shout out to Tanmoy, Nakul , Pritam and ***y more. The housekeeping staff kept my room clean. I had forgot something but they were happy to give complimentary products. Kudos to Bishnu and Uttam for helping. Floor ***agers Vivek and Hariom made my stay extra pleasant. Thank you for all love and care. I will come back here again.

On a business trip to Hyderabad, to be honest, this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are modern and the rooms are clean. They are almost the same as domestic star hotels. It is not an old hotel. It is great. I will often stay at this hotel in the future. It is also important that the hotel buffet dinner is 499 rupees. It is delicious. The spicy chicken is quite suitable for my Chinese stomach. Until now, the Indian food in this hotel is acceptable, and everyone is highly recommended. Taken day and night outside two rooms! The executive room where I live can see Hyderabad on the eighth floor!
